It’s been over three months on a prescription refill. Still waiting. Other pharmacies have it but some reason they can’t get it. Update!!! Pharmacist said it was in and could be filled. Which it’s three months later. So I drive 30 minutes to go and pick up my three month past due prescription and the evening pharmacist says it out and on back order. Waste my time and gas

I Highly recommend this pharmacy , and I am So grateful!! Karen and Kim at the pharmacy went above and beyond to help my son and me. We needed a time sensitive medication that was low in stock everywhere, and I had almost given up hope of getting it for us. It is especially difficult when you don’t feel well to have to deal with such issues. However; Karen and Kim contacted the insurance etc.!and did all the work to make both our prescriptions ready in less then 45 mins!! Also called me personally to let me know every to I get was taken care of. They definitely deserve some recognition in this busy world today! I would highly Recommend this pharmacy!! Best wishes!

I called Walgrens about a humalog insulin order that I was told would be ready today. Not only wasn't the insulin order ready but the lady who answered the phone said they didn't know when they would have it & she said it with an attitude. What is an individual supposed to do when they are an insulin dependent diabetic!! Obviously you cannot depend on this Walgrens Pharmacy!!

Outside of the expected medication availability delays which are outside of the pharmacy’s control, the lack of communication and miscommunication of when a script is ready has motivated me to find a more reliable pharmacy. Please consider other pharmacies when looking to use this location.

The mutli stop pharmacy shop! "We're working on it" needs to be the new Walgreens pharmacy slogan.3 stops, 3 days later of "We're working on it", finally some antibiotics the doctor prescribed. Glad the doctor doesn't know it's three days after the fact 🤭 Glad I didn't need life saving meds, you wouldn't be reading this review. One star review for "We're working on it" consistency.

They never answer the phone. In September I called in and they asked if I could hold and never came back. For the next 15 minutes every time the phone rang they would pick up the phone and immediately put me back on hold. Then I got disconnected. When I called back I was immediately put on hold and again for the next 15 minutes they would hang up and put me on hold. While on hold I drove to this Walgreens, I was disconnected again right before I arrived. I needed my prescription before they closed for lunch. Having a walking disability this was the last thing I wanted to do. To say the least I was pretty irate when I got back to the pharmacy area. They were helping a gentleman with paperwork, but there were no other customers waiting. Things got heated. I was not happy with my own behavior, but I was really offended by their actions. They had the gall to tell me I should leave. I needed my script; so I remained silent until it was filled. To say the least, I will be using a different Walgreens.

This location has some very rude employees. Any time I come to drop off a FedEx package they act like it’s the biggest inconvenience ever. Can’t even say “you’re welcome” when I say “thank you”? Wow.

Terrible customer service, the pharmacy is incompetent. You call and employees hang up on you. It’s a disgrace. It feels as if they enjoy making it difficult for normal everyday people to retrieve their medicine… will be transferring my prescriptions, just completely despicable behavior. This GM should be ashamed, this place needs a total overhaul!

This is by far the worse pharmacy I’ve ever been too. They make you wait forever and act like it’s not their fault. As I write this, my mother has been waiting for her 5:45 pm appointment for over an HOUR! THATS NOT COOL. THATS NOT PROFESSIONAL. THAT HAS NO EXCUSE. She has been next in line the entire time. They just ignore the customers.

I went in to pick up some pictures and a older lady was working at the photo department she didn’t say hi at all it was you picking up a photo like I was bothering her because she was putting stock away. It then took her some time to find the photo which is fine ( she even called for a manager to come help her but she found it before he got up there) she hands me the photo looks at me and tells me go up there and she will ring you up. I get up to the register and the female working there didn’t say hi, she didn’t look happy to be there and all around it was horrible and I even said to myself this is why I go to CVS in Milford because this Walgreens is awful. The employees need to learn customer service because it is every time I go in this store.

Rudest workers ever, Can't fill IMPORTANT medications after putting in your order a week in advance, They will tell you it will be ready in 15 minutes for you to wait out in a parkinglot and then tell you they have none in stock 45 minutes later. They will text you one of your prescriptions is ready and harass you to pick it up, or else threaten you to put it back on the shelves when you are patiently waiting for the rest of your order to be filled before making the drive. Very disrespectful and they dont care about the wellbeing of their customers. Been a customer for 2 years now and it has only gotten worse.

Terrible service EVERY TIME, people are rude and unwilling to help. Never have scrips ready when they should be and then they try to blame it on the dr not calling it in. We've been forced to get prescriptions here by our insurance company (not sure how that's even ok) and have had bad experience EVERY time. Pitiful

My elderly husband has been trying to get his omeprazole for over two months. I went to see his doctor and she said to called in several times. Last time she called it was July 6 . He went to pick it up July 11. She wasn't ready and did not offer to fill. She act as if she didn't care. If my husband has severe stomach pain . I am calling the pharmacy broad. I would advise others do the same. Bad service for something as important as meds.

Whatever pharmacist works in this location is the most rude hateful woman I've ever come in contact with in my life. I waited 45 minutes in line to get medication only for her to tell me my insurance isn't accepted and to pay or leave then never said another word to me so I left. Go in today to get my youngest son's medicine 2 different insurance and she was even more rude don't use this pharmacy

Terrible staff at this pharmacy location. Do not have your prescriptions filled here. Lines of atleast 5 people long at any time of the day 99.9 percent of the time. Today I went in and there was no line at all! Still took five minutes for a tech to come to the counter. Asked for my name and address and then told me it would be a 45 minute wait, she said their was 9 prescriptions in front of mine. I was the only person there! My prescription was for a glucose meter, it takes them 45 minutes to put a sticker on a box. Incompetent.

“Todd” the pharmacist is rude! He asked me if I had a pharmacy card. I said no. He asked me a million other questions and then gave me the total price of the prescription. I said I have my insurance card. He responded “that’s one of the first questions I asked you you’re going to have to give me 10 more minutes to process this so come back” a pharmacy card and an insurance card is not the same thing?! I will go out of my way to another Walgreens with friendlier staff.

Horribly slow pharmacy. The old woman working the drive thru likes to have 10 min conversations per car she is helping. Go to any other pharmacy then here! The pharmacist is a condescending person who is to busy to be bothered when you have a question. If you can’t operate efficiently and effectively don’t be open!

Well stocked, and the pharmacy people have worked there for a while and are friendly, in my opinion. That said, they are slow. If I pull in and see just one car at their drive thru window I can usually get faster service by parking and walking inside.The rest of the store seems to have a high turnover rate of employees, which never seems good. I might have had the same cashier up front twice in within the last few years.While the store can't do anything about this, if you have to head west on Route 28 when pulling out of their lot, even if exiting on Woodville, traffic can be a real challenge, to the point I usually avoid stopping here during rush hour.

I’ve used this pharmacy for years and it’s continuing to go down hill. I’m understanding with short staffing, but every time I stop in at this location it’s a negative experience. Lana always has a poor attitude and treats customers as if they’re a nuisance.

Do not make this location your primary Walgreens to get your prescriptions. Most of the times there not open or at limited staffing and need to close the lobby and since they are under staffed there attitude express this as well. I'll never be back.

Todd, the pharmacist, is so rude! I was waiting for my prescription and saw him talk to 4 different people so disrespecfully. This is ridiculous. There is no need for that at all. People don't know. People have questions. No reason to talk down to people because your a pharmacist.

New lowered star rating 12-15. I don't know what the problem is with this location as of late, however the service at the pharmacy has become positively AWFUL! I don't know if corporate needs to lay off their covid vax requirements or pay better, however if they don't get it together, I am going elsewhere!

Re:photo labThis is the second time that I've use the online same-day service with this location. Each time I've gone to pick up my pictures no one is at the photo lab. Cashier has been very helpful to get pictures for me both times, but today I had issues with my print outs and no one was available to help. Cashier said should be about 10-15 mins because photo lab worker was unloading truck. I just think if it's a matter of lack of workers and if this photo service is available then only offer during certain hours... when someone will be available to help with the extras.

Went to pick up meds for my son who has pneumonia, got steroids and the bottle was so cheap I couldn’t even twist the cap off without collapsing the bottle. Called and ranted to the pharmacy tech on the phone. I drove back up to get a new bottle. (Clearly frustrated) and got it straightened out. Then I went to start my van and the battery was dead. I was about to have a total melt down, and the pharmacy tech, Jen, offered to jump my car. She came out and pulled her car around, got jumper cables out, and jumped my car. Turns out she is actually very nice, and clearly goes above and beyond. Thank you Jen!!!

We went to 4 pharmacies seeking advice on an antibotic before we drove to the Walgreens at 1243 OH 28 in Milford. No one in the first four pharmacies could be bothered to answer our questions. The staff at the Milford Walgreen was very attentive and helpful. They were extremely busy but took time to assist us...it was obvious that they took pride in their work and honestly care about their cusomers. The Milford Walgreen has earned a customer for life...and yes, to get there I will be driving past the other 4 pharmacies. I'll take service over proximity any day of the week!

The staff in the pharmacy are slow, rude and inattentive. This is the second time I've waited for over 30 minutes when my prescription had been called in earlier. There was no line and no excuse.
