I went in to buy a 1 gallon bottle of water. It was advertised online. I asked if they had any because the shelf wasn't stocked. I was first told "I don't know." I asked if they could look and this woman got extremely rude. She told me "Can't you see in the only one here." I did not know that and I don't understand how that's my fault. They need to hire some people and get this store in order. It's been remodeled and already looks terrible. I cant believe how I was treated today. I bought a 24 ok and went home. I absolutely will not be back.

Love stopping in here, the staff is friendly, the place is well stocked, if not it's being stocked, and it's super organized, easy to find what you need and then some! Great stop for MANY of your snacking, cleaning, playing and everything in between, needs! Thanks y'all! 🤘🏻

First off. Dollar General. They are short staffed. You either got long timers or newbies. In my experience those in transition are rarely seen because they are being shuffled around everywhere. So, firstly: you can recharge MOST cards here. You can purchase MANY types here. If it is some obscure stuff...it's Dollar General. They have your necessities, never seen bugs running around, more rude customers than employees. Expect a medium transition with only one register, you won't be disappointed and you could be happy. If you got a bunch of small bills, they don't mind, at all.

Very rude customer service from Lisa. She was mad an employee showed up early and rude about it while customers were in the store. She should be happy they were showing to work nowadays. Also she took a cell phone call as she was ringing me up. Not impressed with her at all. Usually they have very friendly staff but not this time.

I don’t go to our local Dollar General that often but I still haven’t gotten used to the cramped isle design. Not a great change when they redesigned. However still able to find everything in a decent amount of time.

Always will choose this store over the bigger chain stores. However this millersburg location is often crowded with merchandise waiting to be put away and could use a good cleaning .. but overall my go to place for everything from milk to socks!

Pretty crappy store and it all falls on the owner and highest manager there. They could do so much better considering the area but that store gets short shafted and short staffed. I think new owners would help.... Update... I think it would help to install outside cameras to detour the drug deals. Just a thought

I’m very happy that a store like this opened here in Millersburg. We needed it! The people who work here are really nice and personable, the store is always clean and they have an array of products available including a small grocery area.

The price at register is always higher than price on shelves. Being a grandma on limited income this purposeful activity is bad.

Dollar General anymore is just so hard to shop at... especially if you're into couponing and using the DG Digital app. It just seems like something is always going on with it and or the product... frustrating!! -some workers and or customers give couponers such a hard time about it... it's just not worth it!!

Prices are high on some things. Store appears cluttered most off the time. Staff can be off putting or friendly , seems to depend on the day.

This is a nasty little store. Well stocked but I wouldn't trust any food items. Needs tore down and rebuilt as it's just disgusting

Good all around store just a little dirty.This is an update to my first review went there this morning Aug,16th.2020.Went two steps in the door and was asked to put on my mask.I totally forgot the cashier wasn't wearing one.Went back to my car to get it went back in to shop and the cashier never put one on.When I asked her about hers she told me masks were required by shoppers only
