Would’ve given 5 stars, but your corporation chain is full of some greedy pieces of trash. Ordered the “24.99, 2 large 1 topping with breadsticks”.. I chose thin crust w/pepperoni for the 1st pizza… then I chose regular crust with only extra cheese for the second. Your greedy ace corporate overlords charged me $2.25 for a cheese pizza to have extra cheese. That ish right there is the reason why people are having a hard time in this current biodenomic climate. And fawk your woke corporate agenda. Nobody likes you… I’m speaking to all of corporate America right now… You and your entire corporation can fawk all the way off…. Still bought the ish, but fawk you. For real.

Order delivery. They have my order off to a doordasher when i didn't order doordash, then give them the stores own address as mine and i don't realize there is a slip up cause it has to text me through the doordash function. Now the dasher is taking forever from the point they picked the order up. Just close down if you can't keep employees. Or go to corporate and get the original recipe back and maybe people will eat the pizza here more often

This place sucks!! Ordering through here is worse than McDonald's. Screw calling, you get some foreign guys(3rd party) hanging out somewhere taking your order..just close down already!!!

Family dinner. We ordered 2 pizzas and garlic bread. Food was great, service was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely go back!

The worst ordered the pizza at 704 it said will beready at 734. Its 804 and im sitting here still waiting. And the girl says there just putting my order in the oven what the heck. Not happy at all i couldm hae went to wallmart bought the pizza and cooked it in 18 min this is not acceptable

Friendly staff, but the pizza wasn't as ordered, and while I ordered online; price dropped $10 from one room in the house to another. (2 different browsers used for 2 ppl to order.) If you order online - check the difference in price as a guest vs logged in if you have an account! It can save you quite some $$. Tasted good once I got it and rest was all good!

I called Pizza Hut in Napoleon several times to try to book a birthday party for my granddaughter. First 2 times they put me on hold for over 15 minutes before I hung up and tried again. The 3rd time I explained I only wanted to book a birthday party and that I had been on hold for over a half hour between 2 previous calls. The employee hung up on me. I called again and asked for the manager and was immediately put on hold and the phone was never answered. We will take our business somewhere where our business is valued.

The waitress that we had was very impatient she wants to place our order as soon as we sat down did not give us time to look over the menu and gave us boxes before we was done did not give us a chance to as for them she just kind of throw them on the table

It all started off by walking in. The sweet aroma of pizza and pasta nearly knocked me off my feet. My family was seated quickly--my sleeping daughter getting awoken by the pleasant experience. The server was knowledgeable and sweet, and a manager passed by gorgeous and generous as ever. You could tell this is their calling. Upon receiving the food I was astounded, this much food for such a good price! This place really does show me what a wonderful place this world really is.

Haven't been in years but decided to try again with my wife. They had items listed for one price on there menu then brought me a ticket with overpriced items and when I brought it up to the waitress she got rude with me and said they manager changed it. I told then false advertisement was illegal and they had to offer the food at the prices on there menu and still they didn't change it to the correct amount.

This was my childhood Pizza Hut, one of our usual Friday night dinner spots. One of the few restaurant style left with the buffet.I hope this one holds out and continues to stay in business, will definitely visit this location when I come back to hometown to see family.

Horrible. Do not go to Napoleon pizza hut and get buffet. No pizza on buffet but a few cold and hard slices. No pasta. Asked several times if pizza was coming out and was told yes. Left hungry after setting there for 45 minutes. Ranch and eggs on salad bar were warm. Waitress never one time refilled our pops after being asked...absolutely horrible service. Asked for manager and she rolled her eyes because I wasn't paying full price with no food. Needs some work on there customer service. Sad ...use to be a good place to go as a family.

Ordered food that took over an hour before getting it UGH The hot food was cold (pizza/wings) the salad was warm! Oh, no utensils either. Called and the manager said oh well we can redeliver; I can't eat all that! Manager said we will deliver tomorrow by 6pm Called before 6pm different manager says well we had an 85 min delivery and all we can give you is $10 credit. DON"T order from this place....

I ordered a personal pan pizza today for lunch. This team that was working today knocked it out of the park! The pizza was hot and well prepared! The employee that handed my lunch to me was very polite and friendly! Great job!

Honestly ashamed of the experience I received.I work for the local hospital. We order from pizza hut all the time. They have been leaving out marinara sauces for months. No other competitor does that.You pay $6 for breadsticks.. you should get a dang marina sauce! I payed $26 for a pizza box. It came without my sauces for the breadsticks and the wings. I even made a note to add it. I called pizza hut, and they said they would send em back out. One hour later, they are ignoring my phone calls. The employee then hangs up the phone on me. I called to speak with the manager.She said “just because you ask for sauce, doesn't mean you get it.. you have to pay more for it.” No wonder this place is always hiring!! They obviously don’t want good business. They also don’t have common respect or proper training in customer service. Do better pizza hut! Or find better employees.

Horrible experience at the Pizza Hut in Napoleon Ohio. Walked in to get the buffet wasn’t told there was going to be 2 school buses coming in with approximately 80 hungry juniors and seniors. To say the least to the customers that were just being seated would not have the opportunity to eat anything off the buffet. They were not prepared at all. They would bring out 1 pizza at a time and the kids were like vultures ( which i completely understand) . After setting there for 30 minutes we decided it was hopeless. When we got to the register we asked if they could do something to adjust our bill. The manager told us they were informed earlier this morning that they were coming in. I ask why would they have all the tables set up and reserved with cups instead of preparing enough pizzas. We got major attitude from the get go. Well it’s the nature of our business to be busy. You can go into that Pizza Hut on any given day and there might be a max of 15-20 people. I had some pasta and they didn’t give us any silverware so I went up and politely asked the waitress, she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was asking for... then said we are out... I looked at her and asked how I was supposed to eat pasta without a fork. The staff that we dealt with at this facility definitely needs training in customer service and how to be prepared for a large amount of students. The kids even resorted to grabbing 2 liter bottles of pop out of the cooler just to be able to drink something....who knows how long it will take for all the kids to get some food. So we paid for 2 buffets my husband got 2 very small pieces of cheese pizza and I got 1 piece of pizza and alittle pasta. The lady told us she was the general manager of the store and she said there is nothing I can do about it. We said we paid for the buffet and didn’t get hardly anything she said there’s nothing I can do about it. Word of advise if you don’t see much pizza on buffet you better ask when more is coming out. Won’t be going back ever again !!

The personnel were very efficient and polite but the pizzas were tasteless! We never have left over pizza go to waste in this house but Pizza Hut Pizza got thrown in the trash. Two of our local pizza eatery was closed so we decided to drive the extra miles and ordered Pizza Hut. Never again. Almost $40 wasted.

The delivery driver was so kind! I mistakenly typed in the wrong address about a block away from where it was meant to be delivered. The gentleman called me to verify and made sure it got to the right place. His attitude alone outshines the deliciousness of the food he delivered!

Pizza was great. But I wish the waitress had taken the time to actually remember our order or write it down like the next table she got. I had ordered cheese sticks with the pizza also. Got the pizza but no cheese sticks. When she came back another person in my party had ask about "cheese bread" thinking she would have remembered the cheese sticks I had ordered. Came back with cheese bread. Must have been the 3 million other things she had going on that she couldn't remember our small order and two drinks. She did however take my one trip salad bar off the tab which was great.

They completely screwed up our order, didn't cook the dough all the way through, burnt all the toppings, a cheese pizza with only half of it having cheese, sent reg bread sticks instead of cheese bread sticks , no mariana sauce, and no ranch that I paid extra for to go with our wings. The manager named Michelle was nothing but rude and nasty when we called and needs to be fired over lack of knowing nothing about customer service. We were regular customers for many years and will NEVER order from them again. Worst food and customer service experience EVER!!!!!!!!!

We were there for dinner, we got terrible service. The waitress seemed really inexpirienced. She left our table 3-4 different times because she forgot something. She also didn't have any idea about current deals or menu items and prices for things not on the menu she also almost placed hot bread sticks in front of our baby... Definately needed a little more training. Our pizza came out wrong. It took us 20 minutes and having to walk up to the counter to get anyone's attention to get it replaced, by the time the pizza was ready we were ready to leave.
