This was my 1st visit to this location. I needed help to find something and Harley was very friendly and professionally helpful!! Then she helped me checkout, also. She was still learning how certain things worked on the register so her co-worker (I think it was Nicole) came to help if she was needed. Store and restroom were clean.

Was in this CVS place today and the ladies that work here were so kind to me and helped me to get my medicine has I wasn't feeling well and pregnant. They were were so nice ! Thank you again ladies ❤️

My recent visit to CVS Pharmacy left me with a sense of disappointment and frustration. Despite the prominent sign proclaiming "walk-ins welcome," my family and I found ourselves facing a less-than-welcoming atmosphere.Upon entering the pharmacy, there was not a single person waiting in line, and the absence of any other customers should have made our experience swift and efficient. However, that was far from the case. The pharmacy technicians and the pharmacist on duty appeared noticeably annoyed by our presence, which immediately set the tone for our visit.The lack of professionalism and customer service was evident throughout our interaction with the staff. Instead of the expected courtesy and willingness to assist, we were met with indifference and impatience. It seemed as though our very presence was an inconvenience to them, despite the sign outside suggesting otherwise.Furthermore, we had arrived at the pharmacy a day after seeking walk-in service. While we understood that walk-in availability might not always guarantee immediate service, it was frustrating to have our time seemingly disregarded, especially given the absence of other customers.Overall, my experience at CVS Pharmacy was far from satisfactory. The lack of customer service and the apparent annoyance displayed by the pharmacy staff left a negative impression. The disconnect between the "walk-ins welcome" sign and the actual experience was disappointing and frustrating. I hope that CVS Pharmacy can improve its customer service and ensure that all patrons feel welcome and valued during their visits.

Never open at convenient hours and they have serious staffing issues. Seems to be a chronic issue with CVS in general lately.

I was concerned about the CVS Pharmacy service so I switched to Walmart. After comparing the service between the two, CVS is a dream in comparison. Since my initial concerns CVS has gone out of their way to ensure the best possible service. I am impressed with the way CVS has turned around my initial perception.

This CVS on Lila Ave provides quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Wait time is never longer than 10 minutes. Pharmacy staff is genuine, knows customers by their first names and does everything they can to ensure one does not overpay for prescriptions. Highly recommend this pharmacy, especially this location, to everyone. They even take extra special care whenhelping us get the best deal with our dogs’ medications.

Lol I’ve given this store so many chances to get better as I don’t like reviewing but every time I’ve been in here for various reasons I’ve been denied service or just felt completely like I’m in a ghost of a store when I’m there. The pharmacy basically ignores you until they have a second, occasionally saying “we’ll be right with you” and on the app when I make sure everything is ready for pick up it says it’s good to go but when I get there they tell me it’s not ready but, fail to tell me when it would be ready as I’ve already waited 15 minutes then said it will be ready “later” which is not very descriptive or helpful so I waited at home for a text update or something and got nothing. Atleast the pharmacy staff are there though because the rest of the store is empty the workers either hide in the back behind the mirror walls or they just don’t have employees but I went there today to try to use the printer which requires employee assistance and I couldn’t find a worker. An elderly lady was waiting to check out for about 5 minutes before getting impatient and began yelling “hello?” After about 5 of those a worker that sounded younger said “SHUT UP” and everyone was looking at the mirror covered door that she said that from and I ended up walking out because dang this is Milford you don’t talk to people like that around here, very disrespectful to the elderly and to the customers who need to do anything requiring employee keys or other assistance

I went to this pharmacy for the first time and as a woman of color I felt discriminated against. As soon as some people of non color were waited on I stepped to the counter and everyone played busy so they wouldn’t have to wait on me!! I stood for awhile just to see if anyone would say may I help you or someone will be with you shortly but they never did cause they did not want to wait on me🤨 if you’re a person of color stay away from this CVS!! This is so very sad 😞 get with the program people it’s 2022 all lives matter!!! CVS Lila ave👎

Wanted to highly compliment the pharmacy department, especially Hannah, the pharmacist. Have been going the this CVS for several years and have always appreciated that Hannah knows my name and says "hello." (The other pharmacy workers may not know me by name, but they are always responsive and polite.) But I was especially impressed when I came in Sunday night. I had just driven back from Knoxville, TN, with my mother, who had had emergency surgery in TN on Saturday. I had two prescriptions for my mom to be filled. Mom is also a client of this pharmacy and she was waiting in the car while I dropped off the prescriptions. I could have come back later to pick them up, but Hannah dropped everything she was doing and filled the prescriptions immediately. She is a very caring and involved pharmacist. A great treasure when so many others just do a job and don't take the time to know their clients.

I have used this CVS Pharmacy for a few years now and I have never had a problem. All the pharmacists are extremely nice and friendly. Recently I switched my insurance and was having difficultly getting my prescription at an affordable price. Yuser was very helpful in sorting it all out with my doctor's office, and she helped me get a new prescription that was comparable but much more affordable. The employees here have gone above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them.

Switched from Kroger to this pharmacy because at least I can go through the drive thru instead of standing in long lines sick and among the sick. Been in line 35 minutes and one car has moved in the drive thru line. Still 4 more ahead of me and concrete barriers on side blocking me in or I'd leave. The times I've picked up inside, it is complete chaos behind the pharmacy counter. America 🇺🇸

Soooooo slowUpdate 2019-03-12:Just called to talk to the pharmacy. No one picked up for 10 minutes. This place is hopeless.This pharmacy has no clue how to efficiently process people waiting for prescriptions. Even if one person’s prescription is not ready, that does not preclude processing the next person in line. Throughout would be higher if you processed everyone in line and did not have two people on computers while everyone in line waits for a single person processing pick-ups.

Hannah, Cindy and crew are awesome. I am my mom and dads caregiver and I never hesitate to ask questions , or call to change or order as needed. They get the job done as quick as they can :)

Came for my covid test in the drive thru test was scheduled for 250 I got here at 240 have been in the drive thru for 30+ mins now only one car has moved and 4 others backed out of line and left not sure why such a hold up and no one communicating that in the drive thru. I've come before and had no problem but today is a bit ridiculous

I go to this particular CVS because I like the stable staff who is always courteous and helpful. I trust the pharmacist who is experienced and very helpful. I get all vaccinations and prescriptions at this location.

I was just at your C.V.S. pharmacy on Lila Ave. in Milford, Oh. The cashier was so polite even though she was overloaded. The manager had to leave un-expectantly due to a death in the family. She was all alone at the register.She kept apologizing to each of us for the wait. The other staff member was late; but it didn't deter her from doing an excellent job. I didn't get her name but her cashier number is: 0108838. She gets an "atta girl" from me.Thanks

Run - don't walk - away from this pharmacy! The store appears to be poorly managed and the staff does not appear to be qualified or trained in basic customer service and courtesy. Example 1: Last week, the staff could not find my wife's prescription twice even though doctor's office called in after submitting it the second time and was assured by pharmacy staff that it had been received. I ended up having to go to another CVS pharmacy to have them fill it. They found it immediately but had trouble getting Lila store to transfer it even though I was waiting and was told that the Lila store only had to click a button. Example 2: Dropped off script yesterday and was told that they were out of penicillin. They told me that it would be available after 4PM that day. Went this morning and was told that they still didn't have it and that it "might" be available tomorrow.
