My beautiful Poppy had a grooming appointment today and she just looks so gorgeous!! So thankful we were able to visit Wags to Riches Spa in Milford. I would highly recommend them. Sydney made sure that Poppy was comfortable and not nervous today, took time to ensure what I wanted and took amazing care of my baby! 💜

Taking my furbaby to wags to riches was the first ever experience at a groomer for me and my furbaby! The staff listened to my concerns and explained everything to me in detail. I was nervous for my dog, he has anxiety and doesn’t like to be away from his family. I wasn’t sure how he’d respond as it takes time for him to warm up to people, one of the groomers sat on the floor and waited for him to show interest. They took great care of him, he smelled so good and was so soft, and the price wasn’t an arm and a leg like I expected! Great friendly staff! Highly recommend!

I am new to this neighborhood and luckily found this fantastic place, the best grooming my shih tzu has ever had! She looks beautiful, soft, fluffy and smells wonderful! Great customer service, thank you! Highly recommend Wags to Riches.

Just moved to the area and needed a groomer. After looking at many groomers, this spa had the best reviews in the area. Sydney Grace treated my pug like her own and I felt very comfortable leaving Luna there. You can tell that she enjoyed her time there! Will definitely be back!!

I missed an appointment, which i took ownership for and i was charged an ENTIRE charge of the groom. I was told a fee would be charged but when i went to my rescheduled appointment i was charge $280.00 ($140 for the missed appt) and $140 for rescheduled appointment. No warning at all... very disappointed.

I took my 25 lb doodle and was so disappointed. When I picked him up, his cut wasn't at all what I asked for. He still has hair on the end of his male potty area and the charge was $85.00 before tip.

What a great groomer!! I easily scheduled my 63 pound shepherd mix with no problems. The staff was very welcoming and made me and my dog feel very at home. Any questions I had were answered promptly and professionally. My dog is very social and the groomers handled it with pose. I couldn't imagine taking my dog anywhere else. Thanks Wags to Riches Spa, you have a customer with us for life!

We started taking our dogs to Kelsey years ago when she was working for a different shop. We were thrilled for her when she took over that business and even more proud of her when she moved in to this new business she started with her current crew. We think they are all excellent groomers and very good with our dogs. One of the first times Kelsey groomed one of our former dogs years ago, she caught a health concern that even our Vet hadn’t caught yet. We knew right then that we were in the best hands possible. We can’t recommend them highly enough for being great groomers and successful young business women

Outstanding groomers, friendly staff, wonderful service and great pricing! We have taken our dog Baxter to Wags to Riches for the last 4 years and now our puppy Bailey for the past year. Every time we are always pleased! Baxter, a Malamute, is a bit difficult with a LOT of hair, but the groomers at Wags to Riches are so patient with him and spend the necessary time to brush out his undercoat. I especially love the bandanas they put on each of our dogs and the cute photo they take depending on the season! I would recommend Wags to Riches Spa 100 times over again. They treat our dogs like family and we are so grateful to them for taking care of them!

Our German Shepherd is a big boy. He don't do well at groomers and we've tried several with no luck. We came across this groomer and the Owner Kelsey did fantastic. Not even to mention her price point is perfect and fair!We're so happy to have found Ruger the perfect groomer! Thanks !!!!!

I've been a patron of Wags to Riches since they opened, as I followed Monica and Kelsey to Milford when they moved from their previous location in Newtown. They are wonderful and do such a great grooming job on both my doodle dogs. One fur baby is wavy and the other is ultra curly, and Monica is masterful at grooming each perfectly. She really cares and loves our dogs -- she knows their personalities and quirks so well, and I really appreciate that special relationshipshe creates!

Absolutely love them they do a great job with my husky and husky mix (my husky lives up to the breed and is loud and dramatic when it comes to baths so kudos to them for doing so well with her). Make sure if you would like a bandana on your dog to ask— we didn’t know that at first so the first few times we took our dogs sadly we didn’t get a bandana but now that we ask we always get one!

Wags to Riches does such a great job on our pup! She is so well taken care of. Her coat is always soft and shiny. Her nails are perfectly trimmed and filed. Communication is fast and friendly. I highly recommend!!!

My husband and I moved to Cincinnati three years ago and took our Golden Retriever, Hunter, to several groomers before finally finding Wags to Riches! We refuse to take him anywhere else now. Monica always does an amazing job! He's a big fur ball and his haircut/groom is always perfect when I pick him up.

Kelsey has been grooming our Labradoodle for about 2 years now. We followed her to the new location in Milford. We had tried lots of groomers before and our Doodle always got "Poodled" or looked uneven. Now he looks great every time and he seems to enjoy his spa days! Kelsey takes her time and really cares about our dog, couldn't be happier with Wags to Riches!

I take my Bernedoodle here for grooming after being recommended by a friend who has doodles and can't say enough good things about them! They treat my dog so well and she is always so excited to see them. Not to mention how amazing she looks and smells when i pick her up! They take the time to work through any matted fur so that she doesn't have to be cut to short. Can't say enough good things about them!

Will agree that staff is friendly but feel that bathing, brushing and nail trim wasn't worth $75. After only 6 days Toby is at our regular groomer now who just returned after dealing with covid and he will look/feel better after she is done

We have been going to Wags to Riches since we adopted our first dog. They’ve always been extremely accommodating to our anxious boy, and love on all of our babies. They have done an amazing job on any and all grooming needs, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our babies.

I absolutely adore ALL of the ladies at Wags to Riches! Kelsey typically grooms 3 out of my 4 dogs (4th dog doesn't require grooming) and she is an absolute gem! One of my pups is old, like 15+ years (we aren't really too sure since she's a rescue) and Kelsey has been great with her! I always worry since this dog has trouble seeing, standing, ALL the old dog things... and Kelsey somehow manages her well! I make the 30 minute drive to and from their location every 6 weeks or so and will never go anywhere else! It's worth it - plus the fact that my dogs are literally jumping into their arms when we walk in the door!! That says EVERYTHING!

very poor customer relations. I called several times left a message to call me back so I can set up an appointment. I did not hear from them. I when online register online on the website and schedule an appointment for my dog for next week. I didnot hear if it was received or confirmed that I have an appointment. so I called again. I left a message again. There message said that they will get back to us within 24 hours and still not heard back from them. I don’t know if they’re still in business or not but the way they’re going and with this type of relations for customers they won’t be very long . I have two dogs. I am calling Muddy Mutts. Thank you......
