Use to be my go to place to find anything with great customer service, great people to help you with what you need & never ever had a problem for years til this year. A really horrible guy works there with a ball cap & ashy blonde hair sticking out everywhere at the bottom of his cap 🧢 I've only bumped into him twice so not sure how long he's been working there & I don't care either but the 2 times I've seen him he has been straight rude. He made some smart comment to me the first time when I went in to buy staples for my staple gun & just rushes me out of the store today with his rudeness.Less customers I guess, taking my service else where. No one should be treated this way.

They almost always have what we need. A little more expensive than the big box stores, but worth it. Easy access parking, everything is always where it was the last time and you don't have to walk a mile to find what you need.

We recently moved here. This hometown hardware store has been a life saver with home repair. They even let me get my Woodstock woodstove delivered to the store. Jeff made loading the 700+ stove look easy in my trailer. We are here to stay with such excellent customer service. THANK YOU!!

The best hardware store in southeast Ohio. They have it all. Not sure what you need, explain your project and they can help. No need to walk every aisle looking, the staff will take you right to the area you need it or get it for you. Great store, amazing staff and the best products in one place. Stop by and see for yourself.

Saving has tools, gardening supplies, cleaners, plumbing supplies, etc. I recently bought a home in Nelsonville so I am constantly finding out there is something I need at the hardware store. I am so glad we have Saving! And it is only a short walk away. They are well stocked, always direct me exactly where I need to go, and are all around nice guys. They even have a locksmith!

I was looking for a fly paper that would help me make a deer fly trap so I put it on the tractor and drive around and all the deer fly gets stuck on it in a few weeks I don't have any more more flies to bite me and they do hurt so they fix me up with some stick the A fly fly traps for Windows it works very good thank you
