The cashier was rude and would not let my daughter use the restroom. She told me the restroom was out of service. When I asked her where she goes, she changed her answer and told me that customers weren’t allowed using the restroom- only employees. It’s pretty ridiculous that you can go shopping there but you’re not allowed to use the restroom even when it’s an emergency. I’ve been to other Dollar General’s in their restrooms are not “out of service”.

I am so grateful for the experience I had at this location. I shopped this DG yesterday afternoon for fall decor-amazing selection by the way, and had so much stuff that the wonderful associate Laurie offered to assist me to my car. She and I both took a cart to my car. I feel that exceptional customer such as this is hard to find these days. She and the other browned hair cashier were very kind. I can’t wait to visit again

This location had everything I needed and more. I usually frequent the Hartville store. After walking into this location when I realized that. Plus I lost my phone and had to go back. The cashier and co-worker were nothing but helpful and kind. Love it.

Older lady with white mullet is absolutely rude... and slower than snail....younger lady with to much blush need attitude adjustment and to stop rushing customers....white haired linky guy..useless*

I know there is a Dollar General on every corner but not all are equal. My Dollar General is hands down the best one. The staff are exceptional. Always friendly, super helpful and they know their store. One particular guy. I'm sorry I don't know his name, he is the tall blonde that seems to always be there. He is great!! Thank you for all you do.

I was treated poorly at this Dollar General. The blankets were on sale $5 off. The blankets rang up at regular price so I mentioned that it’s suppose to be $5 off. He went and checked to see if I was right.. Told me he couldn’t cancel the transaction or fix it which is bs because any other DG they were able to correct a situation like this. I ended up having to pay for it, I should have just walked out but I didn’t want to disappoint my daughter and not buy her the things she picked out. He didn’t even apologize just stayed quite. Very rude !

Cashier wasn't very friendly, he acted like he didn't want that job! Acted like it was a big deal to use coupons, had to manually over ride 50% off items
