Overall CVS employees at Milford store are great. However, CVS, corporate policies, hinder employees effectiveness. Store employees cannot change credit card on file and recommend calling their customer service. CVS, please make it easy for your customers.

I bought a gift card and when the pin was scratched it was illegible. The store refused a return or a replacement. So cvs is stealing from honest people. Stop going there. They will not do the right thing. I had my receipt. I even asked them to give me credit since they got my $, no. I had to call customer service. Never heard back.
