This store went down hill, a few years ago this was one of my favorite dollar trees. I moved out of town so I havnt been to this location in awhile. I almost walked out. Boxes everywhere, isles hard to get navigate.. A lot of items very unorganized. I do not blame the employees. I know they ar understaffed and EXTREMELY UNDER PAID.dollar tree, step it up! Pay your employees a livable wage. Paying under $10 is a joke. Better wages = staffing = better moral =happy customers

I just experienced the best customer service ever. I came once to get 24 glass plates for a party, the lady I talked to , checked the warehouse for me , unfortunately there was non in the back. She took her time to find the original boxes and put them in neatly. While other lady help me checkout to save time. They were very friendly, helpful. I was very impressed with the services I received. The services I received was top notch.... thank you for making a difference

Dollar Tree is a popular discount store where everything is $1.25.Dont ask how much something is cause they are going to tell you its 1.25$.I believe it would be more popular if everybody realized the deals that you get here. Also they frequently get items they only have for a Limited time until stock runs out. Also each Dollar Store is somewhat unique.They recently had candelabra chandelier bulbs at the store off bauer rd. In Batavia for $1.25 that anywhere else was 19.99 to $39.99. The only reason I knew this is because I recently had to purchase the same type of bulbs. Just saying!

Great selection of everything! Friendly stash with a clean organized and well stocked store. More and more items that are surprisingly good quality for $1! It's a great place for movie night snacks and party supplies as well as school supplies, books and religious gifts. Can't believe the growing craft isles!

Hadn't been in this store in a while. I was pleasantly surprised! I went in for greeting cards on a friend's suggestion. Plenty of nice cards & lots of fun Easter stuff. Very nice employees too!

The workers are nice (all but one) but this store is always out of A LOT. I still go there all the time though but they just need to get stocked up and this store doesn't have thus blue bottle cleaner or this grill cleaner that I love and have to go to different dollar tree to get them. Also for some reason even when others are sitting in the office (at least one, the rude one) they don't come help when the line to check out is so long it's going down the isles. I love all the other employees but the store needs the right stuff ordered and stocked on it's shelf. Right now a lot of shelves are empty it's not getting better. It's getting worse

First I’d like to say that I absolutely love Dollar Tree, however, the one on 28 isn’t stocked well at all. Boxes line the isles every time I go in. I wish I could post pictures because today I went in and they actually had an isle tapped off with Halloween crime scene tape stacked up full with boxes. I really needed something in that isle and couldn’t access it. It needs better organization and more people stocking. The staff are very nice and I’ve never had a problem other than the boxes everywhere.

This Dollar Tree has the most amazing customer service that I've seen. Kim is by far my favorite worker there. But I do also like seeing Tonya and Danielle when we shop there. Which turns out to be you nearly every day. LOL! It has nearly anything you might need. And is growing often. We go there for just about all of our shopping needs. From the food to electronics to crafts and more. You won't find a better deal anywhere in town. And it's conveniently located right there on 28 across from the branch Hill Guinea Pike light. Parking can be a little congested when they're busy but it's not too bad. But all in all this is my favorite store to shop at. I can get 90% of my needs at this store alone.

For starters I love dollar tree I've always love there products. Most importantly I love the staff there and Kim especially is so nice and sweet and she cheers me up whenever I'm down inside the store. Danielle is also incredible she is also a great person, I love making her and the other staff members there laugh. Then their is Tonya now she is amazing I could talk to her all day as well she is so sweet and so caring and loving.. Then there is Eddie gosh he is like so funny and he so enjoyable he makes me laugh as well. I seriously have nothing bad to say about this place I love all the staff as if they we're my family. Dollar tree is like my second home and sometimes I go there just to get my mind of things and to talk to the employees.

I would shop here all the time if they weren't constantly out of the one thing I like to get, Haribo Happy Cherries! They somehow manage to have millions of all the Haribo candy nobody wants, but the one Haribo Candy I want they literally never get in supply. It's supper annoying. Why can't they just get a big box because I used to come in and get them every day until they ran out and never got any more in. And then I ask about it and all I hear is " I don't control the inventory" well somebody does, so tell them! I will be contacting Haribo next to see what the issue is and if it can be resolved. I'm very not happy right now. I have the same issue at dollar general as well. What is the issue with these Haribo Happy Cherries!

I love the dollar tree chain- but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! I live within 10 minutes of this store and would rather go to the town over to go to dollar tree. This store is always dirty and literally never has anything stocked on the shelf- a full isle has been taped off for over a MONTH - like what?! I’ve never been to a worse dollar tree & I've shopped some sketchy locations— this is THE WORST! Boxes are always all over and the shelves are left empty. Parking is also hell- save your time and go to a different store. 👎👎👎👎👎 I would give zero stars if I could.

The experience that I had this morning was nothing short of a perfect outing. The lady named Heather was so kind and courteous to me. She was very professional and totally knew the store layout, and exactly where everything was. I could not have gotten better service anywhere. She should be a manager, or at least, a trainer for new employees. I have never been in that store, even though I can walk there ! Needless to say, I will definitely go There regularly, and support this store always. Thank you for the opportunity to make sure that Heather is recognized for her ability to make new customers feel grateful.

Normally,I LOVE Dollar Tree but this time I was a little disappointed. I went in specifically for 4 items(helium balloons,balloon weight,candy,card) First, half the balloons on the wall were unavailable,then the candy I wanted was unavailable. I finally just found a card and weight and just decided to check out. Well, huge line at the ONLY register open. All in all not that pleasant an experiance there. But, their shining stars are their staff. They are WONDERFUL and very helpful.

I used to shop at this location frequently, but will go to any other location but this one. It constantly has stock on the floor and at least one side of an aisle closed. Today they had stock on the floor in every single aisle. How can a customer shop when all the merchandise is in boxes on the floor? Save yourself some time and go to one of the other two locations in Milford, you’ll be able to find what you need without having to look in boxes.

would give zero stars the employees are extremely rude while in a rush to get somewhere on time i put 2 items back not where they go while i get thats distasteful like i said i was in a rush i took what i had to checkout and the cashier preceeded to ring my items up and an employee walks (older lady tall dark hair in a bun) by with the items i put back and said i guess you dont want these i said no before i could say anything eles or apologize and plea my case she said oh dont worry ill put them back she was extremely rude about it im sorry but it is your job i didnt leave a cart full of items it was 2 items will not shop their ever again ill spend a little morr and go to dollar general

For a store with few staff they are always helpful. This store is always busy , if you need to wait in line they apologize. Cashier is friendly, upbeat and thanks you sure beats Wal Mart.
