Stopped in for some incidentals while on a job locally - thought I would spend some $ to support a small business. Asked to use restroom - a hard NO. Needed additional supplies to finish. Guess where I did NOT go. Lesson learned. - Follow up to previous review - Owner reached out and apologized. They explained that a new(er) employee was not aware that customers are permitted to use restroom facilities while shopping. I enjoy small hardware stores and will visit this one again as time and opportunity permit.

Even though this store is not a big box type, they somehow ALWAYS have what I’m looking for...and quite often for less money than Lowe’s, Walmart, etc. I can also usually get helpful, knowledgeable advice from most of the employees, especially the owners. No matter who you are OR how you look you are treated respectfully and can tell you are valued as a customer.

Expensive compared to other hardware stores further away. The employees ask every two minutes if you need help, then follow you around. (Don't know if they get shoplifters a lot, but I don't like being treted like a thief.) Very small and disorganized. (In my own opinion) if you are a minority or look different than a small town white person, I would definitely go to anther hardware store.

Helpful & Friendly Employees that doesn't generally "hassle" you around their store like I've been noticing recently with other small time stores of various types of wares of what not. At this store the shelves are PACKED from floor till just below the ceiling it seems. If ya cannot find what your looking for. Don't hesitate to ask because if the store carry's it they WILL make sure you leave with what ya came in for... I'm not sure there is any public facilities for anyone that may have that sort of issue arise while in their store, but you know what? I'm sure the answer is just a aisle away around the corner with a smile to promptly provide such an answer for ya. This store has carpentry supplies & tools, plumbing tools & supplies, paint, various entertainment odds & ends like audio cords and video wires & antennas, a hefty selection of flashlights that can rival any wallyword, also tons of home improvement related supplies, a well stocked generous selection of adhesives & "super" glues, and all the common drywall tools & various types of hammers & saws for every occation, heck I even know there is a designated place for those people that partake in DIY electronics err or DIY electronic improvements tinkerings... Oh almost forgot! There is a parking lot on the side of their building and is accessible to wheelchairs... Well I hope I helped answer all this inquiries on the what's and what not's of the Millersport Hardware Store... Have a Good One...!
