Loves is a great place to stop whenever I am making a long drive road trip. It has become a regular destination for us on our way back-and-forth from picking my son up in college. We always seem to stop to use the facilities and gas up, but we always end up filling my coffee cup or grabbing a snack. There’s selection of coffee and selection of snacks is unmatched.

Hello,I recently had an unpleasant experience at one of your fuel desks. The lady at the desk was quite rude when I asked for help. I simply wanted to purchase five gallons of DEF and inquired about the price. Instead of providing me with a straightforward answer, she became visibly upset and told me to do my own math. I believe this type of behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Best regards,

This Love's has become a regular stop when ever we are working in this part of the country. Very clean location plenty of parking. The staff is extremely helpful. The store is very well maintained. There is an Arby's in this location as well . I want to thank Presley who helped me with some paperwork I needed printed & a charging wire I needed. Hope you're there next time I need help.All and all a great experience every time so far at this Love's. Highly recommend this location. If you stop in say Hi to Presley for me....lol

I have been stopping here for years everyday. I wish I have any other option.It’s on my route. This truck stop is the best but Arby’s inside is the worst. I wish I could give more negative review. They won’t acknowledge you for atleast 10 minutes doesn’t matter how many of them working inside and another 10 for the order.Love’s the bestArby’s the worstIf I could post my everyday experience with them

Being a truck driver, i walked to get my ACI in fax around 5 pages. She said will cost $10 each pages $2. I said ok. She said first pay before you get the papers, or will not give, I asked to make sure my information just suddenly She said pay first and said you people walk away with papers. This is humiliating a customer. We truckers make more than loves staffs. No truckers are cheap.

Edit at bottom.Relatively clean and a wide parking lot.However.Showers are usually clean, today being the exception. Not sure what the pink spray around the towel holder is, but the other two pictures are definitely hair and a used wash cloth.Edit: I came back and still have a dirty shower. Downgraded from 3 stars to 1. Come on, Loves. Do better.

While overall service was not bad, I can’t explain how annoying and cumbersome it is to get a resolution for an overcharge which their cashier did and wasn’t returned to my card. They won’t do anything and corporate won’t follow up either.Love’s is good but this location is an exception. Thanks for shortchanging me.

They use to sell tropical mango Ghost drinks. I've not been seeing them on the shelf lately. Why!?? Disappointing. I'll change back to 5 stars once I see them back on the shelf.

I love stopping at this location. It's a truck stop that deserves five stars. Clean, nicely decorated, friendly team, very spacious and clean shower cabins. I have enormous pleasure to stay overnight here, take a shower or have a coffee. I read the comments of people who rated with one star and I really don't understand why!.. bizarre reasons. those who do not have the pleasure of using the services of this Love's can cross the street, at the Pilot truck stop opposite, to see the amenities there 🤣🤣🤣

I always stop here while driving from Canada to the Midwest. It’s modern, bright and clean, has cheap gas, and employees are friendly. Can’t go wrong with this location.

5/5 every time I stop here. From the friendly staff, to the showers always being ready and well cleaned, to the very large truck parking lot. I will end my day early or work extra late just to make sure I can stay here if I’m passing by. Excellent truck stop.

I am ver happy with customer service of this store . Washrooms are amazingly clean. Good collection of store goods . ABOVE All “MARY” as customer service , working very hard to manage everything . I just got frustrated for something in the store , my frustration was on my face although it was not any fault of the whole love staff of this store then also I got annoyed( as a professional driver sometimes we get irritated or frustrated for many reasons ) . Anyhow then Mary just very quite and calm at that point and tried to solve my problem with a smiling face . I must appreciate her . Also ask the manager to please appreciate her . She is the real WINNER. Presently I am at this location only for my 36 hours off. So if the manager wants to confirm anything I can come and explain. A message to MARY you are REAL WINNER . Thank you for keeping patience and solved my problem

Went in for a shower because there is an issue with my load at Campbell. They seemed friendly up there, shower 4 was OK. Noticed washers and dryers are cash only, so no cards. Dident get food, but the fountain root beer tasted a bit off.

As a truck driver and dog owner, seriously WTH! Let's put up two super nice super large dog parks BUT let's make it as difficult as possible for an actual driver to access! In order to get to the parks you need to walk literally around the building from the truck parking. Sounds close, it's not! It's ridiculous! So happy I put in literally thousands of dollars worth of fuel but have to walk around the entire property to get to these parks. Truckers use them far more than anyone else but Loves makes it almost not worth the effort. Thanks for putting up these parks but shame on you for not making them easily accessible to truckers.

This Loves is the cleanest gas station I have ever been too! The restrooms were immaculant, the store was super clean, the staff was friendly and the best part is they have a very large dog park that accommodates both big and small dogs.
