Went in and looked at a crossbow, online on the dunhams website it was listed as $480, In store it was $550. They said they couldn’t honor the online price. What kind of retail store won’t honor their online pricing? Dunham’s lost themselves a $500 sale and all future business from my family and I.

Friendly and helpful staff in gun department. Didn't have much in muzzleloaders, but decent prices on what they had. They had a 10 Point crossbow, with no box or materials that come with the bow, and gave no discount for that fact. Seems bogus to me.

I just had the worst experience I've ever had at a retail establishment. I had to spend some time looking for a sales associate and couldn't find anyone.. Then I went to go check out everything was going fine and I used my card to pay it and she asked for my ID and I explained her that I just got married and I hadn't had time to change my last name on my card yet but I did give her a my current license and a picture of my previous drivers license and she proceeded to tell me that I look nothing like either of the pictures in my I.D.'s and I proceeded to tell her that I am pregnant and I've been having a bad day where I've been sick and I can no longer tan and work out due to my pregnancy so I probably do not look like I used too and she still was very rude to me.. Needless to say I will never go back to this facility!

They always have FANTASTIC sales! They just don't have what they advertise! 4 Dunhams, all 4 did not have what was advertised. Happened on more than one occasion. Sales staff don't even pretend to know anything about sports or items they are selling. At least they are almost friendly for the most part.

I stopped in looking for knee brace..Young man that waited on me was very helpful knew a lot about the product i was looking for and the difference between that brand & others.Store was very organized & clean.

Went in to try on clothes for school and three of the workers followed me and my parents while trying on clothes. They stood about three feet away and made us feel VERY uncomfortable.
