Great place with an even greater selection of fresh food. Staff is always so kind and welcoming. The deli section in the back has great premade meals that are perfect for quick meals. Overall 10/10, perfect local grocery store.

It's our local grocery. Always run into locals and someone you know. No searching all over cause it's so small, no overwhelming amount of choices, just has what you need, well the basics. If making a a recipe they don't have a lot of specialty or variety, they have your basics and they are hometown next door. 👍😊

Has everything you need for small town living, and then some. Great deli case and meats, and generally a bigger selection of many things than you think, given its a small town grocery store. I love the neighborhood feel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My first time in this store and I felt I had been in there many times. Due to staff making me feel comfortable and being very friendly. The food I got was from the deli and it was delicious. I can see why their home made walnut chicken salad sells as fast as they said it does...one of the best chicken salads I have eaten.

This store is amazing. Lots of selection to choose from, the stuff is amazing they will help you find anything you need. They are also very kind and ask you how your day has been, even if you don't want to talk they will still give you a smile. 😊The prices are not that bad, I wish I did have more sales but they do have some every now and then that are great sales.I would recommend this grocery store to anyone who lives in the area.Stop by and check it out it is worth it!Also they have cat food and dog food and paper plates and paper towels and certain things that you will need around the house so they're not only a grocery store but also somewhere you can get household appliances.

Nice small town grocery store. Very friendly helpful staff. Their deli has very fresh deli meats and cheeses. They have a hot case for hot ready to eat lunch and dinners. They have homemade pies, cookies, doughnuts, cakes and breads. They have an organic room with organic foods. They have flowers, fresh fruits and vegetables, fresh beef, chicken and pork.

It’s getting bad. Prices have always been high. Some things are 4 to 5 dollars more than other stores. That’s not why I give them one star. They sell expired food. Too many times I’ve got home and Something I bought is expired. Although technically the last thing wasn’t. I was there late Friday night. Bought white and choc milk. Sunday morning I opened it for my kids. Then I saw it had expired Saturday. It was still on the shelf and didn’t even have a 24 hours to the expiration.

Always the great home town feel in this store. The employees are great and helpful in the New Concord Store. The remember there customers and greeting them with how are you doing its good to see you. You don't get this good of service in no other store.

Great neighborhood store. Store and parking lot are laid out well, making it easy to get in and out. Clean and well lit. Got our favorite Conn's BBQ chips here.

They have the best produce and meat around that I didn't raise myself. From the deli, to the butcher, to the fresh fruits and vegetables, I wouldn't buy those from anywhere else around. They might not always have the lowest prices, but they are competitive and have a much more complete selection than the big super stores that people go to. They even have a large organic section for a grocery store in an area this rural. Oh, and the Dessert Fire cheese is the best!

Produce is the best outside of a roadside stand. The strawberries they had this year were fantastic. Love the deli counter. Always leave with more than I came in for. Wife HAS to have the pimento cheese spread. My man at the sushi bar always takes great care of me and taught me what to look for.

This is the Riesbeck's in New Concord. It is clean, well stocked. The prices tend to be a bit on the high side with the occasional good deal. Riesbeck's does stock items which you cannot find anywhere else. Eggs were a good deal the day we were there.

Store has good selection compared to other local grocery stores. I like there bakery much better than Kennedys, we have got things there that were still frozen and over priced.

Wow....this store usually has what I'm looking for...however....we were having wintergreen 2022 and I kid you not...it was the Breadpocalypse Marathon....NO BREAD 🍞...NONE...SMH..sucks to be me right now...o well...smile...be happy for what I do have....and thank God for every second.

Store was well organized and stocked pretty good. They were extremely busy but looks good! It's a shame that customers have to be rude and obnoxious to the employees that are trying to serve the public!!! Shame

I am 59 years old and they wouldn't sell me beer without my ID! Really? Said it was because its a college town. I asked her what that had to do with me, but she said company policy. Stupidest thing I ever heard. It's Not like I look young. Won't be back guys. I will buy my beer someplace more customer friendly.

The Deli was fresh with the Hot food the mash potatoes look great not all dried up like when you go in around 4:00 or 5:00 o'clock they are dried up that is because Helen is there and she is a good cook you need to compliment her how while she does everything look nice in the Hot case

If you buy meat or produce eat it within a day or two otherwise it will go bad on you.I've gotten spoiled chicken, from the New Concord location, twice that had only been in my fridge less than a day. One package was spoiled when I opened it for dinner on the same day, the other had been in my fridge just overnight.

forgot my shoes went in for some soda( front of the store by the registers no where near deli) michelle proceeds to tell me i cant be in the store without shoes because its illegal i aske yhe statue number or any other information about the law she has none. she then proceeds to tell me there was a sign in the front of the store (there wasnt i took pictures) she then asks me to leave the store which although i am furious i do. at this point i am fuming and ready to talk to an owner. kathy the store manager sees this , she was outside managing the ribfest. she then offers to go get me whatever i came here for,also offers me a free rib sample. which she did. this is leadership folks. dont sorry michelle i will still be having that conversation with the owner. but rest assured future customers kathy will make up for michelles mistakes

Pay a little extra for the convenience of having a grocery in New Concord and the selection sometimes lacks, but the people are awesome and occasionally you get a good deal.Can't complain too much.
