Gina is the best with grooming our labradoodles! She takes such good care of them and they always look great. She is extra careful with the 15 year old ‘pup’ and works just as well with the exuberant younger one. They love their “spa days”! We have also boarded them and they have been very happy.

We brought our older mixed to have her washed and nails trimmed. She has sever anxiety but was out at ease from the moment they took over. I’m very impressed with the owner getting engaged when she saw the stress on our dog. Debbie handled the care and nails and our girl smells great, her nails are trimmed and we only have amazing things to say about our experience!! We will be back and will be sending our friends as well.

Highly recommend GINA! I was referred to Gina at Shear Pawfection by my veterinarian about 10 years ago. My Boudreaux, had a very well controlled heart condition but no one in the area would groom him. Shear Pawfection, then in Maineville, took him and groomed him better than he had ever been groomed. He liked it there and seemed to bond well with Gina. Since he has crossed the rainbow bridge, I got Louis. SP moved to Milford. Although much further for me, I would travel an hour each way for Gina. She does an amazing job and would not allow anyone else to touch my baby. She is the best groomer in the metropolitan area!I would give her 10 stars if I could!

When they relocated from Maineville to Milford, we were willing to make the drive to continue working with them. Friendly and helpful staff. They knew how to take care of our cat and he came back smelling fresh and clean after a grooming! They were up front and clear about the wait time of up to 3 hours (in this case because our cat did not like the drying process) so our little guy would be mostly dry. Thank you for fitting us in before NYE 2020 so we could bring in the fresh new year! (Pun intended)

If you are looking for a very thorough and skilled groomer, i recommend Gina !! She can do any cut or color i want on my dogs as long as i keep them brushed out and on a schedule. You won’t be disappointed !!

Due to my regular groomer being completely booked, my pup needed trimmed around his face and bottom. They barely trimmed his face and cut a 2 inch square around his bottom to the skin. Looked ridiculous. Staff not friendly at all. When I called t ask what it would cost, I was told 45.00. When I went to pick him up it was 65.00. Never going back and would never recommend.

Shear Pawfection has been taking care of my fur babies for over ten years. I have followed then from their last location to where they are now in Milford. They have always exceeded my expectations with not only grooming and boarding but also daycare. Sterling, my Newfoundland can be a little challenging at times (he is very head string) they always treat him with great care and he always, I mean always looks good after being groomed.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. It’s basically rotating techs in there which is a red flag and for the price you pay I would expect my dog to look close to perfect. I own two poodles. Both their elbows weren’t shaven and left with long hair uneven with the rest of cut. Along with that- we used their doggy daycare once and my pup came back with a bloody gash on his face and not one person said anything to me about it. I understand dogs get hyper and hurt— but someone should have known about it. We haven’t been back since.

I have been taking my dog here for 2 years now. He had been groomed here, sent for boarding and day care, and we never had any issues, until this summer. One weekend I was going out of town and I took my dog to drop him off for boarding and a groom. I have never been spoken to so disrespectfully, to the point that I was crying in the lobby and the woman working the front desk was laughing at me. I will never step foot in this place again, and neither will my dog. Dropping your pet off at boarding is always difficult, and the people working in this field should be compassionate and understanding, but instead I was mocked. I had never left my dog in someone else's care feeling so sick to my stomach that my weekend away was filled with anxiety and fear, because if someone could treat me so awfully, how would they treat my dog behind closed doors? Moral of the story is, I no longer trust this facility, and would never recommend it to anyone that cares about their pets.

NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! This place deserves no stars but unfortunately that is not an option. I know a former employee. They abuse animals and the place is NASTY! The owner also treats the employees like trash. Please think twice for the fur babies!! No animal deserves what this place is doing to them!!! They need to be shut down.
