The Best Vet I have ever had! Every interaction with every person is always exceptional. They are professional, helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable, going the extra mile to help with every aspect of care. Even finding how to get insulin at a better price, just being there to help with the load. I have always had pets therefore always vets. I contacted Independence Pet Hospital in regards to my cat whom had been feeling under the weather for several days. Not only did they “make” time to see her they also made time to work my second cat in as well. I am so thankful because my girl had a fever of 106!! The concern and care that was shown for my fur babies let me know that I will never have the need to seek veterinary care anyplace else. I highly recommend Independence Pet Hospital. You can feel the love and passion for animals.We have recently lost a family pet pretty suddenly and the staff was so supportive and kind during a challenging time.We now have 4 new family pets and have brought them all to Dr. Alessi and her team!

Our neighbor recommended Dr. Alessi and we were very pleased with her and the care she showed our pup. The front office and tech were very friendly and the doctor spent time with us explaining our pets needs and how to care for her. She took her time and made our pup feel welcome as well as us. We will be returning and using Dr. Alessi again.

Everyone showed their dedicated concern to our dog. The vet sat down and explained everything for me to under the treatment plan. Was not rushed. Felt they treated my dog as if it was their own. Great place.

We unfortunately had to switch Vets due to a move but I can’t say enough good things about this place. The Vet in so wonderful, she make sure to spends time with you and your pet and answer all your questions. The groomer is also amazing especially if you have a nervous pet! Thanks for everything!

My chi-weenie has anxiety issues and is very defensive against getting his nails clipped, but they always take care of it as gently as possible for a fair price. I still drive to this vet after I moved 30 minutes further away for this very reason.

My wife brought our kitty Chewy in today. She hasn’t been eating or drinking (for about three days) I was extremely concerned. I bottle fed her since two weeks old. She is def part of family. Love is strong with this one, those who know, know what I’m talking about lol😀. It turns out Chewy had a fever( still waiting on blood test) and I’m so pleased with the care she received! My wife said Chewy and her were treated like family. They went aggressively toward bacteria until test results come back. (I so appreciate that) My other experiences with near by vets was very different.I read the reviews on many different vets with in 20 miles of me and this place had the best ones. That’s why I chose them. I had no idea where to go and I’m so so glad I chose independent pet hospital. If you are reading this trying to decide on a vet for your best furry friend, look no further, you’ll be happy you did. The kicker is: The price was less than I expected!! That’s never happened at an emergency visit to vet for me ever! lol!I wasn’t able to take Chewy, I was working but my wife answered every question I had because independent pet hospital was so thorough!I whole heartedly THANK YOU for your Service and your Heart today!God Bless all of you! Go elsewhere. Erin Alessi is more interested in your money than doing the right thing. She was wrong about our dogs foot by not giving it antibiotics as a preventive measure after our puppy got a splinter in her paw. It ended up infected. We ended up spending another month and 700 dollars elsewhere before the infection and foot were healed. I then called and asked her for a refund, since she did nothing for the dog other than look at it and then charged us 100.00....she was also wrong in how she cared for the dog and it cost us another 700. she said no to the refund.... She is more interested in your money and being right, than doing what is right for your dog or your pocketbook....Beware!

So my fur baby has worms, they scheduled me the same day I called. They were very through and explained anything and everything I asked. They were very polite and personable. I am a new puppy owner and so far my experience there has been great. The vet takes the time to sit with me and my puppy to make sure I understand what type of grooming he will need and shots without being pushy. She gives her opinion but doesn't make you feel like you have to do it her way she give you educated choices which I appreciate. We will keep going back for sure!

I've never felt so heard by a Veterinarian in all my years of animal care and rescue! Everyone (human and animal) is treated with great respect and compassion in this office! Who knew it was possible to walk in and have a conversation and walk away fully understanding the conversation AND all of the options? I took my 4 year old Pitbull there for the first time and he is aggressive because he is my guard dog but he’s still mannered and they did great with him. The Vet was amazing and the staff were great as well. I definitely recommend going there it was all at a good price too. They definitely have my business from here on out.
