A small, cozy store with friendly, personalized service. Great product selection. Very knowledgeable staff. They live where we live and know, through personal experience and networking, what is current in the local bird world. They have offered birding suggestions through the years that have been very useful. I love this little shop!!!

Wonderful place! Was having problems with a squirrel eating my bird seed. They recommended hot sauce to mix in feed that won't harm birds. I was skeptical this would work, but I was so wrong...the squirrel is gone and birds a plenty loving the seed. Also purchased one of thier sunflower seed mixes. They was so happy.The ladies are extremely knowledgable with the many items for birds, squirrels.and more. Has outdoor flags, gifts and more.I will be going back!

This has been my go-to place for all things related to feeding & observing wild birds. The store itself is a relaxing atmosphere with soft music playing, and they also sell things like wind chimes, wax melts, candles, personal care things like handcream & lotions. It's almost like half gift shop & half backyard bird supplies. They are so friendly and helpful to assist from beginners to beyond.

It's a fond memory. My mother fell in love with this store and whenever I'm passing by I think of her. It's one of those little gems in Milford that we're lucky to have. Their prices are great and they have a "wild" selection of bird feeders, great toys for the kids and beautiful wind chimes.

What a wonderful store with so many options! Different ground/stake mounts, so many hangers, wide variety of feeders. Even window-mount feeders. Wide seed selection. Great explanations of the options available and good information on birds as well as squirrels. Weighted feeders. So much more in the other parts of the store. I'll be back!

The lady at the store was pleasant and knowledgable about the products. They stock birdseed and other food, including for squirrels, and offer a selection of other products, including birding books, Burt's Bees products, and more. Their focus is on wildlife, not pets, and they don't offer any animals, so this is not really going to meet the needs of many bird owners. Very nice place!

They have everything you could need for wild birds. They also carry a lot of outdoor decorations. They have a large selection of items everything from bird feeders to coffee mugs and some great gift ideas. Helpful and friendly staff. Decent prices.

In my opinion this is the best bird supply business! Debbie, the owner, is always so upbeat and always has good advice about birds whenever I have questions. They deliver items into your car, all you have to do is ask.

Very nice people and great selection. The bird feeders might have been slightly more than I found on the huge internet sale site; but I got it right away and they are a local business. We should always try to shop local first.

Nice shop that offers lots of birding supplies. My favorite is a set of glasses which are very unique. They are made by CLIC and after over five years of use I recommend this product for everyone.

Closed early! I fought traffic and got there 5 minutes before closing only to find the store was already closed. As frustrating as that was, the store reached out to me after seeing my review and took steps to help correct the situation. I prefer to shop local and really appreciated their extra effort.

Wow, what a great place to pick up high quality bird seed. Everything you might need. Not the typical seed and fertilizer places that sell 40 pounds of bird seed that is 80% non-edible. High quality an good prices. Try them

I can see the potential of this place being what all the other reviews are saying, but the owner and her family/employee should reconsider how they are treating customers at this time . I happened to have done business with them while they are both experiencing grief. I know this because I was told at least 10 times while trying to get an answer about my $100 windchime breaking over a 5 week week period. When I showed up to the store to get an answer after the run around, I gladly accepted a fair exchange and actually was going to pay extra for a more expensive model. As I handed over my credit card, the owner threw up her hands and had the audacity to tell me that she hoped I had some compassion for her and “really hoped I could understand what she is going through” in a very snarky voice and attitude as she stopped the transaction. As an actual grief therapist, I have the entire time let her just speak to me how she felt the need to to explain her feelings, but when she dehumanized me and told me I how I needed to react to her, I left the store with a full return and will not return for any future business. I hope these women heal from their pain and look into getting the help they need instead of assuming they are the only ones who have experienced loss and projecting their emotions into a customer who just wanted to replace a broken wind chime. Grief is an awful thing to go through, but to treat others with your anger the way I was treated is not acceptable. God bless all who have and gone through this.....a survivor from grief myself.
