Our golden is less than a year and a half old and we’ve been trying to get her comfortable with a groomer for roughly the past 6 months.After some bad experiences at big chain stores, I am blown away with the experience at River’s Edge. These guys are professional, the store is clean, and they do great work. Our golden has never looked better.

I have a VERY uncooperative Chorkie. I was worried about finding a groomer that would have the patience and finesse to work on matting and a coat out of control. I found Steve and his shop after a thorough search on Google. I explained my doggie dilemma and he couldn’t have been more accommodating by taking on a difficult dog and fitting my pup into his scheduling. Steve definitely worked his magic! The dog I dropped off wasn’t the dog I picked up! I can’t thank Steve enough for an amazing groom. He is, indeed, a pup whisperer!!

can't say enough good things about Steve. he always takes direction on how i want my long haired dachshund groomed and i brought my big dog with me - and said - if you have time - she could use a bath. not only did he give her a bath - he used hypoallergenic shampoo and oatmeal conditioner because he could tell she was having skin issues. then he let them run around a bit so they were more comfortable. he's the best! (and he's pretty cute too!)

I was able to stop by for a nail trim for our dog. This was our first visit, and we were really impressed with so many things. Our pup was scared and the groomer was so, so kind and considerate. He was very efficient and did a wonderful job clipping, filing, and trimming his paws. We give them a 5 star rating from our experience with them and would definitely return without hesitation. Their boarding facilities also looked very nice! Wonderful job and great experience!

I recently took my 2 year old Aussie. She had never been to a professional groomer before. I was met at the door. The owner and staff were all so nice and welcoming. They were wonderful with my Aussie. I could not recommend them enough.

I recently moved to the area and was looking to find a place for grooming and boarding. Steve was incredibly responsive to my inquiry and was even more wonderful in person. He got my dog in for a nail trim quickly and was kind and patient with her. We will definitely be returning in the future and using Rivers Edge for all our dog grooming and boarding g purposes!

My experience with their service was phenomenal. I called ask for a same day appointment they were very busy an managed to squeezes me in for that day. 😁 It was my dog 1st time for a bath, at a grooming place an a Doberman is not a small dog he was very calm after the session. I have a 13 year old pit bull and had never taken her to a professional groomer until today when we went to Rivers Edge. I am truly amazed and overjoyed by the job they did. First they were so kind and patient with my old and timid dog. I was also amazed by all the details. Her nose that was getting rough with age is now smooth and young looking again. Her toenails that I do have trimmed regular have never been so short and beautiful. The calluses are gone from her foot pads. I think they even brushed her teeth. Not to mention the bath and blow dry. I know I need to do this again. Also they are very reasonable in price. Highly recommend them.

I called on a Saturday to see about getting my senior dog who is mostly deaf and blind, groomed with the hopes of getting him in some time soon. The gentleman that I talked to told me they were booked. I mentioned to him that I was desperate to get his face groomed because every drink he takes ends up with puddles everywhere. They offered to fit him in to do just his face! Needless to say I was surprised and grateful. They saved my sanity!

My Havanese usually doesn't like to get in the car but was happy to go see Steve. He stayed several days and had an opportunity to socialize with other pups or be on his own, which he prefers, being an aging, smaller dog. He came home happy and perfectly coifed.
