Went in for a hot water valve. There was 2 guys there that I asked for help and they knew nothing to help. Not like most Ace hardware stores. Went to Lowes after got help immediately...I use to go to smaller hardware stores because of the personalized service... Ace used to be good...sad....

Always a positive shopping experience here. Staff usually greet you upon entering the store and ask if they can help you find something. I have no friends or relatives who work at this store or any other Ace Hardware, so my review is without bias. Rocky's Ace Hardware truly has the best customer service of any hardware store. It truly gives you the "Mom and Pop" store feel of yesteryear that is rare to find in today's world. Kudos to Ace and their employees!

They were very nice and when I couldn't find the key I had just had made they cut me another at no charge. I did finally find it in the grass so went and paid for the second one. They told me I didn't have to but I felt it was wrong since I did find the first one

I have a old house and was looking for old fuses. I called the store after I went to a Walmart that claimed to have the fuses I needed but did not. the staff was very friendly and the lady that answered said she wasn't sure but would ask to be sure. They made sure before I made the drive they had the stock and friendly when I came with my 2 year old! Even gave her pennies for the charity wheel she loved it watching the pennies circle down!

Cashier sitting and eating Wendy's Chili at the register while working. Ordered online and no one could find my order. Had to then try to find the product on the floor myself. Once I find it, another employee located my order sitting behind a different register. No one knew what was going on and very lackadaisical. I held the door open for an elderly man with a heavy item while employees were just hanging around.

Friendly staff. You pay a couple ¹ more at ACE, but every Ace hardware I've been to usually has Friendly staff and is always more knowledgeable than homedepot or lows stores. Also, ace has more special specific parts, lows and depot, don't cary.

I had never been here before. I walked through the double doors with no signs on them,except that they are hiring and "push." When I got inside, I realized these were the exit doors.So I walked past the cashiers ( slowly cause I have a cane) who proceeded to speak to each other like I wasn't there and couldn't hear them. One made the incredibly rude comment that if people just read the signs blah blah blah. What signs?Instead of asking me what I might need help with, it was more important to them to be bitter about their exit doors.However, a very nice gentleman stepped out of one of the aisles and helped me get exactly what I needed. He even carried it to the front and offered to take it to the car for me. Otherwise, I would probably never return.

This is one of the only places left in the greater Dayton region that you can find all of the little parts, pieces, and fasteners of all types that you need to repair, or create things. There is very little they don't have.

I called and Tony answered the phone. I tried to ask the question "is it possible for you to find what store would have in stock a product that I am trying to locate. I never was able to finish my question all 4 times with out him interrupting me. After the fourth time I just hung up because there was no point in asking a question to Tony because he didn't want to hear it nor wanted to help the customer on then phone. I will not be shopping at this home depot or any other. I won't waste my money in a store with such rude employees!!!!

I had a kitchen sink line bust the day after Christmas. I'm not working & a woman. I had to try to figure it out myself. So being high risk during these covid times. I called my neighborhood Ace Hardstore from the parking lot. The employees on 2 different days, were kind & very helpful! They made it possible for me to stay safe and get my sink working again!THANK YOU for having great customer service employees.

Came in looking for a small electrical item. I was greeted on entering and directed to the appropriate aisle. I found a good selection of itemes, made my selection and proceeded to checkout. Only one open register slowed checkout, but the wait was not too long.

Nice store has what you need when you need it. Staff very helpful and they are local. You don’t have to travel 15 miles and roam one hundred isles to find what you need or find sales assistance. The store supports the community. I love this place❤️

Not a giant hardware store but the store was well stocked with items you may need if something breaks. Went in asked a clerk if they had what I was looking for she sent me in the right direction and I found what I was looking for was in and out fast
