8/18/23 5:50 am. The lady didn't say a word to me when I walked in and then I stood behind her for a few minutes still nothing said to me. Just for her to finally turn around to see I had lottery tickers and just rudely said "we can't cash those." So tired of going in there at night and being treated poorly or just straight up ignored. They really need to do better.

Usually well stocked. Roller grillers aren't kept up with for 2nd shifters to much. Makes ALOT of us sad. All employees have been good people mostly all smiles. Clean bathroom.

The place of business is very good. They are very attentive even when busy. Google needs to fix the phone number associated with the Montpelier Ohio location so people don't call Bucyrus without realizing it.

1/31/22 11:15-30 p.m.I encountered the RUDEST employee yet.He had a giant ego, and explain things in a VERY condescending way. If there's one thing I hate the most, it's being talked to like a child. I feel like he'd rather die than admit he was wrong about something.When he was told to "Pride yourself on service," all he heard was "Pride before service."

Limited variety of coffee. They are currently renovating because they have a problem with black mold. A visit here could be dangerous to your health.

Why is it when 3 people are working there only 1 clerk is running the register? I was in just to get milk, there were 10 people in line. The clerk was calling for help, but the music was so loud no one cou,d hear her. They have "now hiring" signs up, wish they would hire more to work the registers! If it wasn't for the milk I would never go in that store.

Never have any issues here. It's always open, so there is always someone there to help you no matter what shift or schedule you're on. Great employees and they always keep the place clean.
