Skimp with the scoops of mulch. Just charge another 2 bucks and it would feel better than shaking the loader until it's level full.

Very helpful staff. Quick and friendly service. Very large supply of rental equipment and unique equipment available. Rental equipment was maintenance and operated very efficiently. Pricing was more than fair.

The service is great. Never been there without somebody asking me if I needed help within a minute or two. Knowledgeable staff. Great selection. You will pay a little more than the box stores but that's to be expected with the quality of the service.

I needed a headlight for my car and was in the area. I called to see if they had it in stock. Sure enough they did. The associate was waving us in as the store had merely minutes until closing! Service with a smile! above and beyond service!

Exceptionally polite and helpful staff. A great store those not hardware/tool savvy like myself that want to have a few questions answered so you can feel confidant that you're buying what you need.I can't speak for the prices, but what I personally bought was priced fairly.

They sell poor quality products, and will not stand behind most anything even if it states a guarantee. Low quality paint and paint matching also. Friendly staff, but not very knowledgeable.

I'll drive out of my way to Minster's True Value because of their helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. That is nearly impossible to find at the larger hardware stores like Menards or Lowes.
