Jeremy and Braden were both running around taking care of multiple customers the entire time we were there both were great but especially Jeremy helping us after a bad experience and mess we had at a different location. Highly recommend

Worse experience with customer service!! The rep that was at work had the phone ringer on silent, I called multiple times to get thru to the store & Verizon customer service also tried & nothing went thru, so I was in the store to pick up my phone that Verizon customer service made, bc they said it was there & the victra rep said they don't have that & he knows, told him to cancel my order & he said he can't, Verizon customer service said yes he can, the customer service rep tried to call the store while I was in the store & stores phones didn't ring, so I stated real good business when you're phones on silent, this was at 4:30. So all day today people were trying to call the store & got nothing bc they have lazy a.$ reps! I told the rep to call or get ahold of his supervisor & he proceeded to tell me he cannot do that. I told him I know what he can & cannot do bc I was a manager at a Verizon store in Tampa, FL. Todays society, I swear will hire just about anyone. Sad! Bad business. Save some time & go to defiance or just drive another 20 mins to Toledo

We went to the verizon store and tried to get help with an inaccurate bill.The guy kept telling me that we were wrong with what we were telling him.He said that since I know so much I should go work for Verizon. I then asked his supervisor's name and he told me.I don't have to give you that information. I then told him I would ask someone else. He then tells us that we need to leave the store now.I was a manager for 7 years and would never speak to a customer that way.I believe his name was Jeremy.( long red hair)I called Verizon and it turns out we were correct and they adjusted the bill and apologized for this other person's rude behavior.

Dylan Nathan and Thomas are all absolutely assets to your company. I went to get a new phone and the all three of them went out of their way to make sure i got what i wanted. From the first time i walked into the store they were all nothing but professionals. I had trouble getting some very important data off my old phone and they 100 percent worked with me to get the info off the trade in phone. I was very happy with all the accessories that i was recommended. I cant explain in words how grateful and lucky we are to have such a great team in Napoleon. I give the store a 100 out of 5 stars. I will be going to Go Wireless for all my phone needs in the future and i highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys.

Chase and Garrett helped me so much! They were outstanding salesmen and very efficient with their work! I was extremely pleased with my service today! I left the store with all of my questions answered and feeling completely satisfied with all my purchases! I had a very nice older gentleman help me with a tech question. Had to be in his 30’s. Very helpful and persistent... but I truly couldn’t focus . His breath almost made me faint. If I could describe the smell, it would be equivalent to a decaying rat. I can not return to a place with such bad hygiene. Please promote the employees to take care of themselves. It was truly overwhelming

I went to this store with my mind made up on what I wanted. I spoke with Chase and Zayne and they both provided me with insight that changed my mind and saved me lots of money. I highly recommend going to them for all your communication needs. They are top notch guys that have helped me out a couple times now.

I worked with Alex and Jayden(sp?) and they did an amazing job answering all of my questions in a clear manner. I had to communicate with them the next day, and they had passed on all the info we discussed the evening before with the crew working the next day. This kind of service is rare these days. Bought my 71 year old father-in-law a new phone from Verizon & needed to have some things transferred from the old phone so went to the Defiance, Ohio store where not only were they wanting to charge $35.00 as a service fee for transferring everything but they were also very rude & disrespectful!!! So, I called the Verizon store in Napoleon, Ohio and dealt with a very nice, respectful & helpful young man named Alex that made sure to help my father-in-law with everything & never charged him a dime!!! Thank you very, very much Alex....not only are you the best, kind, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable but we appreciate you & everything that you did to help us!!!!

They really have no idea what they’re doing at this store. Idk if they just picked up some random dudes and said “here’s a job”, but considering they don’t even know how Next Day in store pickup works, can’t find a phone in their own store, and then on top of that, can’t read a SIMPLE RECEIPT that says PAID. y’all got some work to do. I’ll gladly tell everyone I know to spend the extra money on gas & go to the BG location.

I’m a difficult person apparently but Hunter and Andrew went above and beyond in helping me upgrade my phone after having some issues and no iCloud backup. Then they helped with the second upgrade because I wanted to switch from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 8 Plus. Both kept up conversation while working on it. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company – and specifically, Chase Marroquin. On 2/28/20 my 86 year old father went in to arrange for a replacement for his flip phone. When Chase was done with him, he had sold him an LG G8 Thinq for $840, plus an SD card, a stylus, glass cleaner, an ASUS ZenPad tablet, screen protectors, insurance, etc. etc. Total: $1,075.14, $840 financed and $235 in cash. Chase sold this to an elderly man who just wanted to replace his flip phone, and doesn’t even know how to turn a G8 on much less use it. And, he didn’t even understand what the tablet even was or what it was for. My Dad was embarrassed so I went back to confront them on my Dad’s behalf. Jaiden Falke offered me a $60 refund if I would walk away. I’m not going to. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB, the Ohio Consumer Protection Agency and the Area Office on Aging. I would strongly recommend NOT doing business with this company, especially if you are elderly or vulnerable.

Accidentally drove to this store thinking they were holding a phone for me. Dylan regretfully broke the news to me but assured me he would help me find out where it was. A few phone calls later it was found and I was set up no problem! Forever grateful for his help

BEWARE! This business, Thomas JL swindled my elderly father into buying a smart phone and all kinds of accessories and added that to my account without my knowledge. He had permission to exchange the broken flipphone only. Then refused to refund $80 for a screen saver and liquid glass he placed on the phone (there is a 14 day return policy, so I don't know why they would add this to the phone prior to the return policy) the manager, Michael Burlen refused to speak with me or give me his contact information. I was also Lied to from Jaden at this location when he updated my account and told me my bill would only go up $5 a month when it actually went up over $68. Verizon was able to put me back on my original plan but I lost alot of extra incentives and accumulated data because of this. When I told them I would be reporting to the bbb I was told it was ok because they don't do anything about the complaints anyway...Obviously they have had complaints before!
