I had the opportunity to buy a new Kioti tractor. Jeff and Laura are the best. Laura made the paperwork and finance a breeze, with signing all my paperwork through my phone. Jeff went over tractor models, implements, and options. After buying my tractor, he went through all the functions and maintenance. I was able to always call them with any questions. If you are looking for a Tractor or implement dont go anywhere else. From the first phone call to after sales support, Jeff and Laura treat you like family not a customer. My first visit to them I had very limited knowledge about what i needed, Jeff spent over an hour walking me through different tractors, explaining everything to me and answering every question I had, never once did feel like another sale or pressured to buy. Laura gave me probably a dozen quotes of different tractors and implements always smiling and laughing along the way. They helped me find exactly what I needed and didnt try to oversell or sell me things I didnt need.After sale support from Jeff and Laura is absolutely amazing, they will answer phone calls and messages quickly, giving you any answers you need. They go far and beyond an dealers support you could ask for, going out of their way to take care of customers.If you are even considering any equipment I highly recommend paying Brownies Tractor's a visit. I refuse to go anywhere from now on and wanted to say thank you Jeff and Laura.

Traveled 3 hours for a Titan flail mower. Brownies had them in-stock and at the best price I could find anywhere. GREAT customer service, inventory and pricing. We also purchased rear remote kits for my tractor. Mechanic took the time to show me how to install them, he is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. They genuinely care about customer service and satisfaction!

I purchased a Kioti tractor from Brownies Tractors & Implements in 2013 and have had several occasions for service since then. Brownies is definitely one of the best companies for customer service that I have ever dealt with. Jeff answers emails promptly and provides rapid service at a reasonable price. He has made several trips to my farm to service the tractor even when it has not been especially convenient for him. My farm is about 30 miles from his company's location.Four days ago, he came to do a repair on my front end loader and found that there were more parts broken than I had indicated. I asked him to check on availability and to have them shipped to me if the price was reasonable. I checked today with him to find out when they could be shipped, and he said they had already been delivered to my house. I checked my front porch and found them! He seems to really care for his customers, and I am happy that I chose to purchase my tractor from him. I very highly recommend this company for the quality of their products, and more importantly, for the exceptional quality of their after-market service.

Finally! A place that actually believes in customer service! I tried other places to buy my compact utility tractor. Kioti tractors are the best tractor for the money. And service after the sale? Never have I seen a business go out of its way to make me happy almost a year after the original purchase.Brownies, a little out of the way, but if you want the gold plated customer service that your parents or grandparents talked about. This is the place to buy your agricultural products, implements ,compact tractors and zero turn mowers.
