I can’t say enough about the Morrow location and all the employees that work there! Doug is really nice and helpful. What I like the most is how involved they are in the community! They do their own events at Christmas time that everyone loves and they always help out with other events in town!

Doug and crew do a fantastic job! I go into the store and I am greeted by name and with a smile. My car gets loaded and I am asked how my family is doing. Doug is always trying to find a way for Buckley Bros to make Morrow feel a little bit more like family. I will shop here again and again!Kudos to Doug and Team!

I stopped at this store to get some feed and they helped me load the feed into my car (which was nice). And then I accidentally left my driver's license there in their store. I returned later that day to the store but I was too late, and it had closed. Then the next day they completely went above and beyond and hand delivered my driver's license to my house, without me even asking them to do that. That should be everything you need to know about them caring about their customers. I will definitely return to this store in the future.

We have used Buckleys for our farm and Kennel feed and supplies for years. They have demonstrated their commitment to make sure we have what we need for our farm and kennel, over and over again.They have quality feed, great service and have been so helpful even if it doesn't put a dollar in their pocket. Honest and hardworking company and employees. We have been blessed to be able to volunteer to help Buckleys and the manager, Doug, serve the community. Its refreshing to find a quality company that serves their community, employs a great manager that is wiling to do the right thing and runs a quality company. I cannot give enough praise.

When we decided to grow our farm by several hundred chickens it became abundantly clear we needed to find a feed supplier. Picking up that much feed at box stores isn’t practical/convenient/affordable. I originally went through a small local place, and they were nice, the feed was ok, but they weren’t able to meet all of my needs and were extraordinarily expensive. My farm is exclusively soy free/non-gmo from the horses, to the chickens, ducks, and barn cats. It’s important that they all abstain from soy and genetically modified organisms because of the eco system to ensure there is no cross contamination. I have clients with severe soy allergies (which does cross over through the eggs/meat). When I first called Buckley’s, they didn’t have exactly what I wanted, but Doug (the manager) put me in contact directly with the nutritionist (Tim) who creates the feeds and determines proper proportions of protein, calcium, etc,. Speaking to Tim was mind blowing! He is so knowledgeable, and he listened to my needs, and we worked together to create a custom feed. Within a week, a ton was delivered to the store for pick up! They even decided to make it a standard offering because it was such a good recipe (and I didn’t have to pay the custom feed price)!Since then, Doug has bent over backwards to make sure I get feed when my girls get hungry! Even when it’s my mistake and I forget to order in time, he makes things happen! He’s even driven all the way to headquarters to pick up whaf I need in order to get it in time! He has been able to troubleshoot each and everyone of my issues (there seems to be something interesting each week)! Doug goes above and beyond for his customers and has a heart of gold. He is incredibly knowledgeable, he works hard and he works smart. Buckley’s is Doug and Doug is Buckley’s - I can’t imagine one without the other as he is such an asset to the brand! When I’ve had questions or concerns, he literally drops what he is doing and immediately works on the solution.In the last couple years of doing business with Buckley’s I’ve literally never been disappointed. Beyond Douf, the kids that work there are very kind, and work very hard. I even showed up to pick up a pallet (1 ton) with the topper on my truck and half full of building material (totally spaced it), and this young girl and guy offloaded 40 bags of feed in about 5 min - with a SMILE on their faces. In a time when it’s tough to find good help, Buckley’s has the best there’s is!If you have animals or a farm, go to Buckley’s for all your needs. If you don’t have animals, you should get some just so you have a need to have Buckley’s in your life and an excuse to say hi to Doug every couple weeks!Thank you Buckleys and Doug, you’re stuck with me for life!

I try to avoid stopping in this store because of the rude employee that works here. He's an older employee who always makes rude comments or ignores me when I go in. The only reason I'm giving this store two stars is because the younger employee who was there last time was extremely helpful, and carried my bags to my car. The older gentleman needs to work on his customer service skills.

The staff at Buckley Bros. In Morrow is a great place to get all my equine needs. If they don't have what I was asking for they check to see if they can order it and inform me promptly.A truly nice gem to find in my area.

I have used Buckley for 8 years for feed and bedding but they have made it a point of pride to not wear masks. My husband has cancer. It was a joke to the employees that I wore a mask. I won’t return.

Great place to get your feed on! Tell them what you need and they will load it for you. Order one bag or an entire skid and they treat you as though your there best customer.

I have gone there to purchase propane on several occasions. It is a very tedious and unfriendly process. If you dont like to service customers buying propane quit selling it.
