This is a great store, and the staff are always helpful and accommodating. We can usually find everything on our list, and we can easily move through the aisles. It's nice that the pharmacy has a drive thru option!

This is the worst Kroger in the Cincinnati area, as far as the deli is concerned. The fried chicken always reeks as though it is cooked in rancid oil, is dried up, and the deli has zero sides. Also no sushi bar. Looking forward to Publix opening up in Ohio. They do have good deals on meat and their employees are all kind.

I visited this Kroger and I got a cashier she was a blonde name Anna, she didn't really greet me or say much of anything really. I think she was kind of new maybe she was nervous I don't know. But my bagger didn't say anything either and his name was Alex and his name tag said assistant customer service manager, he didn't greet me either. Like he didn't even tell me to have a great day or anything he didn't even smile. Is this the kind of service we get at Kroger nowadays no service. No friendliness at all. Do better Kroger do better Alex. So when I got home I bought a roll of ground beef but I was looking for it I couldn't find it. Wow it turns out that Mr customer service manager bagged it with other groceries. Isn't bagging 101 that you never begged me with other groceries and you don't beg other kinds of meat together. I hope for the love of God this guy is not training baggers.

I was in there 2 days ago and bought some butter that was listed on sale. It rang up over a dollar more than listed and after I talked to the worker and they would not honor their listed price.

My first time and last time shopping here. I was in the checkout line and my cashier yells across the other lane and says can I switch to another register? The other cashier asked why and my cashier said I don't know. Well I for sure know the reason why.. never again will o go back.

Great store...employees, products, everything. Recently moved to Milford. Thought I would miss the Mason-Montgomery store. I think Lila Ave (old Milford) might be even better. Thank you!

I only pick up emergency items and nothing more there. They keep moving everything around to force you into going down every isle. Life's too short. I go to Meijer and Jungle Jim's if I'm doing any major shopping

Really grimy, dingy store. Associates are really loud and yell back and forth at each other. The aisles feel arranged without any logic or proper flow, and the aisles in the pharmacy are too narrow - I've been hit with a cart multiple times just trying to get an item. Finally, the entry way is a mess. With the entry gates and massive coolers around the self check outs, it's awkward to get in and get around.This isn't the worst Kroger ever, but definitely one of them.

Great location with friendly employees. The produce and meats are always fresh. This Kroger does a great job marking down soon to be expired items and removing them from their shelves.

Management continues to refuse to address the continuous shortage of employees to fulfill Pick-up orders, yet they continue to accept orders. Today was the second time in a row that I received notification 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up window that my order will not be ready in time. Last time this happened, I waited in the parking lot for 45 minutes before the manager sent a teenager who didn't even work in that department out to inform me that my order would not even be ready that day-a task that should have fallen to the manager. The employee they sent out told me that all but one of their employees in the pick-up department had quit which, to me, points to a management issue.I tried to give Kroger yet another chance with today's order, but they have failed me yet again so I guess I will either try another location or just completely jump ship to Meijer.

This Kroger pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to! I would recommend going somewhere else. They never have enough meds to fill the prescription, they are unorganized, it’s never on time, and they make mistakes billing insurance.

Last night I had to scan and bag over $250 worth of groceries by myself due to the one associate being too busy on her cell phone.She told me that was unable to open a lane and ring me up due to the fact that her coworker was on break and she had to watch the self-checkout, but during the entire time I struggled to ring my own huge order in the tiny self-checkout, the employee was ignoring everyone to be on her cell phone. 🤷🏼‍♀️Why did I not receive a discount for doing your employees job? How is it acceptable to make me do this work while holding my toddler, while your employee gets paid to stand near me and do nothing? So incredibly insulting. How blatantly greedy can one company be?

Some staff are friendly but most are not! Remodel is a nightmare. Restroom is 1 in at a time which should be code violation. Meijer is much better overall. Bathrooms still not updated.

Worst management and customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. They wonder why people are choosing their competitors over them. Management gives silly excuses for not committing to online order times. Can’t even give a firm update for pick up time after they state they cant stand by the promised time. We choose pick up and plan our days around it for the convenience…. Maybe they should consider an all hands on deck approach and lead from the front. Great job Kroger, for loosing another customer! 👏

This Krogers has got to have one of the worst management in this area. Store supervisors constantly take advantage of the minors working. They consistently schedule outside of the kids hours and then further guilts them into going to work, despite the set hours they had agreed to. Very unprofessional when this issue is brought up as well, have been shown hanging up on workers, talking over, and speaking informally with lots of attitude. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Where do I start? I shop at this Kroger every two weeks on payday and do all of my big grocery shopping, I usually spend about $500.00 on average sometimes a little more depending on household needs. They always seem to be out of stock on a lot of items, including the deli. Usually only one cashier and sometimes no bagger, so I end up bagging my own after waiting in a forever long line. I use this store because it's close to home, but I think in the future I will drive the extra miles and go to Mount Orab Kroger, they are usually well stocked and plenty of cashiers and baggers!! I don't know if it's poor management or what? but I'm not happy spending over $ 1,000.00 a month there and this is the aggravation I get?? Pay people decent wages to work and give them hours and maybe this problem wouldn't exist!!!

I was a loyal Kroger shopper for 20 years. In the last two years. I stopped regular grocery shopping here. I every few months I’ll go back down there to see if anything is different because I like that it’s close and I do appreciate some of the private selection brand foods. However nothings has changed it’s been several months since I’ve visited the store went there this morning. Store is very cramped as is and then the click list shoppers take up the whole aisle they don’t even attempt to move out of your way there were people stocking shelves which I understand has to be done at different times but this is kind of a peak time on Saturday morning boxes blocking 3 different aisles. Seems to me the boxes could be easily swing to the side of the aisle so that grocery carts could still go down the aisle. The employees that work the floor here are so rude and look at you like you are in their way and they’re mad that you’re there. The only thing positive about this store are the cashiers. I won’t be back to this store.

I have been shopping here for almost 20 years. The store has been in a steady decline for years but it is absolutely horrible now. People are rude especially at the bakery . Went in to order a cake for a graduation and rose was so nasty. When I told her that I needed to order a cake she rolled her eyes and threw her hands up complaining that she doesn’t work back here and doesn’t know about any of that. Then continues to say she take the order and they can just call me to figure out what I want if there is a problem. Then to find out the scanner doesn’t work, so I can’t order the cane at all. Refers me to mulberry which I went there and was told they are to busy and can’t do it. Milford main store is disgusting and food products look awful. Nate flying around I am fine shopping there all together.
