I am writing this review to convey my distressing experience at the PetSmart store in Milford, specifically regarding an interaction with a cashier, an older lady with blonde hair. As an associate at the Mason location of PetSmart, I approached this staff member in a professional manner, only to be met with a response that was both uncomfortable and disrespectful.The level of skepticism and rudeness displayed by the cashier was profoundly unsettling. She questioned my credentials as an associate in a manner that felt more accusatory than procedural. This interaction left me feeling disrespected and targeted, contributing to an overall sense of discomfort. The experience was exacerbated by what appeared to be an underlying racial bias, making the encounter not only unprofessional but also deeply troubling.Given this experience, I have decided not to return to the Milford location. This decision is significant for me, as it means I will have to travel further from my home for my pet shopping needs. However, the discomfort embarrassment and disrespect I experienced during my last visit have left me with no other choice.I trust that PetSmart values customer feedback and will take this incident seriously, ensuring that future interactions at all your locations are conducted with the professionalism and respect that every customer deserves.

We picked up our dog Elle Sue from the grooming Salon on Feb. 28, 2022. This is the first time we have used a groomer. Harmony did an absolutely amazing job on our baby!!!! The entire grooming salon staff were so nice and amazing trying to help my 3 year old through a melt down because we were leaving her best friend Elle Sue. We are definitely customers for life now!!

This is a mixed review. The grooming section is 5 star especially since they now have a punch card type thing for request users. Our dog comes back to use smelling good and her coat is soft.The store section is just ok. The dog food is expensive and the cashiers are slow.

I’ve never had an issue at any petsmart but came in to return something I bought at the Eastgate location, and I grabbed some clearance toys, I had gone just to see if they had any other reptile bedding I needed but instead grabbed that and I guess in retrospect I should’ve left it at the register but I wasn’t looking to stand in line AND THEN go get what I needed to stand in line again, so I just held onto it.I go up, and tell the lady running register (believe her name was Karen, I’ve never been helped by her before) that I was returning the item and she looked at me with her eyebrows together and said “okay… you didn’t just pull this off the shelf did you?” And of course I did not and I told her that, that there was a line and I just went to grab the clearance toys and she like patted the space behind her that was already full of product and said “okay, next time you need to leave it here” and then just stared at me as I was trying to find the barcode for her, and I gave her my phone number, she mumbled something “alright I’m gonna have too..” before getting my number and staring at another employee walk by.She was just very curt about it, if it was a Walmart or target than yeah I would’ve returned it first then went to get my stuff, I didn’t expect to be accused of taking something I’ve purchased a week ago off the shelf to return it, that’s just extremely rude. The entire exchange was very awkward and it felt like I was being insulted for not leaving it with her, and she kept staring at me as if she was trying to see if I was lying or not, who has the effort to walk infront of several employees and try to take something off the shelf to return?? I don’t even think they HAD the product I was returning in stock. Really horrible experience.

I order online and pick up, usually dog food and cat litter. They are always prompt when I arrive. I also purchase crickets and worms for my reptiles. Everything is usually high quality. If I have any outdoes l issues they take care of the problem right away. Great job!

I got my bearded dragon here. I took him to the vet 4 days later and they said his tail rot wasn't healed all the way and shouldn't have been sold yet and he had 2 parasites. He is doing fine after being put on medicine. They house soooo many dragons together. :(It's really sad how many beardies they house together 😞*** always GREAT service from the employees!!

Went there for a dog toy, had plenty of options to choose from. The prices seem a bit high to me. But that may also be because my dog is able to chew up the most durable toy they have in less than 5 minutes😆 the staff were very friendly. A good place overall for your pets needs!

Milo went and got a bath today and Lacey, as usual, was fantastic! He looks good she went above and beyond Milo enjoys his time with Lacey. You can't trust booking online according to online they had no openings for almost 2 weeks go ahead and give them a call.
