They are so great! I brought my dog in for a nail trim on Friday at 10:30, when my appointment was Saturday at 10:30. They didn't even blink. Took her right in and 5 minutes later brought her right out. I was so appreciative! So much to do for the holidays, that was just one less thing. Thank you PPBB!

Absolutely Great place to take your Fur Babies to get groomed. She really listens to your request and does an Excellent & Amazing job grooming. Great details with there cuts also. Then the next week took her sister Zoe and couldn’t be happier with her either.

We've gone here for years now and I'm always pleased when I pick up my dog! He seems happy and healthy, I just would've liked him to be brushed a bit more after his bath but no other complaints. Lots of activities to choose from to keep them busy while you're away!

My dogs always come back so tired from all the playing with the other pups. Always seem to be well cared for, we typically use the boarding for vacations from 5 to 7 days at a time.

Talked to 3 different people when calling to make arrangements to watch and care for 2 dogs. 1 was even the manager. Highest price $42.00 a day for both dogs for 4 nights. Reality was $362.00, plus the credit card machine would not process payment without gratuity. I wanted to tip with cash, not credit card machine. Gratuity, I feel, is personal. it should not be done thru a machine. These were not my dogs (my son's). I've had my dog boarded before, and it cost $25.00 for 3 nights, I tipped $40.00. My dog was boarded a year ago.

I have not personally used this place but first impressions are everything! We were going through the John Deere dealer behind them and while there we could hear yelling and some very vulgar language coming from there and witnessed one of the employees throw a plastic bat at one of the dogs. Granted I do not know what the situation was and or any names of the employees that were outside at that time but "wow." I would not want a member of my family to be treated that way and I so wish I was quick thinking and videoed this! I sure hope there are cameras installed! I would want to know about this!

We have used Pampered Pets for grooming and boarding. We were so incredibly pleased with the care they showed our puppy Bindi. She was able to socialize with other dogs during her stay there while we were on vacation. Her grooming with Kylie was perfect! She is so sweet and awesome with dogs. We are definitely using Pampered Pets again! I really loved that they took pictures of the dogs and posted them on social media. Bindi was playing hard by the looks of her picture ❤😂

My boxer loves going here. She is very timid as she came from a bad situation. The staff is very understanding and allow her to go at her pace. She loves playing with the other dogs and comes home tired. The facility is always clean.

Love this place, and I think our dog would agree! Pampered Pets is the best! If you want your dog to be well cared for during the day or during a long stay, this is your place! Not to mention, your dog will meet some great fur buddies and get tired, exhausted, and downright, happy along the way! 💗😊

We had gone here for years. After calling in and scheduling an appointment for grooming we received one phone call back about a “scheduling mishap”. They left a message and let us know they needed to move our appointment a few days up. After their scheduling mistake, we did not call back and confirm this, so they just decided to take us off the schedule completely. 🤷🏽‍♀️ When we called in to confirm the appointment, they said the “continuously” tried to reach us and since we didn’t answer their multiple phone calls they decided to just cancel the service. Their communication must need work in the office because we received one phone call letting us know they moved our appointment. We waited over two months to get our dog in before we had guest coming. I would highly recommend finding a different groomer/company that has better communication skills and professionalism when scheduling appointments.

This was our first time at this facility and we will definitely return. The building is well kept. It had no odor which was a surprise because the place had many many animals. The staff is friendly and helpful and treated our fur baby like they have known him for years. I felt confident and at ease leaving our pet. I loved his report card after his stay. Very impressive and would recommend this facility to everyone.

I equate my dogs staying at Pampered Pets, to sending your kids off to their grandparents for a weekend. They get to play, get cuddles, treats, and a very different structure than what is provided at home. They come home safe and sound, and act like wild little monsters who have forgotten their manners, and how to behave. Lol. All joking aside, I don’t trust my babies with just anyone. I’m so glad we discovered Pampered Pets. I am grateful to them for providing a safe, clean, reliable environment for my spoiled babies to call their home away from home. I love being able to travel, knowing my babies with be well taken care of. Also, getting to see daily updates on Snapchat, genius and so convenient! Thank you Pampered Pets!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would and my dogs give it 8 paws up! I used Pampered Pets in Napolean for the first time to board my 2 Dachshunds for a couple days after Christmas while I was away at a wedding. This place is awesome the staff is super friendly, it’s clean, smells good, and my dogs seemed right at home and not miserable when I picked them up. They even let me come in 30 minutes early to drop them off so I could hit the road earlier and when I got back early I picked them up a day early with no problem. If you need to board your pets take them here and you won’t be disappointed.

I have been very pleased with the staffs willingness to assist me with getting my Roxie Rae to and from the vehicle. Roxie has not hesitated to go with the staff to stay for a week or to have a spa day of grooming. Roxie has always seem very happy and well taken care of when returning home.

I feel they treat my pooch the way I would, because she LOVES going there. When we pull into their parking lot she spins in circles and bolts out of the car as soon as the door opens. When she spends the night there, we get a report card on her activities and behavior. Great place when you need a pet sitter!

My cat wandered into the garage and through a pan of motor oil. They were able to clean her up best they could because she was all white and it seemed to soak onto her fur. They called me to explain everything and what they were going to try. Very friendly and helpful.

I called to get info on boarding my dogs. I called and selected the number to speak to someone. It rang to a voicemail and I got distracted by someone coming up to talk to me while on the phone, so I missed what the message said. I called back so I could hear what the message said but this time someone answered. The women on the phone made sure to tell me right away before I could even explain why I was calling that next time if no one answers to leave a message because they are busy and can’t always answer the phone. I didn’t even explain to her what had just happened and why I called back a second time. Her unfriendly attitude right of the batt before even knowing what happened instantly helped me make up my mind that I would not be using there services for my dogs. They not only lost a new customer and money from me, but I will be sure to share this with anyone that ever mentions them! I understand as someone who works with the public that repeat phone calls are frustrating, but it was an honest mistake on my end for missing what the message said. Word of Advice If you want to get new business don’t treat people with a rude attitude next time!
