First time ever returning a purchase from Target. Yet another great experience at this store. First, return registers are right inside the door - no walking all the way to the back like other stores - which is really nice if you don’t want want to exchange or shop. Also their return registers are set up just like regular checkouts - no dingy service cave filled with piles of returned merchandise. In fact, all returned merchandise is quickly stashed behind a well designed cubicle, out of site, keeping the customer service area clear and organized. Finally, the team member who handled my return was friendly and efficient, and when another customer with a return got in line behind me, a second team member materialized to offer immediate assistance at the next register. The customer-focused experience is as positive when returning merchandise as it is when purchasing. Target just operates at a higher standard than its big box competitors - in merchandising, wide variety of merchandise including exclusive product lines, and exceptional customer service.

While the store has a good inventory and is generally clean (not so much today) the store has some glaring logistical problems that need to be addressed. First, at about 11am on a Friday the store only had one cashier on active duty and all the self checkout lanes were full with people forced to wait in line with most having small purchases. The self checkout human assistants were also too few. This is an easy fix...assign someone from a department to run registers for an hour or have a manager come do it. With a Big Box store like Target...paying a wage high enough to get the needed help is an easy fix...so no excusesare needed. Just fix it! Secondly, team members block almost entire aisles wirh their stocking and delivery carts which is annoying and completely unnecessary. I have worked in retail for years and this is unacceptable. Stocking and delivery crews in addition to vendors should be as non obstructive as humanly possible and most aren't trying. The guests in the store should always be the #1 priority. The management at this location has lost sight of that. The store and location have great potential...Do Better!

I went to Target to make a return because the Nintendo Switch game we received as a gift would not work. The original lady assisting us was kind, but then another employee stormed over and was extremely rude. She proceeded to call the team lead over; the team lead suggested that I call Nintendo about the problem because there was nothing they could do about the game that wasn’t working because I had opened the package—how would I know that it wasn’t working if I hadn’t opened the package? I wouldn’t return to this Target. Out of the five workers we spoke with, only one was nice—and it wasn’t the team lead. I left the store with my daughter asking why they’d been so rude to us. Don’t visit this store.

My online shopping experience was good. I placed an order for drive-up pick up. The person that brought out my order was rude. He did not even address me nor respond to my comment of “thank you.”

Lots of younger employees working the registers and return line who look like they don't have a clue. I waited 20 to 30 min in the return line , when it was finally my turn, the employee said I ll be right back to go to the lane next to me to wait on someone else. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING 😩

Bought a game download as a Christmas present. You only find out when you try to download it that there is a code on the receipt you need to complete the download. As stupid as this is in the first place, there should be some very obvious way of informing the purchaser of this. They were also not able to reprint my receipt without the date, time, and knowing what checkout lane I went through. What?! So I gave someone a small piece of cardboard for Christmas. Also, Target has THE worst men's clothing section. Been wanting to say that for a very long time.

Would be a 5 because 99.9 percent of employees are ao nice and helpful but 1 employee was just not nice she was just nast. But store was clean and like I said all but 1 of the people were so helpful. But that one was awful and just disrespectful

My favorite Target store around. I don't think I have ever had an unpleasant experience. Drive up ordering is super easy and convenient, love it! I can usually always find what I am looking for. Great quality. Good prices. Very friendly staff. Returns are super easy, especially if you use the app.

I used to enjoy shopping at this location until I had to deal with the guest services attendant. I had a question about how online purchases work and why their price on an item I was going to purchase was 25% higher in the store than it showed online before I drove to the store. I went ahead and purchased the items online to get the better price. When I went to Pick the items up, because I was in the store they tried to make me pay the higher price. That is fraud. Not only that, the attendant was incredibly rude about the entire ordeal, when she could have just fulfilled the online purchase I came to the store for in the first place. Not only will I not shop here again, I will report this to the state of Ohio as deceptive pricing practices. It's too bad, because I previously preferred Target over other big box retailers until this incident.

I was very disappointed in how the employees treated me at this location. I had a certain occasion that I needed to get a new outfit for. I went to the changing rooms to try a few things on. And the three gossiping employees just standing around not doing their jobs told me they closed the changing rooms an hour earlier. No signs were posted about changing rooms being closed. So target lost out on my business. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I have a Balsam Hill multi colored Christmas tree where 1 strand of lights went out. I was able to match the lights perfectly even with the tree being 5 years old! The store clerk was very helpful and we found the perfect strand to replace it with!

Tbh i dont normally leave reviews, but I know Target stores check reviews and my partner and I had a stange enough experience that I feel compelled to leave a review for future reference. I'm pretty short, so occasionally if my feet hurt or if I'm not feeling well my partner will push me around in the shopping cart while we shop. We were not using a handicap cart. I was just sitting in a normal shopping cart while we picked up a few things. We weren't obnoxious. We weren't loud. We were minding our business and just shopping. Towards the end we were heading up to check out when we were stopped by an employee named Alex. He came up behind us and requested that I get out of the cart. I followed his request. We did not argue with him, however, I would appreciate it if perhaps these situations could be handled better or in a case by case manner in the future. It makes guest feel unwelcomed and tbh it's very startling when your first an only experience with an employee is said employee suddenly coming up behind you just to tell you to get out of cart. This also raises the question of are children also not allowed to sit in normal shopping carts? Or was it simply a petty employee being disgruntled over a young girl sitting in a cart? Perhaps the situation could be approached differently and in a more effective manner in the future. If the situation had been approached in a more effective manner, my partner and I would feel more comfortable returning to this location.

Seems like they are trying to do too much to keep up with current trends. The self checkout had multiple problems while we were trying to check out. The small one near the pick up area froze up on a payment and wouldn't complete a checkout for people in front of us - no attendant was there, so we went to another counter. The person in front of us seemed to be finished so we scanned our item, only to find out they were trying to enter their payment at the other end of the counter. Everyone was understanding, but it took a few minutes to flag down an employee. These registers are not set up for self check-out. They are basically the original registers without manning and a different user screen. The last issue was when the system asked if we wanted cash back, so I tapped yes, without thinking. Then, had to wait for a person to come back to open it up to give the cash to me. I didn't realize, until too late, that it doesn't have an automatic dispenser. The online order pick up was being handled by one person who was trying to run all the orders outside at the same time. So, he was rushing around (in and out). When we asked if about picking up an order, he really didn't make it clear if we should wait there, or what... sort of a non-verbal, half nod. The signage there is not really sufficient, either. When he did acknowledge us, he found our order quickly and gave us the item. But, didn't say anything, so we were unsure if we needed to do anything else.

We received “excellent” customer service from CJ in the electronics department. He activated our new phones through Consumer Carrier and was most helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us.

This Target is pretty great, but I seem to have to constantly return things. I had to return a Soda Stream that shouldn’t have been sold to me in the first place because it was obviously used and missing pieces. I had to return a vinyl record because it was skipping horribly and consistently. Now I’m going to have to come back again to return a liquid tea mix with a broken seal. The customer service is fine, but I wish I didn’t have to interact with them so much. What is wrong with the merchandise quality assurance at this store???

The store itself is not bad but while shopping we had multiple employees run to get in front of us to grab items that we were looking at while talking about hiding the items in the store as well as reselling them. On top of that they were rude while answering questions but never expected to see employees hiding products and acting that way infront of us.

I seldom shop at target. However I went the other day after the associates were told to wear masks and there was a sign posted on the door that people were not to eat or drink inside the store. While I was there over half of the workers were not wearing their masks pulled over their noses and mouth’s. I also saw a young woman walking through the store, obviously an employee, With Her mask pulled away drinking a drink. If the associates at the target I go to are not following those guidelines I am very worried that they are not following the other guidelines.

Very rude and unhelpful cashier and manager. All I tried to do was apply both gift cards from my wallet on the app with the Target Circle rewards. Had to ask the cashier multuple times to try, she made it seem like a hassle to call the manager, and all he did was say I dont know why its not working and didn't offer a solution.
