These guys are on it and I've always had my medicine same day, few hours after my appointment. Other places could make you want 2-3 days for a medicine which my life can be at risk without. The tech here are very compassionate and treat me with great care. I literally drive 15 mins from where I live to go here, originally it was only temporary, but the service here made it worth just staying here. Plus my father lives close to this one, so I always go see Dad after I get my medicine. I know that pharmacy tech work extremely hard and they deserve to be heard by the higher ups more frequently. Anyways thank you and to everyone whom works here

Whyyy did they close the NC one. This one sucks. They don’t call you to tell you anything. The text links don’t work and the website works less than it did before. Not to mention it is not convenient anymore. And I drive here wasn’t sure what time they closed. Just for them to be closed before 6 and the sign says closes @ 6! Why do places close before they are supposed to. Super annoying and not helpful for anyone especially people who live in NC. Most of the girls who work there are rude. Especially Taylor. There’s another one who is rude too. There are maybe 2 good ones and they came from New Carlisle.

I want to thank the two young ladies at the pharmacy, my dad came in with a wrist injury, and was not really sure what he could take to ease some of the pain until we got back home. The pharmacist explained to my dad what he would need only asking him what types of medication he was already taking. Thank you again ladies, I greatly appreciate you helping my dad out.

Not one to complain, but this is the most absolute slowest pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Not just this instance but almost every time. Hours of waiting for simple prescriptions. It's closest to my home but I'm transferring them elsewhere. I don't have this issue at other places. 20-30 minutes and they are done. Not hours with unlimited excuses like here.

Every time I go here to pick up my prescriptions I always interact with the pharmacy techs and the pharmacists. They are always really sweet they make sure that your taken care of and the answer all the questions that you ever have about any medications. They are good guides inside of the store when you can't find a little thing that you're looking for. Thank you Marie, Ms Paula, the pharmacist ms burgundy and the new Tech Ashley yall are wonderful people and I am so glad that you are my pharmacy. Thank you for your kindness!

Recently alot of pharmacies have been running slow. These guys have always been pretty good. Although it takes a few hours I understand. I'm just glad I don't have to wait days for a medicine I need to take daily. Thank you

I had brought my mother in to receive her covid shot. We did not know we were supposed to have her Medicare B card. Nicole was extremely nice explaining that my mother would still receive her shot and allowing us to just call with the information. She made sure to make everything so easy for us.

This location is wonderful!! Nicole was friendly while trying to sign me in. She eased my COVID vaccine fears. Dr. David administered the vaccine quick and painless. As we were talking, didn’t even realize he animated it! Marie is Amazing!! Checked out with her... she makes you laugh hard! Made my day and experience great!! Tina

Drove through the pharmacy window to pick up my grandmother’s breathing treatment and the gentleman that worked there refused to give it to me. I will never come there again. The pharmacy manager needs to be retrained on how to speak to customers, also this pharmacy needs to be looked into because I know my insurance covers medications that they have made me pay out of pocket for. I will be contacting the better business bureau about the managers conduct, and about how we have to pay for meds when I know that they are covered by my insurance.

When trying to fill a prescription for my husband this weekend, this team went out of their way when problems arose. HIs insurance was coded as out-of-state somehow and Marie, the pharmacy tech, along with pharmacist, Burgandy, went above and beyond to find a solution.They first tried a secondary insurance and the cost was over $500! Then they recommended a 30 day free trial of the drug by contacting the maker. We were able to get the 30 day free month and rest easy that hubby had what he needed for his potentially life-threatening condition. They were very courteous and friendly throughout the whole ordeal. When others may have simply said, "sorry there is nothing more we can do", they stepped up! Highly recommend.

Used rite Aid for years. The past month they have been horrible. Closing the pharmacy because pharmacist goes on vacation ?? And then now that they're reopened can't get a prescription filled if they can't do any better they need to just close the doors! We will be changing pharmacies this place has turned into a joke!

I’m traveling for a new job left home with out my medicine stopped at store 01187 on macadamia dr in new Carlisle. Marie and Burgandy were the two nicest people I very dealt with at any rite aid they fill my medicine and they were both very friendly.

If I could give a negative star I would!! The pharmacist is a complete joke!! A prescription was sent over electronically for my daughter at 9:17 a.m. and at noon when my husband went to pick it up they made him wait 20 mins in the drive thru then came to the window and asked him what he was picking up and my husband said 1 prescription for my daughter, the pharmacist walked away again for another 10 mins and came back to the window and told my husband he'd have to come back in 50-60 mins because it was ready yet that they just received it..which is a lie because I sent it electronically myself at 9:17 a.m. and its now almost 1 in the afternoon! So after waiting at the window all that time my husband went home and went back up there over an hour later and the pharmacist was at the window when he pulled up and then walked away..10 mins later a last comes to the window and tells my husband its still not ready! Then 15 mins after that the pharmasist brings my daughters prescription to the window and gives it to my husband and my husband told him that our family would no longer be filling our prescriptions there and the pharmacists response was "well I think we'll manage"!!!! He gave my husband our daughters medicine with NO instruction printout and put the medicine in 3 different tiny bottles instead of using 1 bigger bottle just to be an ass!!! I've left message with the district office so hopefully something will be done!!!!!

The pharmacy here actually closes at 8pm, contrary to their Google listing and their sign posted in the store that says they close at 9pm. I found this out after spending 2 hours at the ER with my baby and showing up to pick up his meds that he needed. We were turned away.
