The price is right. BUT YOU GET what you pay for.I will not take my dog back. All they did was give him a bath and said his tail was too matted to mess with. So he cut it off. My dog is 12 his tail off never been cut off. They never shaved under his belly, they gave him the teddybear puff top, without totally trimming his face.This is the worst groom Sampson has ever gotten. I wish Brinkman was still around.If you know me and you know how I love my Dog. Nothing on him was so matted it could not have been fixed better than this.

Just move in the area and just took my puppy there and she came back smelling good. I'm amazed with the Nail trimming, they did the best job I have seem on her nails. I'm super happy, she is super clean, she came back with a beautiful bandana. I'm super happy, she is super happy. We will be coming back!P.S The receptionist was super nice, friendly and super professional

My pup got his first grooming here. He looked so handsome and smelt great. They did miss a couple hairs but his hair was wild so I was expecting that. Took about 3 hours. Will definitely be back 😊

Tonight was our first visit here. They were amazing. Friendly staff and they were great with our girl Bo shes an aussiedoodle. She is deaf so I was kinda worried about her reaction being her first time. They made us feel comfortable and they said Bo did great 💜 not sure how to post pics or I would.

Pam was just great with my dog. My dog is a lab/golden retriever/Great Pyrenees mix. A big girl with a lot of fur! They kept her until she was completely dry. And being double coated that took hours!! It was well worth the money and the price was great!!

Jim is absolutely amazing. You can tell he cares about the dogs that he grooms and always makes sure they are dealt with kindly. We have taken our older dog to Jim since she was a puppy and now I take my puppy there. He does a great job with our dogs and I highly recommend taking your dogs here!

Pam obviously love animals. I have used several groomers over the years but she is the best. Their prices are reasonable and they can get you in quickly. I know my dog will look amazing.

We have recently relocated to this area about a year ago, and were in need of a groomer. We got a recommendation from a neighbor about Milford dog grooming. We cannot say enough good things about this dog groomer. This is a small business that definitely is about customer satisfaction, rather than treating customers like just another number, as the big conglomerate chain pet stores do. They treat your pet as if it was their own. We have a schnauzer that is soon to be 11 years old, and we have had our experiences with more than a handful of groomers over the years. None of which have come no where near the personalized approach that Milford dog grooming gives. Also need to say, they give our schnauzer the best quality grooming she’s ever had..... by far! Would definitely recommend, we give them 5 ⭐️ S

I brought my dog here yesterday after calling and asking if they had any openings. Jim was very nice, then offered to squeeze her in between appointments, which I was beyond thankful for. I've had awful experiences in the past with ridiculous haircuts and having cuts on my dog's body, due to my dog's anxiety. But when I picked her up, I knew she was in good hands - looked perfect and my dog didn't seem as anxious as she usually does leaving the salon.

I drive up from Kentucky to get my dogs groomed by Jim & his staff. ( I used to live in Mitford ) They all do a great job with all breeds. My dogs are always well cared for & that's most important of all. It's why I still make the Trek from NKY to beautiful Milford.

I came here for the first time and I was very impressed with how they did! My two pomeranian chihuahuas only needed a nice bath and nail trim and they did amazing! They even got two bandanas at the end of the service. I recommened Rachel ! She was able to tell me how they did and I could tell she treated them kindly and was very sweet!

We couldn't get into our regular groomer because of covid. They're booking 5 weeks out, and my furbabies couldn't wait that long, so in desperation I took them here!! My dogs are on Trifecta for fleas & heartworms. It's the strongest medicine on the market and my dogs came home with fleas from this groomer. I had a family member who had to go to them as well, and their dog came home with fleas as well! I even tipped them $40!!! So it cost me $155 to give my dogs fleas. Smh

We have been taken my very very furry Golden Retriever here for about year after we had a bad experience at Petsmart. This place is AMAZING the staff is friendly, very attentive to what you want done, takes great care of your pet while there. AND DO A GREAT JOB CUTTING, BATHING, and nail clipping!!If you have a pet check them out they are a small local business! ❤

You could tell they sewmed really loved our dogs. They came out smelling great and feeling soft. Two GSDs are a hand full. Don't forget to tip your groomer!

Carol does amazing work and she is always so friendly and accommodating when I need to change my appointment. The rest of the staff is great as well. I don't live close anymore but I would not take my dog anywhere else but here.

The absolute best grooming place you can go to! He takes such good care of my Yorkie who usually hates going to the groomer but ever since we started going to Milford dog groomers, he's been loving it! We drive 45 minutes just to get there because the drive is worth it! I recommend this groomer to everyone!!

Very nice and pet friendly people! My poodle was very matted when we went in but a whole new looking poodle when we came out! They did a wonderful job on her! This is my new groomer from now on.
