So what if four out of seven pumps don’t work. no problem, you’ll just have to stand in line for a long time because of the pumps that work, there are also problems with the keyboard and you have to go to the cashier and additionally stand in line. This has already become a tradition for pilot flying J.

PSA: They no longer have PJ Fresh at this location. Super friendly staff. Water pressure in shower is amazing!! The showers were small but did the job. Clean parking lot and the store is clean as well.

Hello owner. Hope you doing well.. I was looking at all the reviews. I saw you only reply who gave 5 stars and good review. But never reply anybody who do complaints. The lady name ( machella ) may b the wrong name but i can explain some of her looks, she having alot of make up and wearing pink safety vest. She is very rude and mannerless. She dont know how to talk with coustmer. If somebody trying to complaint she got pissed and walk a way while coustmers talking with her and act really bad. I hope you will figure out something..

When you're in a rush the last thing you need is a defective pay at the pump card reader and keypad. No signage up, but as soon as I walked in they told me they knew about it.At the register you have to prepay for them to authorize your card. They need a specific amount. How much gas do I need? I have no idea. I'm travelling and the price has been different at each stop.Then after you guess, if you're too high, the extra amount is held for days before it gets released back to your card.Need a receipt? Guess what, you have to walk back inside, wait in line and ask them for it.A whole lot of hassles and extra steps simply because the pay at the pump wasn't working and no one thought to put a sign up saying so.Thanks for wasting my time this morning Pilot!

This is a medium truckstop on the small scale, parking slots are a bit tricky to back into because they are in an angle so you can only do your backing setup in one direction, there are a few vip reserve spots available if you feel special or in case you're running late & there are no more free spots, you can see and reserve your spot via the app on your way to it so no 1 takes it, try the app it's easy to use & will save you time. 4 food you have the incredible diverse selection of: Subway! This pilot doesn't have premade food like other pilots so you have to make the difficult choice of deciding which restaurant to eat so good luck! Parking lot appears decent until you take a closer look around the edges, there is all kinds of garbage spread around @ the back of the trailers including trucker bombs (pissing bottles) restrooms are somehow ok, there's showers on this pilot including laundry so this pilot is almost complete, no repair shop on this pilot sorry! but if you call road service with the app they come to you!

This is small town truck stop. That hasn't been corporized, so the staff is really helpful. And the parking lot is designed big enough for trucks. Add the showers r kind of small

Nasty truck drivers leaving piss jugs next to the pumps on the ground. Seriously you couldn't walk to another trash can that wasn't full to throw away your disgusting piss jug??? Pilot your just as nasty for not changing out the cans and cleaning up the area.

Friendly staff! Place is clean. Small parking lot but it’s tidy. Decent size bathroom for your shower but the shower is tiny! I mean surely they could’ve made it bigger with all the space they have in that room…

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The place is clean and well taken care of. No fault of their's whatsoever but before you decide to take a shower here, practice taking one in a closet. Not a walk-in. A closet. Very small shower facilities.

Very clean, staff was great. The bonus was the 24 hour subway. It had been a long day and I didn't eat and was coming back from the James Taylor show wanting something light to eat. It was a very clean travel center and the staff was very kind. We stopped at two other exits before our luck paid off with this one.

I used my credit card to get $27 worth of gas here and they charged my card $151! Thank goodness I got a receipt for my gas. Supposedly that's just a hold according to the attendant and it will come back off, but that's insane they hold 5x the amount on your card!!

Nice and clean Travel Center. I had a meal at their Subway sandwich restaurant and was happy with the friendly and clean facility. Restrooms could have been cleaner but, it was during a stretch of inclement weather. All in all, I would have no problem stopping at this Pilot again.

Very polite helpful employees . Diesel fuel island is absolutely filthy greasy with trash everywhere .Biggest complaint is with the very limited parking, many drivers constantly park at the fuel island and go inside to shop, buy food, use bathroom and yes even shower.Easy convenient stop, just be prepared to spend 30-45 min waiting for a fuel pump.

The roasted chicken was dry..the fried chicken was pretty good... the beefy noodles were over cooked.... the Mac n cheese taste like dog food... the staff was pretty friendly outside of some fat weird looking chick that just stood off in the corner like a mental patient..bathroom was really clean..smelled nice.

Don't apply for a job here, they will bait and switch any position and tell you all they have is subway. Fine if that is what you are going for, but if you apply for maintenance or management and get told that, huge waste of time.

Not a bad place to stop. Typical pilot. Half the parking spots are angled for blindsided back. Staff was friendly and food was good. As for the piss jugs, if you wouldn't do it at home don't do it here. If you think the place is a dump it's because drivers have gotten to lazy to do the right thing. If we keep it clean, it will stay clean.

Too small for a truck stop. Have parking where we need space to swing to turn and get on or off the scale. Once on the scale might as well take your DOT break before anyone helps you. Service too slow. Even at counter to get a coffee takes good 20 mins or so. Yet there is not a big crowd of customers inside.

The staff was very friendly, showers were hot, the food was good, virtually no issues at all.The people I see that are having issues with this particular pilot are very particularly picky people that have nothing else to do but complain. That's from looking at their other post and reviews, most people are very ungrateful and apparently unappreciative there are some bad truck stops out there, this one is just fine!

Womens restroom was nasty. Couldn't even use it. Went and informed an employee was told rudely I'd either have to wait or go across the street. Another employee went and cleaned a stall so I could use the restroom. Need to treat customers better then what they do.

Fuel King at exit 41 has a trailer washout and amazing Indian food. Free parking if you make a purchase of any kind.Be safe y'all 😉

Just stopped here filled up with fuel, pay at the pump. After fueling no receipt, "see cashier for receipt " I walk in girl looks at me I asked for receipt pump 1. She points at the end of a line stretching clear to coolers in back of store. Five people behind counter, running one register. HEY PILOT ENJOY YOUR $33.00 LAST YOU WILL SEE OF ME.
