I can't say enough positive things about the caring and skilled staff at Mogadore Veterinary Hospital. They have treated our cat Tux numerous times, performing a variety of procedures. We can't imagine taking him anywhere else. They receive our very highest recommendation.

Early this morning, 8/25/2023, our almost 20 year old cat (Rusty) was bleeding profusely from her left paw. We rushed her to Mogadore Veterinary hospital. Dr. Whittington and his staff examined her very soon after we arrived. Dr. Dave Whittington fixed the bleeding and we picked her up around 2 pm to take her home. We can't praise and thank Dr. Dave and his staff enough for such quick, accurate, and compassionate care of our cat. This place is amazing! The staff is great and caring to my dog. When I call my caller ID shows up and they greet me by my dogs name. You can't beat the personal touch here. They are always busy for a reason, they are a established practice and have a loyal customer base.

We took Shadow in for his shots and to get him on some flea medication. We did have to wait quite a while for him to be seen but we were late so that was our own fault. There were many other dogs there even though they do see other animals. They do have a nice waiting room. They have a very nice ramp for handicap accessibility. They have a very nice bathroom for men or women. The staff there was very nice and they handled things quite professionally. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

The level of care they provide is second to none. I have been going to this vet since 1984. I'm involved in rescue so I've seen other veterinary practices and none match the the staff at this practice.This practice has recently added cold laser therapy to services offered. I started my senior pup (16) on this and the difference in his quality of life is amazing. It really improved his mobility.

We have been coming here since I was a kid, but looking for a new vet soon. We have been waiting for them to okay insulin for my dog for 5 days now. we order from chewy and they contact the vet for approval. I have called and was told when they can get to it they will approve it. 5 days and still nothing has been approved. Our dog became diabetic because of this vet. The vet put our dog on meds that caused her to become diabetic.

Two years ago I had to take my dog somewhere else for ACL surgery. The new vet's office was huge and uncrowded and I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes. I thought that was great so I took my other dog there as well. He didn't need anything more than a checkup but they gave him a shot as well. I asked what that was and was told that they vaccinate every year with a 5 way vaccine. The fact that they didn't discuss it with me made me mad. I then tried a different vet that lectured me on why I need to brush my dogs teeth. He told me one dog has an infected tooth and the other had a cracked tooth. I was not given any medications for my dogs for their teeth and was told they were booking at the end of the following month. (Are you kidding me). I called Mogadore Vet and asked if I cried, begged and pleaded if they would take me back. The sweet girl chuckled a little and said of course we will. They got me an appointment the following Monday & the dental scheduled for the following Tuesday. I will never again complain because the vet's office is busy and I had to wait. They are like that because they genuinely care about your pets as much as you do. They squeeze you in because they know you are stressed about your pets. After trying two other offices where I feel like they are just running a business I will happily never leave this Vet's office again. When you find people who really care about you and your babies, you thank God for them. They truly are the best in the business! Thank you Mogadore Veterinary Hospital for all that you do and for going that extra mile for me and my dogs.

They are so compassionate with pets and family! I just got back from having our cats annual check up and a booster. There is a lovely new veterinarian and she was so thorough and kind. I would never go to a different animal hospital. They are the best.🐕🐈‍⬛🐶🐱

Had an appointment to put our dog to sleep because she was dying from cancer. We waited 30 minutes in the parking lot. A vet tech came out and took our dog inside. Wd then waited another 20 minutes for her to come get us so we could be with her when she passed. They showed us i to the file room where our dog lay on the same gurney they used to fetch her from the car. The FILE ROOM AND WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!. They knew we were coming and could not reserve a room for us. Usually the staff is very caring.5 days later our other dog, 14yrs old and whom I take to a different vet was vomiting blood and so we called to see if they would see her. They had my husband on hold for 20 minutes before they told him she couldn't be seen because she was not a patient and they were not taking any new patients. They ended the call with "Good luck" with finding a vet. So callous... Will not be taking another pet there.

I am the third generation in my family to take my pets here. They go above and beyond. From the second you walk in the door they are friendly and attentive. The staff truly care about each pet. I can't say how much I appreciate that the doctors themselves call to discuss lab results and to follow up on care. I know my pets are in the best hands.

Took our dog Chance in on an emergency basis unable to walk, fearing the worst. As usual brought him home three days later tail wagging and walking. Thank you Dr Williams and staff. Our many pets have been patients for nearly 40 years and they could not have been better cared for. The care and compassion given to us and our pets from the Drs and Staff is why we have never thought about looking for another vet clinic. From caring for our puppies to helping us make difficult decisions on our older beloved dogs we could not be happier.

I am a new dog mom to a deaf Dalmatian. I started taking her to this office when she was 12 weeks old, and every single time we go I love it more! The staff is amazing with her! They give lots of treats and belly rubs, and the one vet tech even uses signs with her. She is never scared to go there and is always happy while we are there. I just had her spayed last week and it went perfectly. Dr. Whittington and Dr. McCann are amazing. Their prices are also very affordable! Highly recommend!

Through my dog's life we went to this vet. My dog, Puddles, had a good life, many memories. About a year ago we thought it was near the end he had arthritis and it was harder to move around he could jump onto the couch anymore. We can here and they gave him some pills for his arthritis, he wasn't in pain anymore. He ran and had fun and was happy for another year. Today, when he was 12 years old, we had to say goodbye. The process was as good as can be expected. They took him back to put in a doggie iv and then brought him back and have us as much time as we needed. My family just wanted to send him off. We had a great day at home with lots of salami and cheese. As soon as they gave him the IV( no pinch just goes in the IV) he went to sleep, very fast. We had the option to cremate or take him home. They also gave us his paw print with his name. It was all very emotional but even the vet gave me a hug. It's personal and I wouldn't have done it anywhere else. They walked us through everything. Thank you for helping my puppy.
