DO NOT BUY!! This place needs to have their vendors license taken away. Made the mistake of ordering before checking reviews. Never got my order, been 3 months. Had to go through a pain of a process with the bank to get my money back. Filed complaint with shopify and next will be with the state. No one should have to deal with this "company". 100% Scam.

Ordered my one gangsheet almost 2 months, I never leave reviews but I should have because I have definitely been scammed. I have messaged on facebook twice and emailed twice with no reply and never received my order or even shipping confirmations.

I guess I should have looked at the reviews before buying. The absolute WORST customer service. I had a print missing I emailed them the next day , they ghosted me for 3 months straight. I finally got her to respond in her Facebook group where she was RUDE, I emailed them again including all the screen shots of my emails back to 12/4. They told me they couldn’t refund me because the books, then they declined to send another one. I spent a lot of money with them and this is how they treat their customers?! Not sure how they are still in business

I ordered a personalized stuffed animal for my son for Christmas. I paid the invoice and was told that I would receive an email when my item would be ready. Never received an email and contacted the woman. She said that I should’ve already received an email with the place of pickup and told her that I did not and was checking all of my inboxes multiple times a day. After I asked her what the email was so I could search through my inboxes again just incase I missed it, she ghosted me. It’s been three weeks since I ordered and would like my items and a refund. This obviously seems like an ongoing issue!!

This company has the worst customer service. I placed an order on 6/21 for 5 prints. On 7/3, I still had not received a notification that the items had shipped so I sent an e-mail inquiring about the status of my order. I received a response that stated they had been on vacation for 10 days and that it would ship after the holiday (4th of July). I had not received any information about the order shipping as of 7/13, so I sent another e-mail to inquire about the status. I did not receive a response, so I sent a 3rd e-mail on 7/17. I did not receive a response, but did receive a tracking e-mail on 7/18 that the package had shipped. I received it on 7/22, but the package was missing one of the prints that I had ordered. I sent an e-mail to let them know and to see when they could ship that print to me. I received a response on 7/26 asking for a photo of the packing slip. I sent it to them the same day. I never received a response. I followed up on 8/1, 8/6, and on 8/14. My 8/14 e-mail stated that if I did not receive a response by 8/15, I would dispute part of the charge with my credit card company. I received an e-mail on 8/16 from the owner, Ashley asking that I call my bank and cancel the dispute. She said that she had refunded me on 8/11. I never received any type of communication from her, her system, or anyone regarding this. I checked my credit card transactions on 8/15 before I filed the dispute and again on 8/16 when I received the e-mail from Ashley. There was not a transaction or pending transaction from her for the refund. She then advised me that their response time is 72 hours as stated on their Facebook page. I found her business through a Google search and did not interact with her Facebook page. It does not state on the website anything about response time. We exchanged e-mails a few times and miraculously a pending refund shows up in my transaction history dated 8/16 (not 8/11). I have dealt with a ton of companies and none have had worse customer service or response than this one. They did make it "right", but it took 56 days after my order was placed and 25 days after I received my order to do so. This is unacceptable to me and should be to you too.

Worst customer service ever, contacted on Facebook and placed a order and then have been ghosted and not received any update on my order placed order on august 26 and last time they reached out was august 31 when I ordered they said order would be ready for pick up on September 1 and I should receive a email that showed ready for pickup but of course no email and I have reached out September 5th and nothing now website shows closed 9/11-9/15 so I have asked for a refund since I haven’t got said email to let me know my items were done. I had no issues with her in the pass but now since new Carlisle building store was close I have been ghosted I would not recommend this company and I will not be sharing Facebook post of this company to my friends!

I should have checked reviews before ordering from this company. Ordered 2 prints on 02/04/2024 and have only received order confirmation. Emailed the company and no response. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. An error was made that I was assured had been corrected but when received it was still wrong. Then the company expected me to pay to ship it back at my expense so they could fix it. Out of the 12 sweatshirts I ordered, 2 were messed up and one was stained. Would NOT every recommend using this company.

I would not recommend to anyone. Poor customer service and if you have a issues with a order( items missing) it’s a pain to try to get those items even when the owner tells you she knows it wasn’t in there due to her mistake. Been waiting since January and finally today I was offered a refund. We shall see if I get it. Sublimation hoodies had a problem missing 2 items and misspelled items you would think it’s a simple fix. Nope not with this place. If you comment on her Facebook page a question ( because it’s the only way to get a response) she’s very rude but her customer service rep says she’s just straight to the point 🤦‍♀️ Sorry not how you do business. I could go on and on but honestly go to the Facebook page and look around at the comments how she talks to people. If she hasn’t deleted them yet. I asked about my order status and after she left her rude comments after about a hour it was gone. I started taking screenshots so I had proof. It’s horrible.

Tried numerous times to contact them for a company order for embroidery and tshirts. Have never gotten a single response and their shop is always dark. Must not like to make money.

I do NOT recommend purchasing from this company. I have had nothing but issues regarding TAT (not clearly stated on website & then the information was changed after I reached out), missing prints & customer service was subpar.
