We brought our Airedale Terrier here 3 times. First trip we got her back and it wasnt what we wanted, which is understandable the first trip and maybe we didnt relay what we wanted well enough. No biggieThe 2nd time, my airedales clipped tail was bleeding on the end as if it had been snipped with scissors. Along with that, she had terrible diarrhea, but she has a sensitive belly and theres no way to say that she got sick while there.The 3rd time did me in. 3rd trip, she gets picked up by my wife, and my dog is bleeding behind her ear to the point its wet. On top of that, once she got home and inside my wofe noticed she was tracking blood through the house. Upon further inspection the groomer had snipped the webbing between her toes on her back right paw and was bleeding profusely for a couple hours.The groomer said sorry, never offered a refund of our 65 dollars and only offered her next grooming free. Sadly, there will not be a next grooming. My airedale is energetic, but very loveable and very passive. She is about the easiest dog to groom and clean, so i believe this carelessness is because she (the groomer) gets behind on time and rushes her dogs.3 strikes your out. We wont be back. Im also attaching pictures of my dog bleeding. Will be in the google photos for this business. Sad
