Everyone is always very nice and helpful. Even though the store is very small, it has been like that for at least 15 years or more. I hope they are able to expand one day and get a bigger building. I’m a speed shopper and usually can get in and out very fast.

This Kroger's needs to be bigger, gets good business but man it'd be nice to be able to have space to walk around people & space to walk around the stands they put in the aisles when your shopping. Besides that, NEVER order a birthday cake from this place. They told me over the phone it'd be $35 but when I got there it was $42. Once I asked them about it, they wanted to be rude. I asked for a Pokemon BOY cake that was suppose to be red, blue & white as requested, made me so mad to get there & see a bright orange, pink & light green cake instead. $42 bucks for a girl cake for a boy party 😡 That'll be the last.

Came twice while visiting from Columbus. Wow they are so nice , friendly , and helpful. This is a very small Kroger, but the employees are WONDERFUL.

Need to build larger store. Very little selection of products or always running out of everyday items. Prices are higher on most items than other stores. The store is in bad need of a Express check out. No bakery or real deli.

I'm not sure I've ever actually seen any of the employees disinfect between customer visits like stated... And the employees who wear masks I would say a good 79% of them wear their masks on their chin and off their nose and mouth... Definitely not taking health and safety into consideration of customers.... Forgot to add , very overpriced.

Hmm don't try to use digital coupons and think at checkout a cashier or other will help you bc the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing at this store! I tried to complain to corporate impossible!! False advertising is what it all comes down to.

It's more like a small town grocery than a large chain store. It's a small easily accessible place with friendly and helpful people. Not the widest selection of goods but convenient for the basics. A bit pricey but great for the local shopper

We love our Kroger. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The staff of the pharmacy are so knowledgeable and helpful and we appreciate them too!! Kroger is more than just a store, it's a community point of connection. Great store, great staff and close to home.

Was very busy this weekend, staff was very freindly and professional. For as busy as it was the wait in line was not too bad either when the bagger was walking from line to line bagging customers groceries. In my opinion they should just open up another line to check out customers but i beleive it was lack of staff that prevented them to do so. Overall my visit at this particular Kroger was very pleasant and quick, just how i like it.

It's something special. Haven't been to a grocery store like this since before the cold war ended... most exotic things are kiwi fruit in the summer (if you're lucky) and mixed nuts around the holidays. But totally works in a pinch if you run out of beer and bug spray while camping.

My small home town Kroger is small enough to be considered a convenience store, but has the Big Time Kroger promise. I prefer it over the nearby much larger Athens Kroger because I meet and greet locals here in Nelsonville. I get what I need and am happy with Kroger excellent quality.

Always crowded, never have enough registers open, and prices are more than any other grocery store in town. They have a lot of stuff Walmart and Aldi don't have, though, so sometimes you gotta bite the bullet and deal with them.

While still an older store layout this is not meant as a criticism. Good selection for a smaller store. The store and parking lots are clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I drove 🚘 an 1hr and 30 min to get my COVID VACCINE💉 here at the Nelsonville Krogers. The ppl were friendly and helpful and afterwards I even did some shopping to😁 The prices were great. My Krogers up in Sunbury is a huge one but the customer service says it all!! I'll be back in 3wks and will shop there again after my second shot!!! Thank you👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

The pictures shown are not of the Nelsonville,Oh Kroger! Its a much older gray brick building! The items sold here are very limited as this is a tiny store and lacks room for all the regular Departments, produce is extremely small area, Meat Department and deli are small and prices are extremely high! KROGER us way over priced, I recommend you travel to one of the local WALMARTS as there prices and selection are much better and prices are way Liwer!

I always have great experience with staff, it’s clean and fairly organized, but they don’t carry anything in stock that I actually need.... I hate having to waste gas to go all that way to Walmart

Home town store with lots of good friends who work there. Small building but has everything you could possibly need in a jiffy. I get all of my prescriptions fill there and even at their busiest,they have them done within 45mins. Thanks guys....Oakley

This store is Pathetic they are always out of items it's pretty sad knowing it is always busy with locals and during COVID no one to travel out side of home town. If it wasn't so convenient by being close to home I wouldnt go there.
