Prices are crazy for 2 shirts an an pair of boots all used and in ok condition 20 bucks... the shirts was supposed to be 3 bucks but she charged me 4.50 each.. and the boots I got was supposed to be 5.50 but got charged 8.50...

Bought CD took out to truck to play for the ride home didn't work while all other CDs worked fine.brought it back in asked if I could return it and get my money back cashier said no but either could give me store credit and then asked if I would like to get another one in exchange,I went and picked another then all of a sudden the short weird freckled face manager was a jerk just mean and rude quick to say she was the manager so..,impatient saying sir how many times do I need to explain it we don't exchange or give refunds,so I bought another. Left frustrated it confused.

States toys are a dollar unless marked. Went to pay for one and was told it was three. Was told the sign was wrong. They need to start marking there stuff. False advertising

Updated Review.I don't know what's going on with the Goodwill presently but it is declining in every area from the employees to the prices to the merchandise. Get your act together and start selling the stuff so it can be affordable to those that need low budget items you get the stuff for free you don't have to rob people with those outrageous prices for clothes.Below is my original review of the Goodwill before the decline.Great store for used items. Always find something there that I can use be it something simple, or a decent brand name pair of pants. I Never leave empty handed.Update 4/22/22. The men's clothing area, specifically the pants rack used to be organized by size. That is no longer the case. Everything is all mixed together.Recently I noticed that a good portion of the items people donate just get tossed in the trash. And not for being junk because I witnessed while making a donation items that were being thrown away..Goodwill personnel if you read this donate the things you do not have room for, there are plenty of families or individuals who could use those clothes, shoes , household items.Drop the prices. Some people are in need but can't afford your high prices when it comes down to it. The merchandise is all donated -price it as such.Stop being greedy

This store is filthy. The shelves are riddled with dust, there are toys laying everywhere, (which could cause a trip hazard to elderly customers). There is zero organization of the entire store. Their is clothing laying under/on racks, it smells absolutely awful. The dressing rooms are awful from the floors being stained to holes in the walls, the doors don’t lock properly, they are always filled with clothes and the current manager is very rude to customers. It is probably time for someone from corporate to step in and do something.

This GW is okay. Some days are better than others, but my one complaint is that they don’t have a public restroom. On two occasions, my 3 year old has needed to go & we have had to walk to the restaurant next to it. Also, almost every time I am there, there is zero music playing. Not a huge deal, but some music would be nice.

This good will is not very organized and definitely needs a dusting. I rarely see men’s size M 30,32 size pants here. Also rarely see size 8-10 size . Everything is picked through to the max. The cash register isn’t giving receipts. I don’t believe the staff to be very friendly .

I have been visiting this store since it opened and am considering not going back , several times I have noticed the employees have been fired and replaced , this has happened several times over the years ! Who makes these decisions ? I will not continue giving money to a company who treats good workers this way , the last group was so good , the housewares were arranged according to style and color ! Several other shoppers miss this also ! Now as before everything is thrown together , and the prices are way too high for used housewares . No one seems very friendly in the new group and the manager complains about the shoppers . You didn’t do yourself any favors by getting rid of good employees ! Staff should not be permitted to wear their spirit wear (lgbq) on the job , it’s not professional .

Could not believe the prices of the junk on the shelves! Most items were broken, cracked or chipped! I am an avid thrifter and love older items and don't feel like I was being too picky but this was basically a waste of my time driving here!

Clerk was very professional and friendly. Purchased cell cable sealed in box. But after opening was same as the box. They were very helpful next day with returning and exchanged for another item. I did have a receipt made it very easy. Was happy with my service.

We were in the store 29-APR-23, my Wife has IBS and needed a restroom, immediately. When she asked where it was, she was told they don't have public restrooms.When my wife asked if the had an one for the Staff the employee got rude and said she would have to go to the restaurant next door.This violates the Ohio Law "Amy's Law" that requires retail establishments to allow people with a host of medical problems (including pregnancy) to use employees restrooms as needed.We will be contacting prosecutors office on Monday and look into Civil action.

Nice store, but their pandemic policies are such that it feels they are taking advantage of the situation.Can’t try on clothes and NO EXCHANGES due to COVID? They accept used clothes to begin with...so that doesn’t really make for good logic.A little frustrating after coming home and realizing we wasted money on clothes that don’t fit. It defeats the whole point of shopping at a thrift store, no?

I never go to Goodwill because I don't like that they take "donations" but charge people to buy things and the CEO is worth millions. Now, I looked up their hours and it says they open at 9am. We get there at 9:51 and they are quick to say "we don't open until 10. REALLY? 9 minutes is going to take money out of your pocket of items that have been "donated" anyway? What are you going to accomplish in 9 minutes that a PAYING customer can't start looking around? Because when I opened the door, 3 of you were standing in a circle talking. 🤷‍♂️🙄🤔

The store is generally smaller than Toledo or Defiance stores, understandably. However, I've found some pretty good clothes there. The electronic section is lacking. The China section is healthy, as is the vase, vhs, and decoration sections. Also, there are some solid frames

The store manager Korena is absolutely amazing exactly they type of person you want running a store....keep up the good work all staff at that store very friendly ...with inflation being so ridiculous its good to see goodwill isnt hiking prices as high as everyone else ...

The Napoleon Goodwil store is always a good place to pick up clothing for a lot less than regular retail. And many times the garments have never been worn.
