Little Clinic is out of control. you can walk in, register and then stand there for 20-30mins (maybe longer if i didn’t approach to ask how long was the wait/how many people were in front of me) just to find out that they are all booked for the day. i said “so why don’t you put a sign in front of the registration terminal so people are not wasting their time?” — answer: “ We are not legally allowed to”But wasting peoples time is OK? Do you understand how confusing that is?— Well that’s why we suggest that people book and register online?— And how in the world am I supposed to be aware of that, Where is it posted or how do you notify people that that’s the way to go?🤷‍♂️— Unbelievable!

I made a call about a medication and I was “greeted” by a super rude and unprofessional employee. She sounded as if she was on drugs herself (slurred speech/non comprehensive communication). Was not satisfied when I was calling about life saving medication. Girl with piercings should not be able to handle peoples medications let alone be in the pharmaceutical field.

The Maineville store needs some new bakery management. The selection sucks. I can go to the Mason store and find a budget friendly 1/8 cake for $5. There is nothing but $27.99 cakes (if any) at Maineville. Kings rolls aren’t out, Batard bread isn’t out.

Every time me and my wife do a pickup it mainville Krogers our vegetables are always just thrown in a grocery bag instead of being put in vegetable bags like they're supposed to be and the most of the time they're yellow or all nasty and wet and slimy like we get the privilege of buying stuff so we can throw their trash away but they don't want to throw away and getting tired of this nonsense

I stopped going to Walmart and now i only shop at Kroger. They have everything i need. I love the rewards card to that helps me save money on gasoline. They have great employees too.

Unbelievable staffing. Every single lane is backed up 2/3’s of the way down the isle. Absolutely ridiculous checkout. And self checkout is no better. Who has the time to shop and then wait in these lines? Sorry Kroger, you could do better.

This place is painful to shop at. Way understaffed. Departments shut down early and sometimes unexpectedly. Also, you MUST check your receipts. Lately, we have found lots of items that were on sale, not ringing up at the sale price. I hope this is because they are short staffed and not all of the IT inputbis getting done timely, but a few days ago I was behind a woman at the counter who had 14 items that rang up in correctly. You would think that a company with all of the analytics that these guys have, getting prices correctly, input would be easy. I am also concerned about the number of elderly people I see checking out, who don't appear to have smartphones or computers, so it appears that they are missing out on a lot of digital coupons. I really hope they have a program that helps these undeserved people. I don't see much about it in the stores, so I am concerned that even if they offer assistance, do these people understand how to get it. You would think that with all the problems in the world that companies like these guys, who appear to be making a very good return these days could just go with offering the best price up front and do away with all of the digital products so that those people who really need help get help. Feels like they could do better.

Clicklist is a joke. Items that are "out of stock" seem to always be there when have to go inside and grab the missing items. If you want something done right, do yourself a favor and just make time to do it yourself. Not worth the stress of dealing with the headache and hassle of incompetence.

Click list is bad. I use it seice I gave birth and it gets tricky getting around with baby. But they get my order wrong, damaged produce, and always "missing" many basic items. I go in to pick up the "missing" items and so far 100% of the time the are in stock (and substitutions in stock as well).

I've gotten spoiled food from the click list several times now. This is one of worst Krogers in the area. The drive to Landen is well worth it.

I genuinely enjoy shopping at this location but the deli needs work. This is by far the slowest location I’ve been to. There could be no one in line and I will still plan on spending 20 minutes waiting. Also always here on a weekday morning….

This is the worst grocery store in Warren County. Skip it and go to the Landon Kroger or Loveland Meijer. It's a filthy, unorganized mess. We waited 15 minutes in line for chicken just to have the employee let others go in front of us. We ditched the cart and left. We'd rather drive further away than go back.

I prefer the Landen and Harper's Point locations, but this is the location closest to us for quick trips. One plus for the Maineville location over the Landen location is the Starbucks inside, if you'd like a coffee.They can't build the new new Maineville Kroger fast enough. We're really looking forward to a larger store and bigger selection.

The most consistently horribly stocked store I've ever been to, it is a constant, I'll drive almost 20 minutes away instead of less than 5 just to shop elsewhere, where shelves ARE ACTUALLY STOCKED.

I have been very disappointed in the Kroger pick up. I have probably used it 15-20 times and had issues at least 50% of the time. Either they forget to pick all the frozen items, they don't sent me the substitutes ahead of time and I am not okay with the substitutes, I get expired food, the food is not ready when I pick it up, ect. This means I have to still then go into the store which also is an issue because they normally don't have enough lanes open so long times as well. It would be great if this store can work to improve their customer service.

This is the closest & least favorite Kroger. If chit chatting customers or personal shoppers aren't in the middle of the aisle blocking every one its bearable. It's unorganized & out of stocks seem to be the norm. Front end is usually friendly though.

Apparently, they can change their hours at will. Closed at 10:00 on a Saturday. Constantly block isles well before closing. Can't wait for this one to be shut down.

Do not buy anything from their "fresh meat" section. I bought "fresh" chicken from there yesterday afternoon and when I opened it to make dinner, it had extreme rotten smell. I ended up throwing it out. Very disappointed in Kroger!

The absolute worst Deli! One of the main men- older with dark hair, maybe manager is the most unkind human! The entire time we were waiting in line, genus throwing things around. Another employee asked about ordering wings and he was sooo rude and would not process his order for days in advance. He threw my order at me and then I went to checkout- he didn’t zip the bags and the lunch meat fell out all over the place… standing back in the long line!

This pharmacy is absolutely rediculas. My daughter came to get my prescriptions she stood at the counter for over 45 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, it never happened. She tried again today the drive thru was 10 cars deep and we know how long that would take. I'm taking my business elsewhere. And oh let's talk about the grocery store outdated dairy products on the shelf, completely empty shelves, stale bread. This store needs a complete managerial overhaul

Click list is horrible- it’s wrong at least 70% of the time. Which leads me to wasting time by having to call customer service to get it straightened out. And even more time because I have to go in to get everything they messed up or just forgot. I’m currently in line at the deli and have been waiting 25 minutes already with three people ahead of me the entire time (meaning in the 25 minutes I’ve been waiting, the SOLE employee working the deli hasn’t even finished with one person). Just terrible.

Love our store, especially for earning discounted gas; but would also enjoy a Marketplace setting. Anything to help slim down the Walmart spending would be wonderful! Employees are friendly and helpful, even offering to help find items since the recent reorganization. Cashiers watch to help customers into their lanes when empty, and even ask if ice or stamps are needed. I don't like crowds, so I miss the 24hrs schedule. I haven't yet researched whether they have the new online ordering service. However, I've heard good things about it at the Lebanon store, so I will try it if possible very soon. Pharmacy techs are fast and friendly as well. I've watched how hard they work and how busy the dept seems to be most of the time. I love the new option to receive text messages when prescriptions are ready. The call system is a great addition, but texts are the best for me. I have nothing negative to say about this store at all.

It's alright in a pinch but typically doesn't have everything in stock compared with other locations. It seems like there is always someone, including employees, smoking right outside the main door rather than the designated smoking area around the corner.

I am writing this post in hopes the store manager sees it and corrects it. The produce at this location is horrible. Every time I order grocery pick up from this location I have problems. I've had to exchange strawberries, apples, and now the red potatoes I just got from them 3 days ago are completely rotten!! I shouldn't have to make multiple trips BACK to the store. I should be able to trust the employees doing the pick up order. I'll just drive to Lebanon for now on. At least I've never had any problems there. Moving to Morrow has been amazing but this store is worthless.
