I took one of my dogs there a few yrs ago and when I picked her up I didn't even recognize her. She was a poodle so I wanted a poodle cut. I specifically said leave her top knot long just clean it up a little and i wanted the pompoms her feet. Well I go to pick her up and I had to ask where she was. I didn't even recognize her. They shaved every bit of her down to her tail. She looked like a golden retriever not my beautiful poodle. Needless to say that was the last time I ever took her there. I have since learned to groom my poodles myself because this experience left me fearful of what may happen at other groomers. My sweet Gracie was even scared when I picked her up. She couldn't get out of there fast enough. The woman even wrote down what I wanted but I got something totally different. I tried to tell an elderly man that lives by my friend not to take his dog there because of my experience but he did and the same thing happened to his westie mix. He said he didn't even know his own dog. I should of never pd the $40 and he said the same thing.

Took our 2 year old Goldendoodle here. Hasn’t been cut in a few months and mention to the ladies working that he had some mats on him. They took their time with him and did a very great job. Very friendly staff and would recommend. Great people and great place!

Glad to have someone to take my dog for nail trims! The vet workers wrestle him to the ground and bring out bad behavior. Tina keeps him calm and it's a completely different experience! Very professional!!

They did an awful job cleaning up our elderly kitty we recently adopted. We spoke to them beforehand explaining the situation (the cat had been neglected and needed shaved, bathed, trimmed claws, etc.) and they said they could do it. The woman at the counter barely looked at us when we dropped her off or picked her up. It took over 4 hours and when we finally picked her up she was still very dirty, and had not been brushed or bathed after shaving so was covered in loose chunks of fur. Where she was shaved was very uneven and lazily done. Her nails were still long, sharp, and dirty. Her ears and face were still very dirty and crusty. We weren't expecting a miracle given how much work the kitty needed, but $70 for something we could have done a better job with ourselves was just ridiculous. We chose to go to a professional because she was in such rough shape, and this was not a professional job. Save your money if you need anything beyond regular maintenance.
