Usually have pretty good experience with this pharmacy but today a blonde lady I've never seen before called me up to the counter and very loudly and with multiple people close by to hear, discussed personal medical details of mine and was also extremely rude about it. She should definitely be re-educated In how to discuss personal matters with customers. Preferably NOT right in front of 4 other customers and other employees who probably didn't need to know my whole lifes history. Usually this pharmacy is very professional and quick but this woman made what should have been a simple trip to the pharmacy to get some medication I needed badly, highly traumatic. Do better.

Had a prescription called in to Rite Aid from urgent care. Went to pick it up and the pharmacy was closed due to staffing issues. What a frustration to get a prescription called into a different pharmacy on a Sunday.

Store is usually understaffed. Drive thru rarely open. I called to get pricing on my medications because my insurance drops next month. They would not do a printout of pricing. One of my Prescriptions is over $1000. So how am I to know what to bring? I guess I'm just supposed to take a stab in the dark at how much it's going to cost me?

It's a revolving door for pharmacist! Just when you get comfortable with the pharmacist here comes a new one!! How do you build trust and confidence when it's constantly changing. Rite-Aid does surveys but nothing seems to change!It's been a week since I called the phone number that Rite-Aid gave when they ask what they could do. I called and was told my complaint was being sent to the district manager and that she would call me. I have not heard back from anyone. So what's the purpose of reporting any concerns??? It might just be time to switch to another pharmacy!

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a year. In that time I’ve had two prescriptions just “lost” where I had to get my doctor to call them in a second time. The pharmacy is so under staffed that it’ll just randomly close. Don’t bother trying to reach the pharmacy by phone because you’ll never get through unless you call the store and ask them to go get someone for you. The staff are friendly for the most part but they’re just so overworked that they just can’t do their jobs. This place is just a mess. I feel bad for them more than anything. Corporate has failed this location

I love this pharmacy and was shocked to read recent reviews saying the pharmacy staff is rude. Several years ago, I had a few experiences with the female pharmacist being a little...short with me. However, her attitude has changed so much and she is now very pleasant. The male pharmacist from Africa couldn't be nicer than he is. He greets me by my first name as soon as he sees me, makes sure every year I'm current on my vaccinations, and patiently and kindly answers any questions I have. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this store and pharmacy to friends.

The people that work in the pharmacy here are subpar at best. I have never had to wait on hold for over 8 minutes just to get someone to answer the phone. I have been lied to directly to my face by the younger guy that works back there. I am on a monthly prescription that I have to have them request from my Dr's office and since being transferred to this pharmacy I have not had a single month without some form of issue.

I love this Pharmacy and employees. They are respectful and very informative. The pharmacist goes above and beyond explaining things to you in simple terms, and also gives good recommendations. The best pharmacist in town and very knowledgeable and professional. Rite Aid is blessed to have someone with great ethics ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

We received our covid vaccine first dose at this pharmacy. The experience is incredibly awesome and Mr.Kingsley Orock , the pharmacy leader at this place was very very helpful and made the experience easy for my parents who are 60+ and nervous. And the process of the vaccination and paper work submission was made very well and quick and we hardly had any wait. I would recommend in a heartbeat to this pharmacy for anyone who would want to get vaccines. The drive here was 1hr for me but Mr. Kingsley made my drive not go waste and me and my parents all of us got vaccinated in one trip. God bless Kingsley and his family for making it all worthwhile for us.

I have had three bouts with kidney stones in the past three years, including surgery this year. I had visited three stores in New Lebanon for distilled water, and all the stores, including Rite Aid, were out. As I left the store, the manager called me back and stated they had two gallons behind the counter. She was holding for another customer, but two weeks had passed, and they were still sitting idle. I use the water for nasal drainage and drinking (easier on the kidneys). Thanks! I can breathe much better now.

Rite Aid in New Lebanon has the BEST ever service. Pharmacist Kingsley continues to go above and beyond to thoroughly answer any and all of my questions whether in regards to prescription medications or over the counter medications. His thorough knowledge and expertise does not go unnoticed. As always, he continues to deliver !!!!

Polite and friendly team, drive through moves fast. My prescriptions are always ready when I get there. Clean store and cheerful pharmacy crew. I usually cry when I get shots but the pharmacist Dr. O. Kingsley has a way to make one go through it with ease.

The customer service at this location is outstanding. The pharmacist is friendly and always willing to answer any questions. He is thorough in his explanations and goes the extra mile. The other store associates are helpful when it comes to locating products. I highly recommend this pharmacy in town for all your "pharmacy" needs.

I got my 1st Covid vaccination at this Rite Aid. Kingsley Orock was the pharmacist on duty. He was so kind throughout the process. He was informative and professional and before I knew it, the shot was over. I'm glad I chose to go there for my vaccine.

Just moved in the area and thought maybe Rite Aid is good since we’ve always used Walgreens and CVS. I had the worst experience in their pharmacy. There’s a guy who has an accent at this pharmacy who is rude when I asked about something like I’m such a bother to him even though the store is quite empty. I will never use Rite Aid again and will be telling everyone how bad their customer service is.

I don't usually write reviews, but this store has excellent customer service. The pharmacist gave me some immunizations that I was behind on and I told him that I hate getting shots. He told me that I wasn't going to feel it and then he started talking to me and told me I was all done. I didn't realize that he did that to take my mind off of getting the shot, and I never even knew that he did it.

Got my fist Covid-19 vaccination shot today at the New Lebanon, Ohio location. They were very courteous and professional. It was very easy to register online. Was able to get my shot on the afternoon I registered. Thank you Rite Aid

Just switched my prescriptions to CVS. I came in yesterday to pick up a prescription and was chastised by the pharmacist because I hadn’t picked it up on the day it was called in. I have a full time job, am a full time student and also have four kids. I apologized and was met again with his tone being harsh and him saying I NEEDED to do this going forward. Then he tells me to go sit down, again in a rude tone. So I go over and sit down and I was confused because he hadn’t said anything other than to sit down.After about 10 minutes of him standing in front of the computer and me sitting down I got his attention and asked if I could come back in a little bit to pick it up as I had school work to do. He said “absolutely not, you HAVE to stay in the store while we fill this”. I questioned this because I had never heard of such a policy and he said it again, again with his harsh tone. I told him he could not force me to stay in the store while it was being filled and this was a medication I needed as I had just run out.. he said I either wait or I don’t get it. So I told him I’d just transfer the script over and then told him how ridiculous it was for him to make up a policy on the spot.I went up the front to ask for a # to call and I explained the situation to the two ladies up front and they seemed just as confused as I was with the situation. I called corporate and they confirmed they do not have such a policy. I’m sure nothing will be done but for other potential customers, be Leary. During this conversation he also pulled his mask down several times to talk to me like I was a child. However, even my children know better than to pull their masks down right now to talk to someone.

💩This is THE WORST PHARMACY I've ever been to! They don't even start to fill a "called in" prescription until you call to ask if it's ready, then it ALWAYS takes them 1 to 3 hours (1 hour MINIMUM) to fill it. When you do call to ask about the status of your Rx they usually talk to you like you're bothering them, & how dare you question why it's going to take 2-3 hours to fill 2 prescriptions that are both pre-packaged?... THEN you get a text saying that one of your Rx isn't even In-stock, & somehow it STILL takes 3 hours to fill your 1 pre-packaged Rx!😾!It's especially irritating because Reeds could fill 6 prescriptions in 5 to 8 minutes. I miss Reeds!😢!

The store's products are severely Over priced, the store and pharmacy are terribly understaffed, A pharmacist is rarely available causing the pharmacy to close down without warning when medications are needed.

Place is horrible. Never have any prescriptions ready always have issues with billing insurance no one is ever happy to help. Going to have to find a new pharmacy
