My dogs recently stayed for a week. I heard nothing but good reports when I got back and my dogs seemed very happy! I think they enjoyed being able to play with other dogs and get to run around in a new place. I will definitely bring them back!!Such a beautiful setting!

Absolutely awesome place!! Recommend to me by a friend 14 years ago. I have absolutely no complaints. Latecia goes above and beyond. About 7 years ago we moved an hour away. I still happily drive an hour to kennel my dog here.

First time ever boarding our German Shepherd and English Mastiff. Did our research for local kennels and so very happy we picked Thunder Valley. Pricing was amazing! Answered any question we had, facilities were well kept and our dogs came home happy and healthy!

We boarded our two labs here while visiting family across the country. They were great about giving our older lab her medicine. Our dogs were in great shape and happy when we picked them up!

This is the BEST kennel I’ve found. The dogs get to play outside with other dogs of similar size 3 times a day, which is unheard of at most kennels. They also have a special room for cats that has a window for them to sit in. My senior cat wasn’t eating at first and they tried different foods until they got her eating. Both of my “kids” came home happy and healthy! Will definitely use them again!

This was our first time boarding our dogs and it will be the last. The staff is very nice but I am so disappointed to find out our dogs were sick while in the kennel. They never called to inform us and didn’t even bother to tell us when we picked them up. They also gave medication without even asking or telling. If we would’ve known they were sick we could have scheduled a vet appointment but instead had to spend thousands of dollars going to an emergency clinic on a Saturday for an overnight stay to save both of our dogs lives.

My partner and I have been bringing our dogs here for 6 years or so. We adore this kennel -- and our dogs do too. They come home happy, not stressed. They are always excited to return, too! The space is so clean, and Latecia and the staff are kind and professional. You can tell they genuinely love dogs! We know our dogs are in the best hands while we travel, and that peace of mind is priceless. I am so so glad I discovered this place.

Thunder Valley is the best. My dog loves it there and looks forward to visiting. I would recommend this for boarding to all dogs large medium and small. I've never left my cats but I wouldn't hesitate if my cat sitter wasn't available.

Our 2 girls have not stayed anywhere for about 3 years. We are extremely pleased on how they are cared for every time they are there. It takes a ton of pressure off of us! Thank you Latecia and staff!

This review is written on behalf of the dog training course(s) only, not the kennels. I would say though that if I were a dog, this is exactly the type of kennel I would want to be at. The facilities seemed nice, I just don't have personal exposure.Now from a training perspective, the obedience classes are great. This is exactly the type of training philosophy that we believe in and that has generated legitimate results in our strong breed dog. I highly recommend this training program.Areas of Improvement: I believe that communication is fair at best. While the training team is extremely approachable and open to any and all questions during/after class, there is zero response to phone calls or emails between classes. I think it is actually due to being overwhelmed with positive responses making it hard for a small business to keep up.

We are dog Dozer there last week for 5 days. My wife picked him up yesterday. He was dehydrated, thick heavy druell hanging from his mouth and dried to his face. Smelled like pee and was filthy. He is a pampered inside dog that sometimes has to wait 12 to 14 hours till my wife or I get home from work and has never had an accident. This people shouldn't have their own pets let alone taking care of someone else's. Dozer has never had an accident in the house they claimed he had 3. The shape our dog was in frightened my wife. We will never take another family member of ours here again. I would suggest if you care about your pet don't take them here.
