Truck driver here. If you're picking up OTR prepare to be here several hours.I arrived at 11:10am, 10min before my appointment. They only Load you out of 1 Dock(see video below) and Overbook loadsHad 2 drivers infront of me. Took them 1hr to load the guy who was already in a dock when I arrived. No telling how long he had already been there.It was 2 WHOLE HOURS after the fella infront of me backed into the dock before they started loading him.Do Not accept any Loads picking up here from your DM. This is the First and Last time I'll ever pickup for this facility.As of right now I'm still waiting for the fella infront of me to get loaded. Doubt they'll even get to me today considering they close at 5pm.

TRUCKERS BEWARE!! Broker named the company as Manna Pro Corp. Arrived at 1130am and was told only a couple trucks ahead of me. 230pm finally bump the dock. 430pm still no activity and man inside assures me it will be done soon. Fast forward to 8pm and I am awakened by forklifts loading first pallets. Jump out and man says it's probably gonna be another hour or 2 before completion. Basically the office man strings me along and leaves the Night guy to deal with angry truckers. Highly recommend to avoid this place like the plague. Not worth the hassle or wait.

Bump the dock at 10:00 a.m. started loading me at 10:30 about an hour and a half to load me up not too bad

Truckers don't come here, 8 hours still not loaded this place is complete garbage I'm surprised they have such good ratings don't be fooled you will loose your whole day here!

Tight squeeze to dock. Typically have a foot on either side of trailer. Forklift operators are slow and don't communicate.

Bad place to load too much waiting time next load lost due to waiting time in this place my p/o was for 1:30 I arrived at 12 and at 7 at night I went to see and no one and there were more trucks in the end I didn't They loaded everyone left and they didn't give any explanations they just sawed and left
