Showers are too small on the weekends restaurant closes at 3:00 p.m. when I asked an employee what are truck driver supposed to do and she showed their shoulders and said doordash I guess. This place is not worth stopping at.

Clean restrooms and very clean showers. Roomy driver's Lounge and clean laundry room. The Petro has your standard hot and cold foods and drinks. They did have a few things that I don't normally see like specialty dog treats and local wines.

If you want to see some impressive Christmas decorations, this is the place to stop. The space is inviting as soon as you enter the store. You will be met by Christmas towns in makeshift windows, a towering tree, Santa's front porch and so much more. No detail was overlooked. If you get here, make a Christmas wish!

If you want to fix something on your truck and trailer look for josh and Dylan. Really cool guys and pretty fast also. They know what they need to do and do it right. Manager John is super cool, see any issue, meet him.

Place has sadly went to hell. Almost certainly because of corporate pushback. 2/3 of the parking lot is free for a reason while loves and pilot full at 7pm. Can’t get hot food passed 6:30 which is sad, you may break your truck pulling out after getting fuel because of the massive drops from concrete to asphalt, if you fuel with a corporate card you WILL NOT get your discount here (private owned petro), you may or may not be able to get a shower but don’t count on it….I’ll be surprised if it doesn’t close its doors within a year. This IS NOT what petro is….

NO HOT FOOD! A driver died is his truck and the management didn't even care enough to rope off the truck all night so other drivers wouldn't park next to his rig. The driver died several days prior and the scene was not smelling good. They don't care about us drivers. We're just a number. Well, now they are missing a few more drivers who will NEVER do business again with them. THEY SUCK!

Shower ducked super hot then super cold, been driving all day hungry no restaurant. Had a chicken quick thingy looked like food was left out all day the fish was black they also had a quiznos stupid sub sandwich place all I want is a good sit down get a steak or a chef salad.....

Came in to use bathroom before heading to shipper. Seemed a bit stuffy in there. Bathrooms were OK, went to grab some tiny tacos and fried mushrooms...... don't get the mushrooms.. soggy af. Tiny tacos were good tho, pup enjoyed a couple.

Very dirty and awful experience. The bathrooms were disgusting and items in the store were overpriced. The staff is incredibly rude and were not willing to help. They also did not have any name tags and when asked would not say their names (she literally said “I have no name”). They have no respect for truckers. Never coming back here again and would never recommend anyone to stop. This place deserves 0 stars.

Dont respect truckers, food is cold and disgusting, the African American lady that works there was the rudest person I’ve ever met, she lies about the return policy and kept my money and the product i had bought. i lost my points and didn’t get the item, i asked if i can replace the item and pay the difference but she told me to leave the store cause she didn’t feel like helping me, DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

lady working there was very rude, when i asked for her name she refused to give me her name and they gave no name tags, the stuff that i wanted to buy she took it out of my hands and refused to sell it to me for no reason. the prices at this store are wrong as well. i asked the lady if i can return the item if it doesn’t fit and she said yes, when i came back to return she said she won’t refund me and to call the customer service line to get my money back, i definitely don’t recommend anyone to come here

Very disappointed that there is no hot box food or Broaster Chicken on the weekend. You guys do know that there are long haul truckers out here that work on the weekend, right? I was going to stop by, spend some time and some money. but not now if you're not open.Since they probably make it in the diner already why not take orders for people who want to stop and pick up along the way? The only thing that stopped you from making money from me today, is policy.Arguably bad policy if it turned a loyal customer away from what is in my opinion the best chicken in North America, and generated this post for everyone to see from a disappointed customer

Very dirty place. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time and come here. Everytime I go to get coffee they never have any creamers or half and half. There is nothing provided. I went to go use bathroom and it was the most disgusting stop I’ve ever seen. Whenever I talk to the staff they are always rude and nobody wears name tags.

Decent petro for the most part, the hot bar is usually pretty good. Love their chorizos and breakfast burritos, their breakfast time frame is kinda wonky though. Lunch time for most humans is about noon, if you want breakfast from the hot bar though you’re better off showing up between 4-6am. I’ve shown up between 7:30-8:30 multiple times and they’ve moved onto lunch food everytime. Still good food, just kind of a bummer when you’re wanting a chorizo.

The restaurent is'nt open all the time but everything else is good, i love this truck stop, the personnal are quick to respond ande also very friendly 🙂 they have a nice dog park with a fence and a pic nic table in it. Restrooms are clean and showers too

Pretty lame that there is no hot food after 4 on Thursdays or Fridays, though they advertise that they are “expanding” their opening times right on the front door.So, park if you want, but you’d better get dinner first!

This is a must stop! The showers and bathrooms were spotless and the whole store was just very well kept! The food was not bad and the employees were the best part! Everyone was so nice and accommodating! One of the best truck stop experiences by far!

Disappointed with the truck service they behave very bad and fixed something totally different in my truck that I had to fix it again in a different branch ! I asked for credit for the new repairs and the guy behind the desk was rude and unprofessional to satisfy me with the situation!By the way I fixed it at the same TA truck service in Gaston IN, and the guys there are very kind and professional ✌️Never back again to that shop!

Discovered this place stopping for gas on the way from Toledo to Napoleon. Very good fried chicken. Good flavor, good price, very fast service. You can buy by the piece and select whatever pieces you want. They had lots of other food available too, cafeteria style. 4 stars out of 5 because it's not really exceptional -- just basic, convenient, and well executed.

I stop here often, though mainly to wait on a driver or to use the washroom. The interior of the store is well laid out and always looks clean. They often have fresh popcorn! The washroom has always been clean with no Ill odours. You can find most anything you may need while traveling. I've seen neat canes, belts and other things that are cool or often necessary. The parking area is well laid out and lit. It doesn't smell bad like the parking area of many other truck stops.

Not the biggest truckstop in the world. It was clean, and I was not parked in early this morning. That is a big plus. Showers were small and kind of old school. The parking lot was clean and not full of the normal garbage left in trucks tops. I was able to find parking there at 7pm local time. I'd stay there again.

Apparently, these folks don't think truckers need hot food on the weekend so I spent my dinner money at their competition. In the morning I'll fuel at their competition too, instead of here as I originally planned.

Pull thru parking. Love it! Staff was great. Polite, and courteous. The store had everything i needed. The Diner was GREAT. Had the American Road Breakfast. I recommend it. Excellent quality. 3 eggs, sausage pattie, bacon, ham, toast or pancakes and grits or potatoes. Food was not covered in grease and oil, and was obviously cooked on clean grill. All was very fresh.
