I bought reclining sofa and love seat. 12 days later they reduced the prices by 100 each but they only give 10 day price match for this situation. Just my luck money is tight on disability.

Seems like a nice Big Lots store location. They have a big Disney section up front. The store was clean overall. Stones of the process seemed pretty high. Some of the lights in the during section were bright and done in my face as I excited several of the aisles. The employee was friendly and helpful.

Way better selection than the one in somerset and the ladies that work there are all very nice and helpful. Since I've been back in town I've already visited a handful of times for different things. Now if there Christmas would go 75% off I'd add that last star. Lol

This is our favorite Big Lots in our area, especially for finding simple inexpensive furniture pieces. We did very well here in also accessorizing our patio for the summer. William is always an outstanding employee who answers questions with a smile, helps people load their vehicles with heavy items, and is often seen assembling items or moving them in place. 👏👏👏

This store was so cool on a hot day. The Fall and Halloween decorations are in stock and great discounts on Summer items. The staff was very pleasant. I will visit again.

Always like coming here seeing what they have from furniture to food to electronics Big Lots has it all with fantastic deals on everything. We purchased put sectional couch with storage ottoman from here.

The employees at this location are always friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. Prices and products are great. Deals are fantastic. Items never stay on the shelves long so if you see it and want it you better grab it before the rest of us savy shoppers snap it up.

Purchased a mattress and box spring set.Staff was friendly, helpful and willing to help load.Only negative... took a bit to find a staff member to assist me for this purchase. Considering that staff shortages seem to be common in all business sectors these days I can't fault them too much.I would return again and replicate this purchase.

I love Big Lots! I've gotten bit by the organizing bug. I have been re doing my cabinets and silverware drawers. Big lots has been awesome at container options.

The remodel looks absolutely fantastic! Went in to get some dog treats for my lovely dog would love to have got him some bones but I want them made and they good old USA not from China not from Mexico was very disappointed that I didn't get any. What start being great to America and get our things made in America especially our dog products coming from China is really a bad idea I love my little guy!

Good selection on alot of items. But stay away from the furniture (bed and couch). They are going to stand behind our bed that sagged bad in less than a year but worry its going to do the same thing once we get a new one. Have a great selection and reasonable prices on seasonal stuff. Mason that works there is awesome and very helpful and will do anything for you to make your experience great while shopping or inquiring about products on phone or in store. Great customer service skills and i personally will only talk to him.

Awesome deals and clearance items are actually on clearance compared to other stores where they aren't cheaper really at all. Big lots is an awesome store

The store was very clean and organized. Much different than how it used to be. I worker walked up and asked if we finding everything okay. Wish I could remember her name. The only draw back was the registers are very close to the door and entering customers were being semi blocked by the ones leaving.

the Milford location has improved so much over the last couple of years! It is always very well organized and really easy to find what you need. They have a really nice selection of Christmas stuff and stocking stuffers. They have a small selection of licensed stocking stuffers like paw patrol hats and marvel stuff.The gentleman who works the front counter is also probably one of the most helpful, positive and just all-around nice guy! Really great customer service!

I went in to grab household cleaning products. I left the store very uncomfortable being a black hebrew woman. On my way out the door their were two white man cleaning the floors with confederate flags on their hats, woe to this company!!!

The store is very big, biggest location I've seen. I was browsing around with my wife and kids. 5 minutes into our Big Lots shopping. I noticed I was being followed by loss prevention staff. These guts aren't very good at there job, and were very noticeable. Its one thing to make a pass though once but I was with my wife and 5 year old and 2 year old kids. I felt very insulted that we were followed around the entire store. We bought 80 dollars worth of Christmas tree decorations. Had I been by myself I wouldn't have bought anything!!!

This store has changed a lot since I was in here as a child... feels a tad cramped when you walk in now and doesn't seem to have any kind of organization in where they put the items.

So big lots has a reputation for being full of junky stuff for a good price. This place is exactly that. I go here to buy kids food pouches as they are cheapest here. I always find a well stocked baby department full of lots different junk. I get what I come for every time!

I like the store but was a little irked yesterday. A frozen item had a tag saying 25% off the marked price. It did not ring up that way. I told the young man. I even went back and double checked. He said he was not authorized to mark it down so he said he could take it off the list, so I didn't buy it. He didn't even call someone to see if they could help me.
