I have always had good experiences here. Never had a rude employee or an issue with them standing behind something that malfunctioned. Bought 2 things from them that had issues and contacted the manufacturer told them how I got it and the manufacturer said thanks for buying our product we will send you the part you need for FREE....bought a Milwaukee set for 75% and it's worked perfectly for over a year now of regular use. Give these folks a chance if you are a thrift shopper and like local businesses!

We ran across this store by accident several years ago. Now we make a point to make it one of our stops when we visit Amish country. Some things seems a bit overpriced for a closeout store but there's many good deals too. Worth checking out. We always find some bargains!

Good inventory and good prices but workers can be rude and not so willing to help at times. Had to run and grab the money for an A/C unit and the worker exclaims that “no we are closed we can’t help” in a rude tone. In my line of work it’s to help the customer, sometimes you have to stay over and help out. Will not shop on days this employee is working.

Love this place! Great items for fantastic prices! I love a deal and I am definitely a repeat offender of this place. Friendly staff. Clean facility. Stock is always changing, so if you have your eye on something don't wait...BUY IT!

Best deals around I love the program that gets you 20% off once you spend 200$. I wish they would get TV’s back in stock. I bought 2 TV last time for 250$ can’t beat that. One was a 65” and the other a 49”

Overpriced! They were asking 300 for outdoor sectional we just price checked at Walmart for 359 same brand and all. The sectional was covered in mildew on top of the cushions and what looked like mold under them. They refused to take 200 for it because it was "New". I'm not paying new prices for damaged goods.

You never know what you will find here they have everything from clothing to Lawncare to grocery items it's kind of fun to look around and the prices are very good. Some things are refurbished and others are new. I got a portable air conditioner they are for $75 and everything was included and it works perfect.

They promise you they check items before they resell them very near retail price but have had to take back cracked screen monitors, power tools, and other electronics we take a chance buying. They never have a shopping cart available. Good place to go to if you want to buy poorly stored and expired foods, makeup, medications, and other personal care items. I feel like I need reimbursed for my time and travel expense returning broken products with missing parts. I would not recommend unless you have money and time to waste. We still have a black and decker weed wacker they promised was whole and complete but it doesn't have a charger.

My wife and I drive from Painesville Tsp to shop here .We get some great items here wemake it a whole day.We shop here then we go to Menards ( because we don't have one by us ). Then we go to Goodwill off Erie exit.Then on the way home we stop in Fairlawn /Montrose for dinner.👍

The prices of most things are high. What they are charging is what you pay at a store. So why is your store named Real Deal DISCOUNT???? I use to shop here all the time. It's not worth the trip though now!

It's one of those places that buys pallets of random items and returned items and resells them. Got a really good deal there the other day and saved nearly $100 on a new item.
