Got a great deal on furniture over the black Friday weekend. Unfortunately, one of their major furniture suppliers has gone out of business. Im not sure what the future holds for them. They always have a pretty decent variety of products to choose from, and the staff has always been friendly at this location.

Wanted to shop more, but could not breathe. Sign on the door indicated that lights were down, and A/C set to a temp higher than usual to conserve energy. It surely conserved SALES, because as perspiration trickled down my temples, I had to get out of there. I love Big Lots but could not tolerate the hot stale air inside this store.

Love my Big Lots store! Been shopping there for over 30 years. They've changed the store for the better over the years and it is very nice and clean. We love the grocery section and find the best bargains much cheaper than the grocery stores. We did notice though the prices have gone up since the last time we shopped.

I bought 48 drinks from them and when the lady at the register ask another employee to get me a box for them she said well they come in trays.... I told her one of the trays had busted, she then went to get a box for me and when she returned, she put it on the counter and said, well is this good enough.... I replied to the cashier saying she doesn't have to be rude....one of the managers was standing on the other side ....and said to the employee just let it go....really that was my first visit to this store in Ohio...and had every intention of returning until this happened

Great place to pick up last minute Christmas items or stocking stuffers. The gift wrap here is fantastic; big rolls of high quality wrapping paper for a small price. I find myself going here every year for Christmas shopping.

I went there looking for a big snowman for our float in the Christmas parade. They had exactly what I wanted on display but were out of them. I feel bad that I didn't get her name but, the associate that helped me went above and beyond to see that I got the snowman. She took the time, and with a wonderful attitude, to call around to other Big Lots and secured me one in Akron. The hard part was that I needed it the next day. We now will have a special float thanks to your super associate!!

They do have a wide variety of product.Electronics/food items/household/Lawn & garden. Last trip I made there I bought few candles/movies/drinks.Fairly decent on prices.

Good price's, not the best employees. I've been followed in this store and made uncomfortable, and other times staff lacks communication and is just generally rude. But.. The prices are normally good.

The bald headed man, who is supposedly one of the managers in the store, would not let me look at a Halloween costume that was in a package. It was a Batman costume that my son saw because he must be Batman this Halloween. I politely asked him if I could take it out the package to see how big it was because I'm not sure if the size would be too big for my son. Sometimes those costumes run small and I wanted to try the next size up. He told me I could buy it and take it home and if it was too small then I could return it. I told the cashier I will go to Walmart and spend $30 on a costume there instead of the $17.99 that the costume is priced here at big lots. I was tempted to not buy anything here at this store. I spent over $60.00 in here this evening. I rarely shop here and will for sure shop other stores before coming in here again anytime soon.

We went there 2 times, 1 time i got this black vanity and it was the last one, and i have it now, but instead of pay 129 dollars they gave us a 30 percet discount because it had some tear at the end, and then 2 time we look at counches cus we just moved here, so we need furniture, they were a big help, we got this sectional couch, it really comfortable, i would recommed going there, they also have office stuff, room decor, food, and outdoor living decor☺

Doesn't have much in store. Very small food section with not much to pick from. Store was very messy and shelves looked ransacked. Of course overstocked with Xmas items as usual.

Found all sorts of stuff almost 90 percent off on Halloween stuff like if it originally cost 35 dollars it was now 8 bucks but I always go there to save big bucks on things most people dont think to look for it's all Walmart this but I found 10 items at big lots 15 percent cheaper then Walmart. Give big lots a try if it's your first time out of the house. Happy shopping

I like the much smaller store! Omg it didnt take me forever to see everything! I was in and out in maybe an hour with my OCD feeling calm cool and collective. I'll def be back.

Used to be good prices. ....now they're more than Walmart on most things. No wonder the store is always empty.
