Misleading as they texted me and said I had another full day to pick up my medication, and they had already put it back on the shelf. I waited 20 minutes in the line, and they said I would have to wait another 15 mins at least to get it filled again. The line was then at least as long as before. The pharmacy text said they have no control over the texts sent out and their company policy is to put the meds away the day before the customer says they need to have to pick it up by. Ridiculous.

We only have a couple options in Napoleon for a pharmacy. We have always used Rite Aid, we can always trust the their pharmacy to be accurate and pharmacists helpful. The store is also always clean and staff friendly. I don't usually write reviews, but had to bump them up after reading a bad one here. I appreciate they take their time to fill prescriptions accurately.

The Rite Aid here in Napoleon is a great store it has many items including a pharmacy. The staff is friendly and always helpful and they have food liquor shampoo and other Health and Beauty Supplies. You can't go wrong at Rite Aid

After asking a clarification question I was made to feel judged & disrespected here by one pharmacist.Filed a complaint in the corporate office. My hopes are someone who’s trying to get better won’t have to be made to feel like I was today.Update: 8/2/22- Alexis, the Pharmacy Manager, called me. Although I’ve chosen to not use Napoleon Rite Aid any longer, it was nice that she took the time to understand what I felt that day.

They are the slowest. In drive thru and in the store. It takes forever. I've just waited 33 minutes to get a script and there is 5 cars behind me. They have to get some better help. Like I understand being busy but I've been to many other places in my home town and this is by far the worst.

The layout at this location is awful, the drive up window only has one window and if there is more than one car in line you're going to wait over 15 minutes for your script. That's bad enough but the line crosses the flow of traffic in and out if the pharmacy, causing traffic jams and frustration.Edit: Somehow the traffic is worse and the lines almost caused an accident because cars were backed up into the exit lane forcing people leaving to go into oncoming traffic.

Something is going wrong at this Rite Aid. Have been going here for 20+ years mostly with few complaints. In the last few months my refills on routine medicine are going unfilled after either using phone or phone app refills telling me it will be refilled. Thyroid medication I had 3 days left before rx ran out on the bottle, refilled ok on app, got to store was told by a male pharmacy tech I had to wait until 30 days on bottle ran out before refilling? Since when? They contacted a Dr for a refill on a routine allergy medication, I waited 4 days to make certain refill would be ready. Got to store and they never noticed their request never went through to Dr. Out of medication, no problem for them, I guess. Attitude is, Oh well. Appears many new employees may need better training. Since it is only 1 of 2 pharmacies in this small town left, going to have to go mail order.

This pharmacy is so slow you could go to Toledo and get your strips and get him faster.I'm done with it going to change pharmacies going to try Walmart.

Been going to this location for as long as I can remember, but some of the new people are so slow at getting meds, you will stand in line or wait in drive-through for a minimum of 15 minutes.
