This is a trustworthy Walmart. I mistakenly left my milk at the checkout and didn't realize until I got home. I ran back up to the store and they handled the situation very customer friendly and hassle free.

Mostly we get our groceries there, by pick up and online order. Employees who bring the groceries out have all been very good. Still like to shop at Chief whenever I can.

Ordered a delivery for 3 hours or less, called 4 hours after I placed order and they told me they haven't even started picking the order. Then dude told me he was clocking out and nothing could be done about it. So as a truck driver, I guess I'm not getting food for my cabinets for another few days 🙃

Absolutely hate the self check outs. Got stopped at the door and asked to see my receipt. I politely said you could screw off,if you don't like the way I ring up my groceries. You do it for me. I know I did it right and he didn't see my receipt. I hate going to walmart.

One of the employees in online grocery was very rude towards me. She thought I was going to back up into her and I seen her. I hit my brakes. She shook her head and cussed at me. Then I asked her if she had a problem and then she started cussing at me again. I called the online grocery and explained the situation to them and they didn’t care and took her side and then they banned me from Walmart. Had the cops call me and everything. And the employee lied and said she never cussed at me and it was a lie. My fiancé heard her as well. I’ve never been in trouble before 🤷‍♀️ Overall, bad service and rude employees.

I went shopping today and use the checkout. I need to break my $5.00 so I always go to any cashier or customer service. Bobby Joe from customer service told me we don’t change money here. She’s rude and have attitude. She should tell me in a nice way. Is it because I’m an Asian and not my from Napoleon, Ohio?

About the best prices on nearly everything though they are often out of what you went there to get.Checkout tends to be slow. Several times I've noticed more "greeters" guarding the door than cashiers. The other day I spent 20 minutes waiting in line. Good thing I wasn't getting ice cream.

I love this one. It's the closest place to get groceries for me, but they have a really good clearance section. It breaks my heart to put it out there, but it check every time! I got a really nice knife set for less than $40. I hace many times shopped for my kids for birthday parties or Christmas there.

Placed a large catering order with the deli after the Perrysburg/Rossford location was "out of bread." The staff were excellent to work with and they had our order ready on time. The 200+ people we served with this order all requested we continue to order from the Napoleon location due to the excellent subs. The deli provided excellent service and a delicious product at great price. Couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you.

Visited this location for the first time over the weekend only because our local Wal-Mart didn't have what I was looking for. Wasn't overly impressed with it. Midways were very narrow to walk through barely wide enough for the carts. No room to move. The only really nice person we seen there was the older gentleman up front in the lobby. The help we got in the area we needed it was average. The one woman acted like we were a bother until we bought a bigger ticket item then she was a little friendlier but overall it's doubtful I'll ever return to that store. We were in the store probably 10-15 min. and that was enough.

The meat we by has always been great. I can usually find just what we need. Of course there are days when something might be out of stock like anywhere you shop but Wal mart does seem to restock fairly quick
