This is where I have to get all my tire service in Wayne County now that RKO doesn't do tires. Don't be in a hurry and know what you need and what you're getting. They will treat you fairly.

Its Walmart ~ its it's got its quirks like they all do. Super rough drive to enter, can be jammed with lines @ check out because of self check out problems & slow/not enough staff in "real" check outs. Sometimes it seems the amish are the majority with parking & shopping, (might as well call it church), & if you don't expect anything for service, speed or intelligence, you might just find Walmart a place to stop by, such as when no one else is open....

This was a pretty decent Walmart to shop at. The prices are really good and there is a lot to choose from with good quality. The staff seemed very friendly and the store was pretty clean except for the bathrooms which needed some attention. I got what I needed I like pretty decent time even though there were only a couple cashiers they were very very quick at their job and it made getting out very easy.

It's much cleaner than the one in Wooster and has actual, live human cashiers. It's far less crowded and less noisy. I've never heard anything but English and Pennsylvania Dutch spoken here.

I like this Walmart better than most. Usually pretty well stocked and the online ordering is great.They stopped the delivering of pharmacy out to your car, which was sad for those that have trouble walking.

The staff @ Millersburg Walmart is the best. Always friendly and helpful. Now....some of the customers don't know how to dress appropriately.....js

My brother needed to pick up some items, but when I asked the associate overseeing the self-check out for directions to hair products, she wouldn't make eye contact, initially ignored me, and after I said, "Excuse me, ma'am!", she finally and begrudgingly pointed me to the opposite side of the store. Perhaps she was having a bad day. Perhaps she was overwhelmed by having to monitor all the self-check out lanes that were busy and I was distracting her. My brother even commented on how rude she was. We did like the variety, prices, and how clean and bright the store was.

the worst service I have received in the world! I don't speak English well and I communicated through an interpreter, it was my daughter. My vacuum cleaner broke and the managers simply sent me to the manufacturer, although I bought the item in the store and wanted the store to help me. It's a pity that such a large company does not train its staff to solve customer problems, everything remains slogans for advertising. I am disappointed with Walmart

We forgot some items at home. Our philosophy is if we forgot item and need item we purchase item. Able to find forgotten items and more. Walmart carries everyday items and much more. Prices are basically good. This Walmart was larger than one at home so had to do some walking to find what I needed.

When I arrived. The local police pulled in behind me and ran my license plate number. I then went into the store. Only to be followed by security the whole time I was trying to shop. I actually had to say something to the security. Who was following me around the store. To stop and leave me alone. When I paid for my items. I was watched like I was stealing something. I then left the store. Only to be greeted by a police officer in the parking lot. Who then made sure that they followed me out of town. It was the most uncomfortable shopping experience of my life. I do not recommend this Walmart if your not from this small town 🙄.

Was very disappointed this past weekend . We had an order for pinwheel sandwiches made online for my wedding party , to be picked up on Friday, June 2, in the afternoon. You canceled the order. We had no idea of the cancelation due to being out of enternet coverage. We found out when we arrived to pick up the order . We had to make sandwiches ! WHICH caused stress on the people putting on the wedding party. I am not pleased with your service.

This is a typical Walmart you might expect. They have one lady especially kind to all the customers. Her name is Jackie and she makes everyone feel welcome and right at home. If I have the opportunity I will make an effort to pay in the lane that Jackie is working.

I have shopped this Walmart for years. The ladies that work the register I have become acquainted with several through a mutual love of cookies, animals or just a connection. This morning I wander down through looking to see who is on what register to find one of those lovely people. First register was a young man and didn't know him, next was a familiar face with a connection of our pets and she was just finishing up with a lady and none of the lines were too busy so thought I would have time to chat as she rung up my items. First thing I notice she is having problems with pains. We had discussed her issue in prior conversations so I asked if that issue was flaring up and she said yes. As she was ringing up my items another clerk came over and said she could take a break after being done with me so the light went out. She continues to ring things up taking deep breaths from time to time from her issue. About half way done another cashier behind her asked why her light was out and she told her that she was going on break. At that time the other cashier gets on her radio and spoke in a higher tone of voice how so and so was going on break and she needed to be replaced. I know others could hear her further from me. Now my cashier becomes very upset to the point of tears, which I stay calm and ask a couple of questions but the other clerk still talking and I finally walked over to her when her customer was done and said that what she was saying has upset my cashier and that another clerk had told her to go on break. Confirming that she did have permission and I witness that conversation. Well I am asked who told her and I said it was another clerk but have no idea of name. Next thing I hear is I AM THE MANAGER AND WAS NOT TOLD THAT SHE WAS GOING ON BREAK AND I CAN NOT RUN A REGISTER ALL DAY. Didn't know or care what her job was, what I cared about was how she handled the situation. Being a manager she should have been more conscientious of what and how she was saying things and how it came across not only to the customers but other employees. There were no long lines when I walked through except maybe the self check outs. For me there was no excuse for such an outburst and coming from a manager only made it worse and question how other employees are being treated.

Dirty main entrance by pharmacy side was dusty trash in several placesneeded swept n moped. Stuff so disorganized too. Only good thing was emplyees were helpful won't be back I'll continue going to Coshocton ohio Walmart it's way better..

OH BOY where to begin. Been coming here for years and that won’t be happening any more. Staff is extremely rude. Not a place worth spending your money. I have at least 4 names of people who have either verbally harassed me or shown some sort of vulgarity towards myself in uniform ON THE CLOCK. I shouldn’t have to be scared to leave a store knowing that one of said people are going to be near my car ready to harass me.

Once again another disappointing shopping experience. Bought rolls at bakery, made a sandwich at home and they were stale. Found a separate tag and they were out of date by 1 day. Drove 14 miles round trip to get my refund on $3.84. Ofcourse CS person never even apologized for the inconvenience. What a sorry business, no doubt they could care less anyway.

Will never be back to this walmart employee was extremely rude and noding out at self check out and there lost prevention guy walked up as we was checking out and said take it you dont want what you set on the self back there I said no that's why we set it there then he said make sure you scan everything then he grab my wife's purse and said I already know about this I said you can get your freaking hands off my wife's stuff or you can catch these hands I grab her purse opened it up and dumped everything out just for him to say o well you had to put the stuff somewhere I said yeah back on the self where you seen it. I hope I get to have a friendly meet up with him either before work or after

Was in pick up and my car over heated, Bryson the boy that brought my groceries to me told me my car smelled weird and he helped me open the hood and let me know how to fix my car. He made sure my groceries didn't over heat in my car while I waited for the engine to cool. He was a MASSIVE help to me and I am very thankful for it!
