Napoleon is blessed to have this store. I've yet to meet a rude or indifferent employee. Nice selection of often needed items, and I love supporting locally owned businesses. If it's a choice between WM and Kurtz, I always choose Kurtz. The fact they also do Amazon returns(bring the label, not the square code. Amazon will send it if you ask) and UPS shipping is a great service to provide as well.

I had to stop here for an important repair on a vehicle before the rain started. The two young adults were such great help!! I needed some cardboard and duct tape to cover a roof issue on the vehicle. They were nice enough to actually find one of their scraped cardboard boxes that would work for my issue and took me to where the duct tape was. Its great to have these type of hardware stores around. I was very appreciative of the help!! Strongly recommend coming here!

They've got a pretty good selection and nice staff. The best hardware store in town by far. The only 2 criticisms I can offer are they don't have a very large selection of cpvc fittings, and the hardware is sold per piece instead of per lb like Tractor Supply or Family Farm and Home. For shopping local, they are really good though. I always check here first, and they usually have what I need.

This store and their employees are surely appreciated in our little town. They are always friendly and helpful supplying quality paint and supplies for those odd jobs on your honey do list. They also fix screens and that a definite bonus.

Great hardware store, the first time i visit the store i was looking for a soldering iron powered by batteries, I thought that it was going to be hard to find it in that store because it was a small town and it was a small store but i found just what i needed to finish the job. Next time i was looking for a hole saw with an specific shank and i was confused with all the options so one of the employees helped me out and showed to me exactly what i needed. So both visits were perfect and the staff is always willing to help you.

Convenient parking at side entrance. Just watch your step at the door. Great service and atmosphere. I made good use of their return shipping service. The workers made good small talk and humored me as I talked about silly things like the funny key blanks and how tricky computers can be. Thanks for all the help guys.

Another nice "home town" hardware. Friendly service with lots of stock In house. Isles are narrow, but kept clean and neat. Didn't see any shopping carts probably due to narrow isles. If you are looking for a great day hardware in that area, then no need to look any further. We don't live near there, but if in the area, we will stop in again.

Almost all of the staff is too young to be helpful, not saying all and that all of the younger ones are not. There are a couple that are very helpful and have some knowledge of DIY, repairable home fixables and hobbies. Been there a total of 7 times and if given the choice I prefer the one in Wauseon. The teens that are there, like I said there are 2 of them very good, that are useless, rude and will blatantly tell you with rolled eyes or with attitudes of OMG I have to do something other than socializing IDK it should be, and will point somewhere, over there somewhere but never help you look. Small store so a small selection but of a variety of things.

I'm not a patient person when it comes to shopping so trying to find 9 little security screws was not going to land me in one of the BIG chain hardware stores for obvious teenage reasons. So a bigger thank you to the guy who helped me find and even went and double checked on one of their store display model that the screws would in fact fit the exact item I needed them for! Now that to me is what I call service people so thank you again, my Milwaukee is back together and screaming like a banshee!

Great ppl, especially on the day shift, young staff at night, but they try to help as much as they can, and with a little time they'll know what you need...... IF you know what you need, you can't expect a 17 year old kid to know how to fix a 25 year old faucet, etc

I thought it was just me and my experience when I went in. But my girlfriend went in and had the same experience. They need to teach the kids that work there what customer service is. Not just say "oh it's down that aisle". And when she asked if he/she could show her because she has never been to this store the reply was "I said it was down that aisle". If you want to chat and gossip with friends, that is what school, social media and after work hours are for. Or just show the customer what they need and come back to your conversation. And they need to be a little more serious about the mask wearing also.

Nice small town hardware store. They have Craftsman and Milwaukee tools. They have a large selection of paint and the usual hardware supplies. I have gotten several pieces of Milwaukee packout, they are a nice PORTABLE tool box on wheels.
