If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter was vomiting in my car sick with the flu, so I pulled into this store to ask for a couple of their plastic bags. Both workers were very rude and did not want to help me. The manager sighed and said "I guess", after I waited for her reply, which took her a while to contemplate. The lack of sympathy and humanity was very ridiculous.

Everytime u go there manager lady outside smoking line for register backed way up.Buy something for 50 bucks can't except it because they don't have change for a 100 my god keep some money in the safe for change

It says online this store is open until 10pm on Sunday but I went there before 9pm and they were closed. Google needs to get there hours straight on here. It's extremely inconvenient and it's happened several times to me over the last couple months.

Very nice staff. They had one guy working who was pretty obnoxious. He was very loud and announced/ talked about every item.he rang up. Haven't seen him there lately though. But Everytime go in there their stocking carts are literally every where. Makes it hard to get through isles and to what you want to get off of shelves.

I honestly love most Dollar Generals, 4 stars because on this trip they didn't have everything I needed and I didn't have time to go anywhere else. However, the store clerk did help to look for what I needed to make sure it in fact wasn't available. If you need to make a quick stop, this is a great place to go!

I just moved to New Philadelphia about a month ago and I was in the store and I think it was a manager but I kept asking where plastic was where duct tape was where windshield wiper fluid was and she never once acted like I was annoying her or bugging her she even help me find stuff I was very polite

Nice location since it's very limited in stores on this end of the town. The store does seem crowded with merchandise as soon as you enter, lots of variety of merchandise. Prices are somewhat reasonable. Customer service is above average at the register and they always remind you of a coupon on the receipt to use you up on a Saturday.

It is very sad when the store has what you need in the cart on the floor to be stocked on shelf but refuses to stop stocking one item to help you get what you need and tells you that you can't get it yourself either. Very poor customer service

Love the store. I agree with the earlier poster. Too many stocking carts in the way. Other than that I'm glad I'm less than a mile away.

Easy in and out but disappointed in this place now. Tried to return a item and had my receipt but they wouldn't take it because I didn't have the debut card it was purchased on because I have started banking with another bank. So they said no return. Also you can't return anything that's not within their district????

Cashiers are nice but when I tried to use a digital coupon the cashier I had today said she didn't know how to use them!? If you are going to offer digital coupons then your employees should know how to accept them.

Very cheap prices for good products and nice staff. My only gripes are that the aisles can sometimes be very unorganized and messy, along with products being out of place. Other than that it is a solid dollar store!

Before I go into the bathroom I ask the cashier "Where is the bathroom," she tells me it is near the movies straight ahead. So I go in and I see stinkbugs in the toilet. That shouldn't be a big problem, but when I told the cashier she got really mad and started yelling at me saying it wasn't her problem! To prove her point she went into the men's restroom and took the stinkbugs out with her bare hands. She also ate poop out of the toilet

Cheap store, I run in and out about 1,2 times a week for odds and ends. Little on the messy side. I would not allow my younger girls to go there buy themself do to the location.

Store is absolutely cluttered and disorganized. Most staff is very nice besides what I can assume is the manager. Better off going to a different dollar general.

I love this store. The only thing that I hate is they bring there big carts out and set 4 or 5 in one area that you cant get your cart down that area.

Gain was on sale 24 pk 2.00,but would not go though on dig coupon ,and management would not take discount off ,so just saying I did not get my laundry soap,
