What was so simple as visiting this place turned into adopting 2 beautiful puppies with the help of Roy if it wasn’t for his genuine kindness and big heart I wouldn’t of found my best friend he was such an amazing help with working things out with my finance and getting to a good deal to fit what’s best for me! Very beautiful store the area is so entertaining has a huge variety of puppies and very friendly staff very supporting I would recommend this store to everyone who’s looking for their pet your not going to find a company with the service as good as these people. Shout out to Roy for hooking me up and making it work!!

This store is the bomb. Some great leather goods for men and ladies. All kinds of shoes, boots. I bought a fall heavy shirt flannel lined. Snaps up the front and sleeves.And water resistant. Very comfortable. Quality goods. Enjoy!

Stopped in for a restock of our favorite items and added a new puppy to the Family!!! She is already so loved and Roy did a fantastic job at getting us approved quickly!!!! Definately recommend this place for Adoptions 💗👌

Loved getting to snuggle puppies! They followed clean policies and the puppies were very social and they liked the attention. Great store for high quality shoes and boots too.

After buying our puppy two weeks ago unfortunately he came down with something not disclosing on here but anyways of course we paid for it at our vet etc I reached out to Roy I’m guessing manager or something and he was incredible they took care of absolutely everything was concerned and will definitely down the road get from them again . Not to mention or puppy was super healthy other wise. The situation could have been so much worse and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled thank youuu

Just stopped in and they also have hamsters for sale. Went over to look at them and saw babies in the tank and then also saw the other hamstes eating the babies. I found the worker and told him and he went and snatched the rest of the babies out of the tank and he took them to his office. I mean I knew what he done with them because no baby is going to make it without their mother, so he had to throw them in the trash. No pet store should ever and I mean ever throw a pet away.You say you went back to get the mom to reunite them, well how did you know which one the mom was because there are multiple hamsters in that cage? Even if you did it is irresponsible to keep males and females together and then have your customers watch them eat the babies

I really enjoyed my visit to this establishment! Peaceful, soothing gospel music makes this a pleasant experience! The aisles are loaded with really cool and unique items. The pet department is only a small portion of what you will find here

I adopted a puppy last June and Roy was awesome with all the paperwork and information that we needed. One thing I would say about Roy he treated my wife and I as family Roy is such an amazing person more like family.A few months later I went back and spoke with Roy about a female puppy and he said sure I would note it and will give you a call as soon as I get one and sure enough my good family Roy called last Thursday and gave my wife and I the great news.Thank you so much Roy for allowing us to adopt our second furry child. Anyone who is looking to adopt please stop by and see Roy it will be greatly worth the time

My husband and I made the 2 hour journey to adopt Bob the Aussie on Saturday. I made a deposit Monday and they held him for us. We went to the counter, and he was handed to me while my husband handled the paperwork. I am not going to lie and say I wasn't skepticle on our puppy's health. I've read the reviews, but our puppy is a little ball of perfection! He was so clean and they gave a very detailed description of all shots, procedures, and where he came from. The 4 stars are representative of the fact that he was so pricey, and not a reflection of the staff. They were so kind and helpful to us. I would definitely recommend.Update: Our boy is now over a year old and healthy as can be . Beautiful

Omg!!! I just love this place! The puppies were unbelievably adorable! Costly? Yes...but you are getting a puppy thrall bread. Top breeds. They allow you to spend as much time with the pupies as u want! They had sanitizer and staff were friendly. I fell in love!

Berlin Pet Shop was great, and I highly recommend them. They gave me the opportunity to get to know my puppy and spend time with him in a no-pressure setting. Being able to learn a little bit about his personality before we selected him, allowed us to find the perfect fit for our family. We love our Henry! He is now 8 months old and is a very pampered, spoiled member of the family. If you want to add a healthy, happy puppy to your family, go check them out!

Got my "Daisy Dog" from here back in November. Did a DNA test to know the exact make-up of my dogs DNA. Come to find out not a Daisy Dog at all. No poodle showed up in his DNA. He's 100% a Shichon. Does it really matter, not really. Just know what the dog is labeled as may not be 100% truthful.

We lost a furbaby Lily on September 21, 2019, and were heartbroken. We have visited Berlin Pet Shoppe numerous times over the years. We were on vacation (October 2019), and had already been to Berlin Pet Shoppe on that Wednesday of this week, and decided to take a ride back there on Saturday, October 19, 2019. We walked in and my husband said "which two do you want", "we are not leaving here without two", I already knew that I wanted Charlie "Cava Chon", from our visit on Wednesday, and was pleasantly surprised that he was still there,. I couldn't decide which other baby I wanted. I could not believe we were getting two. After I had made up my mind we chose Lucy "Yorkie Poo", we added our new furbabies to our family. We are glad that we chose two, so they could play and grow up together. We have nothing but good things to Say about Berlin Pet Shoppe, from the way you can hold and love each and every puppy they have to the kindness of the staff. We still miss our Lily, but we are very happy with the added addition to our family. My husband said while we were there "I wish I could take them all"... Thank you so much Berlin Pet Shoppe!!!!

They allow potential owners to play with puppies that are adorable.They also have plenty of pet supplies if you decide to adopt. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would like it more if they had more room it gets crowded fairly quickly and makes it hard to move around.

We adopted our puppy, Daisy, from the Berlin Pet Shop. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. It was very clean and the puppies were very healthy. We liked the fact that we could hold them and play with them in the play area to see what their personalities were like. Our puppy is 4 1/2 months and we are so happy with her. Highly recommend Berlin Pet Shoppe if you are looking for a great addition to your family.

We had a wonderful experience with the Berlin Pet Shop. We called before we left for our 2 1/2 hour drive there and we were told they had several of the kind of puppies we wanted. Chandler stole our hearts the moment we saw him! He’s a precious addition to our family and we love him so much!

How to tell if your dog is from a puppy mill:1. Puppy parents are not shared2. You are not allowed to see the kennel3. Focus is on multiple breeds4. Paperwork not necessary or required to be signed5. Puppies are offered at too young of an age6. Puppies have not received necessary inoculations7. They offer financingIf you answered yes to any of these questions by over paying for a dog here, you have purchased a puppy mill puppy. A fancy breed at a high price does not mean you are purchasing from a quality breeder.

I've been visiting this store for years since we visit Amish country often. As the years go by, this store has become worse and worse. Today, I visited once again and I was completely disappointed and saddened by what I saw. First of all, I'm tired of seeing so many kids mishandling these puppies. I alerted a male worker that some kids were not handling the puppies kindly. He just said he hoped parents would watch. Well, parents weren't watching, so you need to! Then I saw a puppy St. Bernard (I belive) and he looked very sick. Alsmot like having a mini convulsions. His eyes were blinking so fast and his leg was twitching. I told another male worker who was at the counter working on the computer. He said he was sleeping. I told him that his eyes were open. He came to check and made the puppy stand up. The puppy got up but could barely walk. He said: oh, youre right. Something is wrong. He took him to the back. I was so disappointed to the fact thatvthis baby was out there suffering and no one cared. And the worker seemed like he didn't care. They need to stop having all the nasty little hands handle the puppies. So many kids not treating them kindly. They need to stop breeding these puppies ans selling them like objects!!! This puppy was so sick. And the puppy ( poodle) next to him looked bad as well. Intold them about that one to and made them check him. I'm so sad for these puppies. Money and greed has hardened people's hearts. Stop this breeding!!! It's really cruel. I can't even imagine the mom. Being used as breeding machines. Shut this place down!!!
